Taking the bag she hands her, Arista places the items in the bag before putting it in their bag of holding. "Thank you so much Morrigan, and have a blessed day. Now we just need to find a place that sells general type stuff right? I mean...we need to find some things for Celine to do during the day to keep her entertained when she can't go outside because I can 't bake cookies every single day that it snows, and she needs something to stimulate her mind. I would also like to see if anyone in town would have samples of school material that I could take back to show to Barclay so he would know what I was wanting to do." She says as she thinks out loud.
"I was hanging up the laundry before I left for work," Yulia says. "Though I'm not sure about that today."
"I suppose we can head back to the Market District then," Alethiro says.
She nods, "Okay, let's do that then." She says, before taking Celine's hand again and waving to Morrigan before leaving, "Thank you again Morrigan."
The woman caring for the dogs smiles at Tesia. "Him? Twenty-five gold. Will he be going to a good home? I don't sell to dogfighters."
She nods, "Oh yes ma'am. I want to get him for some freinds of mine that are getting married and their daughter. There are still things we have to accomplish and I thought he would make an excellent companion for the girl who is very intelligent, caring, and responsible." She says in way of explanation. Smiling she bends down to pet one of the puppies, "I'd love to have one myself....but, when we have to leave home again there wouldn't be anyone to care for the little darling and I just couldn't leave them knowing that, and it wouldn't be safe to take them with us when we leave." She says, a little hint of sadness creeping into her voice.

Setting down the basket and hanging his cloak, "About that, maybe you can take today off? If not, maybe I could come with you and help?"
"I suppose we'll go pay for these then and try to find the others," Sienna says, heading to one of the druids nearby.
"Alright." Cyna nods. She turns to Gwen and Fae. "Are you two ready to go?" She asks.
"Yes, Mother," Gwen replies.
Sienna pays for the flowers and has them packaged up for travel.
"Maybe I can stay closed for a day," Yulia says, sitting down on the couch.
Picking up the shopping basket again, the Dhampir walked over and kissed his love on the forehead, "Then just relax while I cook you some food. Any requests?"
Looking over at Rhy she sighs a little, "I would love to take one of them home, but it wouldn't be fair to Charity. We don't know how long we're going to be away this time....and I can't just come home with a puppy and expect her to take care of it for us until we come back. Maybe...maybe after we get done taking care of everything and we're gonna be home...maybe then we can see about getting a puppy of our own?" She asks as she looks pleadingly at her love.
Magestreia looks up and smiles at the group. "Good morning."
"Good morning ladies, how is everyone doing today?" the magus asks with a smile.
"Now that would be an amazing gift!" Rhadaya replies, excitedly.She nods excitedly as they head over to the person selling the puppies, "Oh Rhy, they're all so cute. Look at that little one over there, he's adorable. I think that's the one we should get for them. These dogs are really smart and very loyal and protective. I think he would make a wonderful addition to their family." Looking over at the one that seems to be in charge she asks, "How much would you like for that pup over there?" She asks, as she indicates the one she had been looking at.
She nods, "Oh yes ma'am. I want to get him for some friends of mine that are getting married and their daughter. Rhadaya wraps her arms around Tes, hearing the hint of sadness in her tone. While the reasoning was true that they really weren't home enough to care for a puppy at the moment the light they brought to Tes' eyes warms her heart. "I think that would be wonderful honey." she says smiling up at her wife.
"Good morning," Celia adds with a smile of her own. Her practiced gaze passes over the rescued family, taking in the signs of their condition.
"There will always be trouble in the world. It's the one thing that never truly changes. I do appreciate your suggestions, but I must speak with my former student first. So if you'll excuse me." With a bow, Ammon turned and headed into town to see if she could find Sādhanā and let her know of his decision.
The sad looking expression that was on her face is suddenly replaced by a bright smile, "Oh yay! I mean...thanks love." Turning back to the woman she asks, "So then would it be alright if I bought him from you? I would also like to know where I can find everything I need for him. I want to get everything for my friends so it's like a total package gift and they don't have to worry about getting anything for him." She says as she kneels down to pet the puppies again.
Taking Alethiro and Celine's hand they head off to find some things to keep Celine entertained while stuck in the house. She'd really like to have a swing or something made outside, but that would have to wait until the weather is nicer. Walking around for a bit she finds a store that seems pretty large and carries a variety of things. Going inside she starts to look around.
"No eggs...please."
To Celia's trained eye, the family appears to be healthy in light of the situation that they were in. "Good morning, Bladebearer. We are well."

"I'll be bold and say that I'm bored," Magestreia says.
"Not used to sitting around, huh?"
"Nope."
"It wasn't that long since the vampire fight."

"Strangely, it feels like every day here lasts like half a year," Magestreia says. "So I feel like I want to do something."
The woman nods. "Yes, you can buy him. I sell leashes and food here, but you'll have to get bowls from the general store."

