Saronis |

Saronis falls to the ground writhing in agony. cluchting several parts of his body at different times. He cries out in pain. Pain that I will repay back! Saronis thinks to himself.

DM Ashman |

The pain from potions freezes both heros to ground in pain. The warforge goes to help but is frozen in place. From the shadows behind the shrine comes a female giant. She stands over the heros and continues to laugh. She has red hair and green eyes, she is dressed in a long flowing robe, that purple and blues swirls. My name is Lady Plague and your sr ice will help to usher in a new glorious age. I will return to your the city above to continues with your lives for now. When I am ready you will know what to do, my associate from the Far Realm has assured me of your service. As Lady Plague speaks she looks to the pool of water when she mentions the associate. The Giant vanishes and the portal opens back up, the pain is gone.

Tharivello Siannodel |

Tharivello looks to the left and right, finally pointing to himself. "Me? I suppose I don't have much choice in the matter, by the looks of you." Not realizing the possible insult he'd just said, he carries on. "Well, I guess all that's left is for you to take me to him?"

Tharivello Siannodel |

I don't know if I know anything about that, or if my Knowledge skills would let me ascertain anything about it, for that matter. I've got Religion, Arcane, Dungeoneering, Planes, Nature, and History trained.
Tharivello looks closer at the bottle, examining it shortly before casting Detect Magic on it.

Saronis |

Honestly Saronis could not drink the next two bottles at the same time, so if Cil wanted to drink another bottle at the same time as Saronis he would not object, he would actually hand over the extra bottle considering the way she looks at him, while guzzling down his second brew. Assuming the DM is fine with us Reconing. I just was saying what he would do, waiting for other people's actions.

Tharivello Siannodel |

"A temporary mark?" Tharivello ponders aloud after some close scrutiny. "And of Khyber, at that? The only marks I can think of that could be related would be dragonmarks, but I know of none specifically that are tied to Khyber..." Tharivello rambles a bit concerning the possibilities of what the liquid in the vial does, not knowing much about it otherwise.
Spellcraft, to determine school of magic: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Tharivello Siannodel |

Unless... Tharivello thinks for a moment. Unless it's of relation to the Cults. Is your boss affiliated, then? Tharivello asks, eyes significantly wider than before as he looks back up to the somewhat forgotten Minotaur.
I have knowledge skills for all this stuff, you know :P. Arcana/History regarding Giant Magic, Arcana to identify dragon's blood, History/Religion regarding the Cults of the Dragon Below.

DM Ashman |

The passage that led the three heroes seems to draw them. The Fomorian magic seems to draw them to it. The trip thru passage happens without incident. The group finds themselves on the lower level of Sharn an area just below the cogs. A hallway spans out to opening. The group can hear chanting up ahead.

Saronis |

Before we leave the chamber of our new matron. Saronis takes all he can that looks to be of great wealth. Are there any weapons? "Erdath, you have detect magic right? Would you mind searching for magical items. Hmmm, I have an inkling that... let me try this."
Not for sure how Ashman wants this to happen but... 1d4 ⇒ 1
I am assuming that I will be able to control my dragonmark powers in the future, through experience, but right now they come up through random.

Saronis |

So with the 1, I luckily got my dragon mark of detection. Allowing me to cast detect magic. Saronis's eyes glow blue as he searches for magic items.
If I get to choose, my dragon marks will be on my back, my chest and one on each shoulder. Though it gets a bit warm and glows a bit, though no one can see it because it is under his armor and clothing.
Could I get a list of the dragonmark shards, magical items, precious gems, the sword and anything else that I think is valuable that I collect. I can make a small list if you want me to for you to choose from.

Cil |

Cil will drink the other bottle if allowed
After recovering from the growth of the Dragonmarks, seeing the others rummaging through the treasure, Cil joins in looking for anything that my be of use to her. Barring that she will grab some easy to carry monetary items (gems, jewelry etc).

Tharivello Siannodel |

"One of these?" Tharivello ponders a moment, but shakes his head, as if shaking himself free of nonsense. "No, I don't think I'll be wanting any of that. So then, what does your boss want with me, exactly?" he asks, genuinely confused.

Tharivello Siannodel |

Tharivello looks around as he's teleported, wondering how he'd be getting back above. He shrugs, mumbling something about a mess he's gotten into before following the stairs downwards, to whatever awaits him.

