Doesn't confirm sadly, but is still enough to kill the jerk!
The tree lets out a long moan of pain as it shudders and dies, Dailung's sword finally cutting deep enough to sever whatever would pass for a flow of life in a tree as sap oozes along her blade and down into the ground. Dailung steps to the side and strikes again, missing with the first blow but landing on the second. Sadly, her strikes are not nearly as effective on the fiendish tree, but every chip helps.

So here is the plan. Fendel will move and open up an empty compartment on his Efficient Quiver and cover the 'ladybug' within and closing the lid. The idea is that is traps the bug in the quiver, temporarily freeing Pandora from the effects of the spell.
From the SRD:Extradimensional Spaces
A number of spells and magic items utilize extradimensional spaces, such as rope trick, a bag of holding, a handy haversack, and a portable hole. These spells and magic items create a tiny pocket space that does not exist in any dimension.
From Dominate Person: Once control is established, the range at which it can be exercised is unlimited, as long as you and the subject are on the same plane.
With Haste, I have enough movement to move at half speed while stealthing.
If you would rather I use my Havesack, I will use that instead.

The front of Pandora's shirt seems to be opened slightly, ruffling occasionally but in a way that doesn't match her movements or the wind.
With his spellcraft, fendel can count on at least 10 diffrent spells of illusion that might be at work here, though the appearance of a physical ladybug that is tricking even his amazing senses implies it's not an invisibility spell, but that even direct interaction with the creature at this point has not given him the ability to see through the magic of the illusion...

Jewel hammers in the side of the tree trunk, trying to distract it, but it seems to ignore her. Braxus however, seems ready to teach it the error of it's continued existence. He tees up, slamming his hammer first on one side of the tree, devastating it as it claws out the side of the tree, then he brings it spinning around, crashing into the center of the tree with a flash of holy energy that causes the entire tree to burst as if struck by the fist of the gods themselves.

I think Pandora is right. However, for purposes of dramatic tension, since lore hasn't posted yet, we'll just say that the gods let her activate her determination armor just now without using up the once per day, in case that becomes important later. ;)
Also, awesome, Dailung is unaffected. :)

Well done braxus! No way she's making THAT concentration check!
As Braxus swings his hammer it to also stops short of the lady bug... but makes sickening sound that is the very familiar thump of a blunt object hitting flesh. Soon it becomes obvious why.
The ladybug disappears as a woman, standing as tall as Pandora, with her arms wrapped around the struggling woman, flows into existance. She would be screaming from the impact of the hammer, except her head is currently inside Fendel's quiver.
Blinded, and robbed of her disguise, she makes a MUCH easier target for Jewels, though she seems to have some of that fiendish defense to her, as her blow does not do nearly as much damage as she'd hope.

Braxus hammers the creature away from Pandora, who runs off into the woods at full speed, sobbing as she does so. Your character will be safe, no saves or random attacks, feel free to play this out for best roleplay.

The threat finally resolved, Braxus calms himself down, releasing the terrifying rage in his heart with a cleansing yell to the heavens! "RAAWWRR!!"
As the familiar post rage fatigue floods through his over strained muscles, he turns to check on his friends. He first looks to Dai, Jewels and Fen who are all right there with him, before asking, "Are you alright my friends? She didn't hurt you did she?" Then with a slow realization he asks "Where are Pandora and Lore?!" and with further dawning of that realization, his face visibly pales as it drains of blood. As he turns to where Lore fell and Pandora ran, he shouts loudly across the forest, "LORE! PAN! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?! SHE'S DEAD! THE TREE DEMON IS DEAD!"
Then he quickly runs to where he last saw Lore go down, fearful memory after fearful memory quickly returning with each step. He goes down to one knee when he sees the purple haired gnome girl lying on the ground. He scoops her up into his arms and holds her tight a moment, just glad she is alive, and he quickly scans the slight clearing for Pandora, but she is nowhere in sight.
Thank Cayden Lore is still breathing! I hope Pandora is alright and the others can find her.

