All details I have are posted here, inspite of implications otherwise in my thread. :)
To recap:
In connection to one of the triple ship murders, the wife adopted a false name, Akadia, and set up a false shipping company (unnamed). She then proceeded to lure the three victims to the ships and do the deed. She lured a low ranking priest of Nethys, Taldi, who was crafting scrolls for her "company" with a contractual obligation. She lured a fisher's wife with promise of a day's job she couldn't refuse. She lured a member of the Seaborse shipping company with a merger offer.
However, unknown to her, she was seen consulting with her husband the day after the murders, and my party now has a decent description of them both.

Location: The Nereid's Kiss in the Alabaster district, a two-story wine bar catering to scholars and students. Mostly occupied by well-to-do academics.
NPCS: Well-to-do academics and one mad scholar, Teveran Stoll. He’s your typical scholar that delved too deep and went mad from what he learned. He’s aware of the events that took place in Rise of the Runelords and the similarities to the killings going on now. Yolanda has been coaxing information from him for the better part of an hour.

GM Choon |

PCs:
Ariana - female elf Wizard (monster hunter)
Noro - Female human barbarian (dock worker/ brawler)
Johnny - male human rogue (thief)
Korrith - male Kobold Alchemist (currently poking him for recently drop in activity)
Freia - Female Teifling magus (local daughter of headsman)
Pelgrev - Male himan Shoanti Barbarian (nature-zen feel)
Zayid - Male human urban ranger (streetwise)
PCs will learn of the mad scholar from priests of Nethys and will be sent to the Nereid's Kiss, sparking the crossover.
The first four PCs will have seen the main villian before, briefly, as he was organizing thugs to initiate tomorrow's riot, so Ariana, Noro, Johnny, and Korrith should recognize him on sight.
My group should be headed that way in a couple (real) days.
Feral: will it be just the Aasimar (Yolanda?) or will you usher others of your party that way as well?

GM Choon |

Feral, are you going to have just Yolanda present, or are you going to guide the rest of your clan to the Site too?

Tobaris |

I am screwed this weekend do to what will soon be a laptop without power. I will try to retrieve my power cable tomorrow, however I will most likely only be able to get it back on Monday. I my sound curt and short with this however this is due to my efforts to rein in my monumental frustration and anger.

Tobaris |

I have thought about this quite a bit and I think I'm going to have to step back from this project. I don't mind being a sounding board for ideas but I have to cut back on some of my projects due to work mostly. I apologize for the inconvenience. I really love this project, but I think it has enough dedicate people to keep it alive and I have to pare down what I can focus on. Please feel free to ask my opinion or ideas, but I will be stepping away as any leading roll. GM Choon you clearly have a strong hand in this project and I feel I can trust you to continue the fun for everyone.

GM Choon |

Sorry to hear that Tobaris. Thanks for getting us started.
Ok then, I think it's best if we GM's get really collaborative from here. As in, I would have no qualms about either of you posting in my thread to give some detail or enrich the environment (etc.). We don't have to go that far, but all three of us working together should lead to an easier time on all of us.
I know Feral is very into this thing as a whole, and GM Jen has had a great influence as well. Let's get awesome. :D