A man dressed in a gaudy purple suit approaches Arista. "Welcome to Winkle's Wondrous Emporium! How can I help you today?"
Alethiro glances around at everything in the store. "It certainly is an emporium..."
She nods with a happy grin on her face, "Great! So, should I go get the bowls and stuff from the general store first? Or will they mind me bringing him in there? I can come back and get him, the leash, and food after I get the bowls if I need to. Does the collar come with the leash?" In her excitement she sort of rattles off questions one after the other.
"No eggs coming up," Drago said right before giving Yulia another peck on the forehead.
Taking the basket into the kitchen, he decided to flex his new powers a bit by moving the cutting utensils from their drawer to the counter. Getting the cutting board, the former Szef sliced the bread for sandwiches. After that, he sliced the meat and began cooking it.
Fortunately, he didn't burn it to a crisp. Once done, he moved the cooked sliced meat onto the bread. Pouring some juice, he took the sandwiches out to his love.
She nods, "Yeah....I don't think I've seen so much stuff in my whole life." Looking back at the man she asks, "I was wondering if you had anything for children that they can do when the weather is bad outside and they can't go out and play? I also needed to know where I could go to find some sample school materials? I need to take something back to our town to show our....mayor." She tries to explain, calling Barclay the only thing she can think to call him. He sort of took care of town issues....so wouldn't that make him the mayor?
"Thank you," Yulia says to Drago. She takes a bite of the sandwich. "This is good."
The woman laughs. "Slow down. Yes, the leash comes with a collar. Wouldn't make much sense to come separately, would it? Most store owners do not mind pets in their establishments as long as they behave. I've trained them well enough to mind commands. So, it really is up to you whether you want to get the bowls and then come back."

"I, the great Winkle, carry an assortment of games and puzzles meant to entertain and educate. There are also outdoor toys and activity sets, but they, admittedly, are less educational," the man says. "I also do carry primers for children to learn about writing, reading and arithmetic. They are of my own design, meant to keep learning fun and interesting."
He shows Arista different sets of books. "They are for different age groups. These would be for children under five, these for five to ten year olds, these would be for those finishing their education before becoming an adult and they include subjects such as history and art."
She takes a few breaths and tries to calm down, "Okay...I think I'll go get the bowls first, and while I'm there I think I'll try to find a nice basket with some pillows or something to package everything up in that they can use as a bed for him if they don't want him sleeping in their bed. I'm gonna see if I can get some blue ribbon to tie into a bow and attach to his collar too. It would look soooo cute!" She says, still excited about getting her friends and their daughter the puppy.
Arista looks at everything in amazement, "Wow...you really do have quite the assortment. My daughter is elven and twenty-five years old....so roughly she's close to four in human years....but until I recently took her in as my own, she hadn't much training. Her grandmother pretty much got her potty trained while we were away on a mission, and we just got back like a week ago, but she's very smart and I know she wants to learn. I think some of these puzzles and games would be good for her. I'd like a sample of all the curriculum you have made up for the different age groups so I can take them back to Sir Barclay and show him what I had in mind. I'll probably be back to buy more supplies once I have a better idea of the age groups of all the children that will be starting school. For now I'd like some of the puzzles and things that would be appropriate for Celine, and then a sample of each one of your primers. You seem to be very experienced in these things so I'll take whatever items you suggest for Celine here." She says before picking up her daughter to show her the different games and puzzles.
Looking over at Alethiro as Celine points and giggles at the different things on the shelf she asks, "Was there anything that I'm forgetting love? Do we need to look for anything else while we're here?"
"Thank you my Sweet," Drago replied as he bit into one himself. "Is there anything else you'd like me to do for you today?"
"Ye gods, I hope not," Alethiro says as Winkle gathers Arista's order.
Yulia shakes her head. "Not that I can think of. I think I might want to go for a walk here in a little bit. I hear a little exercise is good for the baby."
Giving Alethiro a sympathetic look she kind of giggles a little bit, "Don't worry honey, I won't spend all our money. I'm sure if Barclay likes the materials that some of the town funds can go towards supplying the children with what they need. I'm sure I'm not going to be paying for all of the supplies out of my own pocket." She says, in an attempt to make him feel a little better.
Alethiro nods. "I suppose you're right."
Winkle hands the large bag to Arista. "That'll be fifty gold all told."
"Would you like company?"
She nods and hands him five platinum pieces, "There you are Mr. Winkle. Thank you so much." Arista takes the bag from him and puts it in her bag of holding, "Well, I think that's all we needed to do here, should we go find the others honey?"
Celine's stomach rumbles and she tugs on mommy's skirt, "Hungry mommy, want food."
Looking at the woman she asks, "Is there a general store nearby?"
"There is one next to Winkle's Wondrous Emporium," the woman answers Tesia. "You can't miss that store. It's bright and full of things. The general store is the dingier one next door. Though I'm not sure if the owner's come back..."
Feeling curious she asks, "Has the owner gone missing?"
"I'd say so," Alethiro says.
