Criscius, Jacques, Elemenar, Zorahas - welcome to the game! This one takes place in a different part of the world - Andoran, and when reading the scenario I sometimes felt like I'm reading the news. If you aren't familiar with how Andoran works, Knowledge (local) will see extensive use, though there will also be local NPCs to help you out. Suffice to say it is a fantasy version of USA.

I've never used that feature but I think maybe I should with Elemenar. My son keeps telling me things I should change with Elemenar. Maybe I'll take his advice...
Also, I second the idea of opening the gameplay thread so we can dot in.

I only have 9 GM tables under my belt so I'm no PFS expert, but since the GM is new I'll throw in my 2 cents and say it's probably ok since people are still just checking in at the briefing.
However, I think you technically aren't supposed to play the same character in more than one game at once (including a pregen) FYI. You're fine now but I wouldn't recommend doing it in the future.
Re: rebuilds-
I do it with every one of my characters before leveling them up to 2. I have completely switched classes, races, everything. It's a good opportunity to try different things and see how you like them before locking it in.

@Jacques - I'd be fine with a short post here similar to Zorahas.
@Elemenar - I don't see why you couldn't.
@Criscius - I think it should be fine as we haven't done any rolls yet, and the chronicle wouldn't get you out of tier. My understanding is that chronicles are actually supposed to be applied in the order they are received. EDIT - Zorahas has a point though in that you weren't supposed to select this character for getting your pregen chronicle if the character was currently in play. But if you happened to play him after I reported the previous game on Jul 9th then I think you should be in the clear.

Yes:
A GM can assign credit for running an adventure in any of the same ways a player can, and must follow the same rules as a player when applying credit to a character.
Roleplaying Guild characters can only played in one scenario, module, or Adventure Path at a time. Characters are considered to be playing in a scenario, module or Adventure Path until they receive a Chronicle sheet for sanctioned content.

Elemenar, just checking that you saw the gameplay thread was up. You posted a couple of times since the GM announced it, so we assumed that you had.

I'll be camping this weekend, with uncertain access to wifi/mobile.
Hopefully I don't hold things up too much.

It's a Pbp convention that starts on 8/25 and runs through November. Everyone playing Pbp PFS games during that window are eligible to participate. There really is nothing different from regular Pbp games except that everyone can receive convention boons- both player boons and GM race boons.
So if we continue on with our group and the next scenario starts after 8/25, we can just register it as a Gameday game and get free boons.
I think our other player had a commitment for their character for a Gameday table. As you can see from the signup sheet there are tons of tables so everyone is trying to get scheduled in advance. Including me now!
I was mostly just wondering if Zorahas will be available to play something else because I'm trying to get all my characters organized for the games I have signed up for. I would prefer to stay with this group which is why I asked. :D

Yeah I'm not assuming we will finish in time. There are games starting in October though so I figure we will be done by then. :D

"Well Jacques, there's nothing else we can do except root these guys out." Elemenar approaches the house and enters.
I don't know where the entrance is that everyone else used so please fix me on the map if I can't be there where I am. I assume it is a double move to get in.
I may be reading the situation wrong, but I think the outer sections of the building are mostly rubble and you can just step over the edge of the building and move through difficult terrain.
The move that you took actually had you clamber through a broken window. It is probably possible but would likely require a climb check and potentially cause damage.
I think that you could have move to the space diagonally SE of the doorway with a single move. You might have a shot at the guy I just shot at (though at some level of cover)

I am going to make a bluff attempt here, but I need to get to a place where I can type first.

Frankly, I just want this encounter over with. If someone thinks that they can actually negotiate their way out of this, feel free.
Otherwise, let's just roll initiative and try to save her the old fashioned way.

I am on vacation this week. I should be able to manage at least daily updates, but might not be able to help drive the story as much as usual.
If we get a response from the apothecary, can someone else please handle the responses?

Sorry about the delay, I will make a commitment to post more often this week and hopefully we can bring this scenario to a conclusion!
To be honest I'm somewhat paralyzed here because the scenario does not suggest a possibility to take Thalia with you.
Am I to think that you are OK with letting Tercio run his thing and essentially replace the Galtans as Thalia's escort? Because on the chronicle you either let Tercio rule the town, or Thalia...

![]() |

Well, I think we were going to ask Thalia for her opinion first.
If she decides she wants to stay and fight to rule the town, we would have to respect that.
However, we would try to convince her to leave for her own benefit...
What do the rest of you think? We do need soldiers for the war. Thalia isn't likely to give us any.

Sounds like 2 votes to let Tercio stay in charge, 1 vote to "do the right thing".
Criscius to vote.
If Criscius decides to support Thalia, Jacques will change his vote, as that would technically mean Thalia going off with some unpleasant people (if we were fully following the chronicle).

![]() |

What we are going to do, we need to do quickly he states.
I guess that is an abstension?
Looks like we are letting Tercio stay in charge then, although our plan is to convince Thalia to head to Absalom and join the Liberty's Edge.
@GM I am willing to role play it out as far as you want

^^ That was my question too. It seemed like it, but Tercio's last statement made it seem like we have to go do something else now.