I’m sorry to see you go Tobaris. That said, I appreciate you being honest with yourself and us and doing what’s best for the campaign. Good luck in whatever’s got you busy these days.
Here’s what I’ve got for the crossover event. Tell me what you guys think and if you have any questions.
He’s planning to attack later in the night, but when the second group of armed/armored figures arrives he acts out of haste. Although she’s hates not being personally involved, *femme fatale* hides in a nearby alleyway.
Timeline
The Siege plays out in the following order:
Turn One: Five augmented fiendish hyenas appear within the Nereid’s Kiss. Depending on how initiative works out, they should attack random targets but if/when the PCs intervene, they’ll turn their attention to them.
Turn Two: Four small fire elementals appear. Their initial purpose is solely to wreck the place. They ‘attack’ the building each turn unless engaged by a PC. Due to the expensive lacquered furniture, the building takes double damage from the elemental’s flames. Fires started by the elementals act as stacking bleed damage. PCs making any sort of effort to combat the flames reduce the number of active flames by one ‘stack’.
Turn Three: Five more hyenas appear. It’s possible the PCs will start to become overwhelmed at this point so it’s important that no more than one hyena per PC be attacking the PCs at any time. Any extras should focus on the panicking scholar inside the Nereid’s Kiss instead.
Turn Five: Four more hyenas appear.
Turn Eight: A haste spell goes off, targeting as many of the surviving monsters as possible and *evil wizard* flees.
Objectives
Besides living, the PCs are faced with a number of potential objectives, some are obvious and others are intended to be figured out along the way. Some of these are intended to help further the PC’s investigation while others give more material rewards.
Save the Scholars! There is a total of a dozen scholars. Due to panicking and the general chaos, they are slowed. Scholars have an AC of 10 and die when they’ve taken 2 hits (or 1 crit). Each scholar that escapes rewards the PCs with 100 gold. This is split evenly between the organizations present. Max 1200 gold.
Keep Teveran Alive This is arguably the main objective. Unfortunately, he’s more than a little senile and does little to protect himself. The enemies don’t exclusively attack him but unoccupied hyenas might target him. Despite all appearances, this old man is tough. He has an AC of 10 and dies when he’s taken 4 hits. He doesn’t actively try to escape but instead moves around the Nereid’s Kiss in a panic. He dies if the building burns down unless he’s physically carried out beforehand. Assuming he survives, Teveran will leave with whichever group presents the strongest case for his assistance. More on this to come.
Property Damage The proprietor bails as soon as this goes down but if the PCs can save his business, he’ll be grateful. The Nereid’s Kiss has 100 hp. If the PCs fend off the Siege with the Kiss standing, he rewards them with some healing scrolls he was saving in case he or his staff were ever hurt (4 scrolls of CLW). If the PCs fend off the Siege with the building in good shape (more than 50% hp remaining), he offers a pair of healing wands in thanks (wand of CLW with 5 charges x2). In both cases these rewards are split between the organizations present.
The Man Behind the Curtain PCs may run outside to try to find the source of the attack. Unfortunately, *evil wizard* is invisible atop the adjacent building’s rooftop and almost impossible for the PCs to detect (at these levels). However, if a PC starts the round outside when a summoning completes he can attack a DC 20 spellcraft, perception, or arcana check. Success indicates that he/she recognizes the spellcasting enough to remember it. This will help the PCs in tracking down *evil wizard* and *femme fatale*. In addition, the PCs might spot *femme fatale* lurking in an alley outside. Each round they spend outside (as well as for standard actions spent actively searching, if the PCs succeed on DC 20 perception check they spot a shapely female figure shuffling anxiously in the shadows. If they approach, she’s no longer able to contain her bloodlust and attacks. Under orders from her husband she doesn’t strike to kill but delights in a chance to humiliate the meddlers. If the PCs engage *femme fatale* and are still standing when *evil wizard* flees, she flees as well but not before dropping one of her signature blades. This will help the PCs in tracking down the duo as well.

In order to optimize uptime, let's both do it. As long as we communicate when each of us is updating there shouldn't be any stepping on toes. Since I designed this encounter to be pretty tough, I am going to bring in my whole table. They will show up a little delayed due to being scattered across the city.

DM Feral |

Even after the Skinsaw cult was defeated and their masters slain, Teveran never truly recovered. He began to see vestiges of the cult's Runelord masters everywhere. His peers made a gesture of allowing the broken man back into their fold but could never again see him as anything more than a mad scholar.
I'll get the scene described in a bit.

GM Choon |

It shouldn't be that bad. I can assist with it, too. I can make us a master list that we can keep in the campaign info if you like. On map we can label them with text boxes pretty easily.
If it doesn't work out we will abandon it for the future. But just I couldn't say no when it was brought up.

GM Choon |

What do you prefer to have in the class/race bars? I can post that in mine so we can try to get the PCs on the same page.
Another thought I had related to combat. Do you want to clearly define what each of us is responsible for, or kinda update as each of us sees posts? For instance, one of us could handle resolving PC actions while the other handles enemy actions.
I'm in favor of leaving it undefined. That way either of us can update if one of us has life interference.
