I figured being from further north will be the reason I barely notice the cold, took a feat that makes me ignore cold weather and treat the levels of cold as one level down along with a trait that gives me cold res 2.
So should I just run with typical land of the vikings theme? I figure since she's taking on the path of the Skald, she's adventuring to find and make stories worthy of the songs she's learned.
Looking at the world map (handily kept in the campaign tab), Odenheim would probably be the best place to be from, Sig. And yeah, total land of vikings theme.

Here's my idea for Odenheim:
The continent has been the home of the traditional vikings for over a thousand years. In the last hundred years, outsiders have been colonizing the fairer southern regions. The vikings haven't taken well to this, raiding settlements and doing typical viking things to outsiders. One such kingdom, Kaerndal, has risen to power over the last decade or so. Kaerndal has mighty walls and fierce soldiers which have protected its kingdom and outlying towns from the invasion of the "Northmen". The king, tired of bloodshed and war, is eager to broker peace for his kingdom and comes up with this plan to marry his daughter, Frostine, off to a viking prince.

I've come up with the perfect solution. I'm making Jettar a Reincarnated Druid. This explains why he's a Fetchling and why he's trusted where he's from (which I'm still working on). It also explains the 'experienced' look in the eyes of the picture I chose.
Apparently, the Green Circle will be making a reappearance in this game...

Actually, I was thinking a separate Circle.
His story so far:
Jettar Haroth, as he is known in this life, is a Druid in good standing with the Circle of Gozreh’s Anointed. As a Reincarnated Druid, he has lived several lifetimes and seen much of the continent. After his last rebirth, and growth into adulthood, the Elders decided to send him to the Northern Lands, for strange winds have been blowing from that direction as of late.
In his first life, Jettar was the son of a Second Circle Mystic and a Third Circle Healer. Born under a favored sign of Gozreh, the child showed promise in Druidic Arts. As Jettar grew, the Elders realized he was meant to be their envoy to the rest of the world. Over the next couple lifetimes, the Druid saw and learned much, always returning to the Circle to impart the knowledge gained. And with each passing of age, Jettar was reborn anew as a young child, to begin the cycle of life once more.

That does sound good. Now I'm gonna have to work on things. I've just been sorta...distracted lately so I'm sorry for that. I'm trying to get better. My biological parental units will be here sometime friday and I'm gonna have to explain to them what I've done and hear all their BS and then try very hard not to think bad things.

I hate doubling up on things usually makes one of us useless
its just that two druids in the same party will be a little redundant and with two animal companions it creates a lot of burden on the GM as well as starting to overshadow other characters during the few combats we do have.
I work around what we've got. I don't care if it's five druids and a menagerie of animals, I'll make it work.

I'm not sure....but I think we're kinda all like some sort of casty person or another. I don't know...I don't really understand these things...I just know that I wouldn't make it outta that damn castle if I didn't have sugarsnap and Admiral Truffles. She isn't....clever enough to make an escape plan on her own and I have no idea how she's gonna deal with this whole magic thing...but that's why you is supposed to be with her. She just a poor wittle lamb shoved out into the wilds. *bats eyelashes while giving you a pouty lip*

Okay...don't worry bout getting sidetracked....I'm the queen of sidetrackedness, with everything going on. I'm not usually this out of sorts so I am sorry for it....I'm just having a little trouble corralling my feelings and stuff...lotts of stuff...tooooo much in fact. I sorta have her done just missing a few traits, spells, and backstory pretty much which we've already sorta gone over. But I needs to get some sleep. I gots to gets up early and make the breakfast for Henry and make sure he has something to take to work so hims not gets hungry.
