Wow this game really slowed down. I know it is a tough fight to do through PBP but come on...
Anyway, I think it's Lorien's or Kesh's turn. Can we just say that Rhiannon moves forward at the end of her turn? Since I went after her, there wasn't room when it was her turn and this fight is slow enough as it is. That would open up room for Kesh and Lorien to keep moving as well.
What about if we put rules for the DM to follow in our profiles if he has to take control of our character because of an absence? I'm just trying to think of ways to keep this going.

I think the nature of this combat is not ideal for PBP. It's sort of a slog fest. Seems like Kesh and Lorien will mostly just pass. Kesh has explicitly stated this. Our DM is traveling, but hopefully can pick up the rats' turn soon, and then we can continue the fight.

I think noting that I'm just in a string of Ready Actions until my situation changes is reasonable & helpful for speeding things along. I'm still around, just trying to avoid cluttering the thread with repetitive posts.

Speeding things up would... not be a bad idea. Best idea I've got is raising another kinetic cover - the rats might be dumb enough to not realize they can be attacked, since they look like impassable walls - and just blindly hurling rocks until the room is clear.
Sorry, I thought I was waiting for Lorien and Keshokkar to post their actions, I haven't been properly paying attention to the OOC. It doesn't help that I'm on a vacation right now, so the time I'm spending back at the hotel with the wifi (and admittedly, sober at that) is kind of limited. I have let this fall by the wayside.
Good news though, I go home tomorrow, so I'll have more time available in the evenings, and I'll definitely pay this more of the attention it deserves.
And I'll try to limit cramped conditions like this in the future, too.

Meh, we put ourselves here.
In Pathfinder, the attack bonuses from Bless and Inspire Courage are different types, and thus stack (unlike the save vs fear bonuses):
I don't know why they made Inspire Courage so confusing but it ends up playing somewhat well with Bless.
CG Female Windrunner Elf Bard (College of Valor) 8 HP: 50/50, HD: 9/9| AC: 14 | Saves: STR +1 DEX* +7 CON +1 INT +0 WIS +1 CHA* +7 | Perception: +7, Investigate: +1, Insight: +2 | Inspiration (d8): 3/3 | Spells: 1st 4/4 2nd 3/3 3rd 3/3 4th 3/3 5th 1/1 | Arrows: 0, Taqa's Arrows: 9, Bolts: 6, Insp: No
Bleh, it's that first "morale" bonus. It'd just be easier if they did away with typed bonuses altogether and just said it stacks unless it doesn't. I still don't think I rolled well enough to hit anything even with the -4 AC penalty for squeezing.
Bless is a morale bonus to attack rolls, but not to damage rolls. Inspire courage is a competence bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls.
So yes, the attack rolls bit does stack.
Edit: this also means that, unless she's attacking 17 or 9, which have cover relative to her, Arianna's longsword attack hit, so I'd like to see a damage roll on that.
CG Female Windrunner Elf Bard (College of Valor) 8 HP: 50/50, HD: 9/9| AC: 14 | Saves: STR +1 DEX* +7 CON +1 INT +0 WIS +1 CHA* +7 | Perception: +7, Investigate: +1, Insight: +2 | Inspiration (d8): 3/3 | Spells: 1st 4/4 2nd 3/3 3rd 3/3 4th 3/3 5th 1/1 | Arrows: 0, Taqa's Arrows: 9, Bolts: 6, Insp: No
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Sorry, my bad. I'll try to remember that.

How many rats are dead, and how many does that leave?
There's nine dire rats left. There were twenty-one when we started this thing.
Just wanted to post and make sure everyone knows this has updated.

I'm baaaaaaack! o no Let's do this thing!
Okay, I think I killed rat #1 and moved into its space. Maybe will even get to kill another rat. I moved myself on the map to reflect that.
That's an extremely good question. On the one hand, it feels to me like it shouldn't.
On the other, the exact text of multiplying damage says this:
Quote: Exception: Extra damage dice over and above a weapon's normal damage are never multiplied.
And the bonus damage is a flat value, not a dice. All the other instances of flat bonus damage that doesn't multiply expressively specify this, the only difference here is that the damage has a different type.
So I think yes, the bonus damage gets multiplied.

Who does the anime token represent? Is that someone in front of me or can I wriggle into the rat-room right away?

Moving up helps me as well - just need the space. XD
Here is a map of the part of the level you've explored.
It admittedly lacks the entrance room with the stairs, door and water, but the door itself is visible on the bottom edge.
The Combat Map has the rat lair you're currently in. For ease of telling me how you want to leave, I've numbered each exit. Tunnel 1 through 4 generally seem to lead downwards.
Tunnel 5 and 6 are much more level.
Tunnel 2 is where we came from? Does that mean we have been going upward through the rat tunnels?
Yeah, you've been headed up. Quite a bit, actually.

Hmm... I feel like that passage to the northeast of the coffin room might be a good place to check next. Thoughts?

Works for me. I don't really have anything to add in the gameplay thread at the moment, so I hope you won't mind if I just wait for something that Ari can respond to.
To me, it's as good a direction as any.

@GM: I'm actually *very* familiar with the published history of Bard's Gate and the local region, since I'm a GM myself and have some stuff set in the area. XD Buuuut this is your game, not mine, so how much of that stuff (if any) are you comfortable with my character alluding to?
You go nuts.
That said, you should be aware that I'm not particularly familiar with the setting.
I've read the Stoneheart Valley book, Slumbering Tsar, and taken a glance at Rappan Athuk (although I hope to play through that one some day, so I've tried to not spoil it too much for myself.).
As you might surmise from that list, I'm mainly in it for the dungeon crawls.

So out-of-character are we down with exploring that tunnel up and right of the the room with the sarcophogi? I'm a little fuzzy on where we're heading

I think that's right. I'll be honest I'm just going with the group on this one. I don't have enough experience with dungeon crawls to even hazard a guess as to how to proceed.
Sounds good to me as well.
