Hi All, perhaps you can help me with my ideas.
I have a merfolk in mind, Barbarian / Druid. I'm banking on the wildshape to help when we need to disguise.
My idea is that she is a protector of the overfished, and fights / sabotages fishermen or would be monster hunters.
I just don't have a clue where she might have come from, how she gets captured, or even what brought her to fight so passionately against the fishermen.
Any thoughts?
What about, having a long standing hatred of the human fishermen, you see this cleansing of the sea as the ultimate worst in overfishing, removing nature's balance and have been trying to attack human raiding parties, but took on more than you could manage and where captured.

So I think I am the only true human submission. I could probably make due with catfolk or Kitsune but at this point I rather like just being the guy who said the wrong things at the wrong time.

Also, I was wondering, if i change to my bestial form does that dispel my spell? Would it come back when i change back?
Lastly, 10 minute spell, could you give me a heads up when we are nearly at 10 minutes game time, so i don't walk in to a room as the spell finishes or something.

No from all the skin walkers I have played changing your form does not dispell magic it's like using rage or mutagen

yah i really don't want to bot the first round of combat, well i have had some more inspiration so after two more days of inactivity imm end this game and do a new game...if you are interested i will give you preference %_% it would still be a water game so there is that

There isn't much I can do without my components :-/ and my abysmal Str score prevents me from being useful in melee

yes since there dose not seem to be much activity I will end this game...unless there is enough players that want to continue...I know I threw this together really fast but some of my longest running games were made the same way...

Don't end it, I think we were all waiting for the combat round to complete or continue? Were we waiting for the enemy to come down the hall? Or were we waiting on a few of the PCs? I feel like there were a good soild 4 of us that posted consistently. Lets keep it running, I think it will be a success. Those that don't post can be left by the wayside. You can always recruit more people too, and add them in as we move through the world. I'm having fun so far.

Well as long as there's at least four people are more than happy to continue this game, after a few after a few days if the other two players have been posted I'll reopen the recruitment thread look for two more since it's probably going to take a lot even get off the ship I can just have it that you find them somewhere else on in the hold or something

Yeah, keep rocking it, I'm really enjoying the different characters, and good balance of skills, strength, creativity. Maybe send a PM to the MIA players and ask them what the hold up is, and encourage more frequent check ins.

Hi everyone happily things have changed and I'm not loosing my contract...but I can't give the amount of time that will be needed to gm any games hopefully things at work and home will get better and I can restart this game at a latter date
