"Seems my theory was correct, depending on the item I may be able to destroy it or barring that keep it from all others."

"Granted I do not see why such an item is so sought after?"
"Maybe Asch's dad misses strolls on the beach, or the sun on his skin...I can see why any vampire would be tempted by such an item. I just don't understand why it would be dangerous, unless it passes that safety onto his spawn as well...maybe I should ask my boss."

"Er...can you study it first? We might be able to use that information to help my uncle...And we probably shouldn't destroy anything before the curse on Amada is lifted."
Solivala's orbs freeze in orbit, they form into hands and in a line smack the vampire followed by being poked in the eyes and punched in the shins. Once their attack is over they return to Solivala's orbit seeming content.
"I do not see the need to study it but very well. As for why he would seek to destroy his own kind. I would think he is simply arrogant or other vampires are weak and foolish. While this item would be an advantage it would also act as a lure, I doubt a vampire immune to daylight would be allowed to exist by a number of religions. You and those like you are most likely seen as enemies with no chance of surrender or servitude. I am surprised you have not been destroyed already. If such an advantage is enough to tip the scales of your survival."

He looks over at Krays.
"Could you find out who he is working for if he is at all. If they are aware of the item, why have they not attempted to take it themselves?"

Solivala sends an orb to scout about the inn and report the number and places of vampires if there are any.
"I assume we are done conversing with this corpse." Asch says as he materializes a katana ready to take his head off.
"Seems there are five other vampires and they have drained or in the process of doing so to the people with in the inn. How do you wish to proceed?"
"Well, Asch was looking for something to vent his frustration on," she said sadly. "And since it seems we're too late to save anyone....go for it, Asch. We'll watch your back."
"Disable them and..." He pauses as he swings his blade at the vampire's neck...."then remove their heads." Asch says coldly.. He then steps over the now headless vampire with two guns drawn and ready..
Ephebe loaded Cure shells into her Caster. Her left arm changed into a claw and was surrounded by white fire.
"You're gonna want to keep some distance from me, Asch. I don't want to hurt you by mistake. I'm gonna deal with the victims, make sure they don't rise. Any vampire trying to touch me right now is in for a nasty surprise."

He removes a jar from his pocket and scoops up whats left of the vampire then puts it away.

Solivala glides forward in search of more vampires.
Ephebe starts going from room to room looking for victims. When she finds someone who has been exsanguinated she reaches out to touch them with her claw and the white fire surrounds and incinerates the body.
Solivala spies the new spawn, he cast a spell. A serpent of flame dives thru all five spawn.

"They are slow in that form, but I can not take them all if they split up. I will go after one"
He glides quickly thru the air to cut off one of the fleeing vampires.
Krays takes after another, firing off another searing light into it's cloud...

He says and after the incantation what look like three tortured spirits come up from the ground and burst into flames against the vampires.
Solivala raises his arm, a cone of diamond shards blast the vampires.

Solivala makes no move towards the remaining vampires.
Seeing that the vampires were well in hand, she continued her hunt for victims, including the ones outside that Solivala had already taken care of. Each time she touched a body it incinerated into fine dust. When she was certain that she'd gotten everyone, she went back to the common room and found a piece of paper. She wrote something on it and used a knife to put it up on the wall.
This inn was attacked by undead. All of the undead have been dealt with. Missing friends or family members were unfortunately turned. I am sorry for your loss.

"I don't know. It used to be that vampires were pretty much unheard of in Agartha outside of the underdark. They've been getting awfully bold lately."
"I would venture a guess that a clan or even a single vampire may have moved recently, their habit of creating other vampires could explain the increased number. If this vampire feels threatened by his enemy he may be attempting to increase his ranks for the coming battle. Again this is based on conjecture with incomplete data."

"So, I'm guessing you didn't hear the whole vampire attack? Okay, so ummm ....we're getting an extra early start today. And when we've driven a ways away from the potential angry mob then maybe we can stop for breakfast. Maybe. We'll explain in the car. Solivala can drive. He won't be troubled by sleep deprivation." She yawned. "I just want to go back to sleep."
Once everyone is in Solivala goes back to reading as his orbs do the driving, having formed into hands.
