Yes, most of his stuff is on the mule, encumbrance was why he bought a mule in the first place. Why would Chern walk around with a cast iron pot? In any case, those 2 kits are purchased as a unit for ease of spending, both are broken up, with a torch in Chern's belt, the rest on the mule, etc, etc.

As long as you have the time and coin. it going to cost your 12.5gp for each scroll. Not sure how much extra coin you have after making your character, but I know I do not have much.

Hi guys. I make all initiative rolls so just give me your actions. Typically I call on you when it's your initiative order and THEN you post your actions but this is all new so I understand.

Also my character declined the healing from the night before. So my current HP total is correct at 7 after the suprize round.
I had a post, that I delete as it came across as very assholish whereni called out Balder for offering to sell a scam cure just moment after I talked about the group in the city doing said scam. Jesse has since modified his post but he is still only selling a temp solution. So Orderic only being slightly injured would not have taken him up on his healing in the event he would be asking money for that cure as well. Everything has a price in Orderic head, so when healing and money are spoken in the same speech, he would be refusing.

Ugh, well ill nip this right now. if you read the message it says create a healing SCROLL for money. i said i could cure anyone with injuries. so you didn't want it then its your loss. i also said i literally couldnt afford to make healing scrolls for the town thats why id have to charge. so yeah good thing you didnt rip into him since he spelled it out pretty clearly.

There was nothing in Jesse's post that indicated he was looking for money for the healing he was offering. Not sure where you got that.

I think we are going to hit some snags with combat and the timing of things, since we will all be looking at things at different times. As long as we don't get into the "OH, I was going to do x before that other person did y" we should be fine. I also think if we are going to be transparent then we should all be transparent. There seem to be secret messages between you and kev, and I don't think we have seen his character sheet.

This is where I suggest copious use of titled spoiler tags covering every possibility. If people assume one thing.....like I charge so and so and attack him. And have no back up plan if so and so bites it before they go, that could be annoying. But with back up plans there is no reason not to be ready.
Kev and I have spoken through private messages but only to have him correct me three or four times about his back story and such. He and I had very different ideas of his character but that's been resolved-ish. Everything else is as you see it.
I hear you on the formatting. I have a bunch of things like the groups perception dice and initiative all pre-typed in a word doc to save me time. That first combat round probably took me 20 minutes to get right.

Anybody know of a way to change the colours of the posts?
I think having a green or red colour for ongoing spell effects would be a good idea, makes it easier to note what somebody has going. That way if, for example, Jesse has his bardic performance up, with its effects, the rest of us will remember to include it in our rolls.