The detective slings his quiver back into place as he sees bard run off into the woods. Hmm...I would have thought the effects would have ended as the caster expired. She should not be receiving 'new' commands. Perhaps there is something else?
Fen easily follows Pandora's flight away from the scene of her trauma. He gives the young woman time to process and compose herself before coming into view. He has seen many victims of assault over the years, but could only guess at the violation Pandora has just suffered. Fendel's mind races through numerous ways to offer comfort, but cannot decide on anything appropriate. All this knowledge, and I cannot help her when she needs support the most. What good are these facts and theorems if I still fail when it matters? Finally, he decides to simply walk over and offer her a hand to pull her up from the log she has sat down upon. "We should return to our companions." After they have walked in silence a moment, the detective offers, "My apologies for not finding a solution sooner."

Pandora keeps sobbing until she suddenly realizes Fendel is just there standing next to her. The woman embraces the detective very strongly "I... just... how did I do those things..." she then stops sobbing, unwilling to show her weakness.
Slowly recomposing, Pandora comes back to the forest opening, holding herself to Fendel "I am... just... sorry for helping our enemies and casting spells against you" the woman seems truly troubled "I just hope there is a way you can pardon me for what I did..."
Even if still affected, the woman seems willing to continue the trip.

Feeling the hug, this is one of the rare times that Fendel gives in to his emotions and returns the embrace, allowing Pandora to feel the comfort she deserves. "There is little evidence to suggest duplicity or malice on your part. Indeed, the arcanist responsible demonstrated they were quite adept and proficient; in addition to holding the benefit of familiarity with the locale. There is no shame. Your actions may have hindered, but they did not harm the team."
Would now be a good or bad time to point out that her actions had little effect on me?
As they return to the others, "Remember, it is not how many times you fall that matters, it is how many times you get back up."

"Thanks Fendel. I am back up" Pandora smiles at the man while stretching his hand, but it is clear the strong confidence on herself has changed to a much more dubious attitude.
It is then she realizes Lore still needs help. Kneeling just in front, Pandora casts some healing magic.

As the group regathers and does a full assessment of their situation, they begin the healing process. It is readily apparent that they only narrowly escaped loosing one of their own and that this stretch of land is quite deadly. Braxus sits down on whats left of one of the fallen treants, shrugging his shoulders and letting out a big sigh as he does so. He looks tired. He fishes out his special flask, and his tankard, filling it full. He offers the others each a pour before he puts it away.
After a long, deep drink of the strong wine, he smiles just a bit and his eyes brighten. "Now that's better. To my friends! May you never be thirsty, with the wind always be at your back, and may the ice always be solid beneath your feet."
After his toast, he asks, "Where to from here?"

After a few minutes though, She gives Braxus an indulgent smile. "I know you mean well, and when you started I was too much in shock and pain to stop you, but I really can finish it up from here. I don't object too much, or can't, if I'm unable to heal myself, but I do think Sarenrae would be upset with me if I were to try to cast such healing, or to benefit by such magic. 3 1/2 Hours spent.
The team travels from the trees domain for a while. Surprisingly, the brush doesn't seem as bad here. No fortitude saves! Yaaaay!
A clearing meant for mystical rites interrupts the ongoing riot of disfigured flora and fauna. Under the shadow of a mighty oak, eleven large stones engraved with runes form a circle around untainted grass. One stone is far larger than the rest. The green blades are young and weak, but nonetheless natural.
A man lays stretched out on top of the largest stone, perking his head up to look at the group. His eyes are a fiery red, and he has twin sets of horns on his head, one large like a goats and one smaller set, and he has some quills interspersed with his hair, including his firey red beard and mustache. The most notable part of him however, is his lower half which ends in a set of goat legs.
The man sits up on his goat legs and hops down, grinning as he leans on his spear.
Have you heard the one about what would happen if you despoil Tanglebriar’s only unmolested grass? It would leave you in stitches!”