Tharivello Siannodel |

Tharivello continues walking down the path ahead of him, looking out for whatever ritual might be going on.
Knowledge: Religion to determine what kind of ritual is taking place? 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

DM Ashman |

Tharivello can tell from the sounds of the ritual that it is from the Cult of Kyhber. He also remembers that recently Cyre refugees had gone missing. Just now you realize how far undersharn you are. You feel a hand on your shoulder and turn around to see the Minotaur. There you are I have been looking for you for hours. Harash got mad the last time we used these rings. We lost a warforge and two others. Our Boss was not happy, that was two weeks ago. My name is Uldor little elf, I will protect you. We are to close to the Cults down here. Follow me up.
Uldor goes point you to the way up.

Tharivello Siannodel |

Tharivello almost jumps out of his skin at the Minotaur's touch, but manages to hold himself together. "Uh, r-r-right. I guess you can call me Tharivello," he says, out of breath from his fright as he turns around to move upwards instead.
I've been gone for hours, you said, Uldor?

Saronis |

I have a house rule when it comes to Artificers, if they should have the orison, they get it. Now with that they only get a few, but those make sense. Detect Magic, read magic, you know the basics, I know there were a few more.
Saronis takes the lead with his new sword strapped to his side, backpack full of precious items, and new found powers. I will show her slave, just wait, my destny always said it would shine among the greats.
His own sword out in his hands just in case of a threat. "What do I see over there? " Saronis says possibly seeing two figures?
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8 Perception Check

Erdath |

@Saronis: Sounds good to me, but it's not my call
Erdath is really confused, not knowing what is happening and what to do is strange to him.
Erdath walks behind Cil and Saronis and looks the new places he arrives. Spot 1d20 ⇒ 1

Saronis |

We are all blind, and we would probably only see a light in cavern. LOL. I know I hope the DM lets you have some orisons, it really makes sense to do it.
Saronis pulls out a torch, lights it with flint and steel. Then leads the group onwards into the cavern.

DM Ashman |

The group comes out into the tunnel from the left that Tharivello and Uldor were standing. As the mintotaur turns around he spots Saronis.
Your Alive!!!. The boss will be happy to see you!. What happened to you all? The Minotuar is really surprised.
The chanting in the next cavern has gone silent.
Cil spots the floor underneath her.

Saronis |

"So that was not the challenge he expected us to overcome, I expect some compensation!" Saronis picking up on his new found power and feeling indignant that they were haphazardly tossed.

DM Ashman |

Uldor looks as Saronis, No you were suppose to come down here and find this group in the chamber. The boss wanted you to find out who their leader is and report back. It our custom to toss new hires into situations like that. Mistress got distress when her mind link with ring went away. She was going to tell what you needed to do. If you want this group is here why don't "ask" to speak to the Leader and your group can be paid. Uldor says to Saronis. In fact we even have a expert here. Uldor thumbs to the new elf standing besides him. Besides this will help Harash out and if WE do that then all will be well.

Saronis |

Saronis looks at him blankly, "Sorry, I did not understand what you were trying to convey, would you try that again, or someone else explain, new blood, maybe you can clear this up? Hmmm." Indicating the new elf.

DM Ashman |

The cavern that you are on is well lit between the magelights and Erdath's bow. Uldor stops for second, and trys to expalin the situation a different way. You, the warforge and the shapeshifter were suppose to be sent this locaiton. Our main Boss Cavallah normally has new hires put in a rough spot in order to find out how well that person can surive. Your group somehow went missing and Cavallah got upset because her magic got twisted, by whatever is going on down here. We as a group right now have a chance to grab the Leader of this group and make a good impression with Harash, Cavallah's right hand. What do you say?

Tharivello Siannodel |

Tharivello bows forward slightly, silver Death Mask glinting in the light. "I don't know about being an expert, but I know a few things," he says. "You can call me Tharivello. And I suppose, if we're going to assault that assembly of the Cult of Khyber, we ought to do it now, while they're at least a bit distracted. The spells I have prepared aren't perfect for this, but I could have done worse. Not much you can do without a day's warning, you see."
Tharivello offers a small prayer to his Ancestors before drawing his sword. "Le do thoil, Enial, agus Aust, agus daoine eile de tú a bhí ar laoch lúbtha, a fheiceáil dúinn tríd go dtí an chríochnú an tasc, agus is féidir linn teacht tríd slán."
"Well then? Shall we depart?"

Saronis |

Speaking to the new elf, "Tharivello سلام اسم من Saronis، من تیغ ممکن است حمایت برای شما. ما استفاده از آنچه که در لحظه نیاز داریم."
Looking back at the minotaur, "Well I guess that will work, to battle then."
