The only unusual thing about Li is that his bow does non-lethal damage. It requires the GM to track that damage separately. Sorry!

@GM, does it matter which character I bring? Looks like either way I'll be a solo representative from my faction, is that correct?
In which case, it may depend on whether the party needs more of a skill-monkey/social character or a strong melee character. Thoughts?
Seems like lots of ranged and casters, so a brawler might be very handy, imho.

Yeah, it's a bit odd... I have played several scenarios under this GM and a couple more with him as a player and he's always been prompt with his posting...his previous GM sessions have went by quickly...hope he's OK...

Sorry, i got knocked out with a ear infection that left me practically debilitated (I am no lightweight and this is one of the most painful things i've ever dealt with), AND to top it off i'm Gming at Origins this year... combine the two, and the fact than I'm more stubborn than is good for me, and I lost track of this game. I apologize for that, we'll get back on track.

Guaril is under water, but just 5 feet down. Cure light wounds wands work under water.

Nat has a cure moderate wounds wand. That's more likely to make him conscious. If you delay until my turn we can maybe heal him and bring him above the surface of the water so he can get a breath.

I was thinking I'll try to attack the tentacle holding him while grabbing him and trying to pull him to the surface...if I'm successful, he might be above the water on your turn and you can hit him with your wand...

OK, so I'm assuming Nat does not still have access to the rope she was hanging on earlier, unless you rule otherwise. I don't know if there are any bonuses associated with having a rope to hang onto.
The boons Nat has access to that could be relevant here are as follows:
Season 7 Faction Journal Goal: Once per adventure when attempting an Acrobatics, Climb, Survival, or Swim check, you gain a circumstance bonus equal to 1 plus 1/2 number of goals completed (4 goals, so a bonus of +3).
Pathfinder Module: We B4 Goblins!
- Happy Beat badge (2 uses available): When you are hit by an attack, you can check one of this badge's boxes to gain DR 5/- against that attack.
- Kettlehelm of Glory: as an immediate action, gain the benefits of light fortification armor enhancement against a single attack. If this fails to prevent a critical hit or sneak attack the helm's power is not expended and can be used again.
- Handful of Wedding Cake: Eat this as a full-round action to gain the benefits of haste for 1d4+2 rounds, after which you are fatigued for 1 minute.
Pathfinder Roleplaying Guild: Free RPG day 2016
- Commemorative Toad: Can be used in one of three ways resulting in the death of the toad.
- If you would fail a saving throw or skill check, you can sacrifice the toad to re-roll the die and take the second result.
- If you would be subject to a critical hit, you can sacrifice the toad to gain a +5 bonus to your AC against the confirmation of the critical hit; if this would be enough to turn the confirmation into a miss, the critical hit becomes a normal hit.
- If you would die to hit point loss, you can sacrifice the toad to not die until your negative hit point total is equal to or greater than double your Con score, and you automatically succeed at Con checks to stabilize for 1 minute.

And in an online game, we can inspect the dice. I think you're doing great. You've been using reasonable strategies, and the dice just are falling against us in the worst possible way, almost every time.

Dont risk dying for a PreGen.
Well, actually, if the pregen dies, the PC you linked to the pregen for this game (so, Phoebee) also dies. It's just as critical for you as if you were playing with your own PC.