"Well, there are a fair number of Uprooters that will be plenty 'bucked' from behind if we do not reach them in time. While you seem to be resisting the taint of the the evil permeating this land, those elves will see more than their 'taints' tainted, if you catch my drift. Maybe you could point us in the right direction. It would seem time is of the essence. Perhaps on our return you can probe and prod their taints to see if they are tainted...or if they t'ain't."

Well, I can't do any better than that. So, just to be clear, NOT AIDING!

You suuuuure you don't want that to just be a +2 aid? :P Well,
I'll just have to add in the appropriate number of pointer per raunch pun...
Vinst's reaction is sudden and violent.
He falls over laughing. Deep, hooting, belly laughs, his goat legs pinwheeling in the air, pounding the ground beneath one fist as he holds his stomach with laughter. This continues on for a few minutes until he sits up, wiping away tears from his eyes.
Taint tainted and t'aint! Whooo that was good. Your gonna show those demons what for, that's for DAMNED sure!
He hoots at his own joke, finally slowing a bit and giving a few coughs.
I wish you luck... but, I like you guys! I could be of more help than just luck. Up ahead is the worst the brambles have to offer, and I can tell you every briar patch and danger your gonna deal with...
He grins and holds up three fingers.
But, A man can't go giving away such terrible secrets for free now can I? So, here's my demands.
He drops the first finger.
One, on your way back, you'll stop by here to rest. I don't get much company, let alone FUNNY company now-a-days, so you stop here and I'll cook you a horror free meal in my circle and help tend to the wounded.
He drops the next finger.
Two, if you want to get the real details on what your facing, one of you has got to best me.... in a music contest!
He holds out his pipes in the other hand.
Seriously, NOBODY has been around to listen to my music or for me to hear there's in years! It's enough to drive a guy bat crazy! Or goat crazy as the case may be!
He hoots again and waggles his final finger, taking on a serious look.
Finally, and most importantly...
The look on his face is almost pathetic.
Do any of you have any gods thrice damned booze? Do you know how hard it is to ferment anything in a demon infested forest? I'm going bloody mad! Seriously, take some pity on a poor goat and tell me ya got some booze!
It's like they wrote this section for you guys....

"It's like Cayden himself came to help! OF COURSE WE HAVE BOOZE!!!" and the big man happily takes out his flask and fills his ever present tankard to the brim before handing it over to the wonderful little fella.
"Now don't be shy. Drink your fill my friend. No one should be denied the right to drink!" he says with a wide grin. "Drink, buck, laugh, dance, and wreck demons six ways to Sunday! Ah, the simple life!"

At first Pandora is not much in the mood for more playing, specially with what lays ahead. She does somehow seem required when everybody looks at her about the music. Thus, she just sits next to a stump while Braxus offers his tankard.
Using some wood she starts some stomping over the stump, providing a nice background rythm.
Perform+HR (percussion): 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 11 + 2 = 17
As her mood cheers up she raises her voice starting to sing about more pleasant times in distant forests. Because Vinst seems a bit crazy, she tries to add crazinesses to the song itself "The satyr drinks, the satyr jumps, all the pool, all the river, full of rabbits, red and purple. Cayden friends around the fire, raining frogs, the serpent cries"
Perform+HR (sing): 1d20 + 17 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 17 + 2 = 33
The woman stops her stumping and approaches the satyr and Braxus. She starts dancing without stopping her song, the serpent thing making her to remember about some new fashion dances she recently spot in Absalom "The serpent shakes" and she starts to shake her butt while exploring Braxus musculature "Give me more booze! Give me more booze! Give me more booze!" she seems to enter into a frantic dance while turning to the satyr but still profiting the moment to sensually rub her back against the massive human chest of the Ulfen.
Perform+HR (dance): 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 11 + 2 = 27

This is all part of the show...right?
I'm wondering what the PFS equivalent is to "Chicks dig the long ball."
