Solstice Scar GM Thread - Session Two (Inactive)

As someone who's never ran a table for a Special before, I've got two questions/comments:

(1) Do I need to submit my table to the Gameday website as I did for the other games I'm running or is that taken care of by someone else?

(2) I'll be needing scenario support but I suspect I won't be the only one.

Not meaning to jump the gun if explanations are still forthcoming but I do want to try and get started on prep and such as soon as I can :)

The first question is which campaign and subtier each GM prefers. We definitely need a 1-2 and 10-11 table in regular, and I would like to see 1-2 core tables.

I would LOVE to do core, if possible since it wouldn't cost me a star, but I'm game for whatever.

I could potentially throw in for a CORE table... that'd be cool... getting a character leveled. That might be what is needed to get me to actually run a table, rather than just be a backup :P

I want to cap it at six tables for several reasons, but if somebody is willing to switch with you, that's fine by me.

I think of the GMs running that I've got the least amount of experience so it would probably be best for me to run one of the lower-tier tables, if possible. This doesn't necessarily mean a 1-2 but probably no higher than 5-6? :)

Core or Standard is fine with me.

I'd prefer to to the standard, but am happy with any of the levels (which I know may mean I get the 10-11 :p)

I dotted this campaign as well, largely so that I can field questions.

I prefer high level games, if possible a 10-11. Core or non core does not matter to me.

I really don't care, but I'd prefer to not run the 10-11, since I don't have a ton of experience with super high tier play. Besides that, it doesn't matter, any tier, either campaign.

Just an FYI to everyone else. I did run this at GenCon. So I will hopefully be able to help with module related questions as well.

I played at Paizo Con, and ran at Gen Con. Good scenario.

I definitely agree with 6 tables being a better plan than 7, just due to how the goal counts work in the adventure. Multiples of 3 tables is the best case.

That's one of the reasons I decided on 6. The special successes round up, so 7 tables means 9 table goals. And given the pacing of PbP, I suspect the goals will already be hard to achieve.

I completely forgot that eddv was slotted to GM as well. But the good news is that overseeing session one is going very well, so I'm willing to risk 9 tables in session two. That means Dennis and Thrawn will get tables, and I'm looking for new backups.

I put Thrawn on core 1-2 as previously discussed, and would like to add a 1-2 and 3-4 in regular campaign, between Dennis and eddv.

Neat! I'd rather do 1-2, given the choice, but am fine with either.

Welcome, Friendly Backups! There's a possibility I'll need the assistance of one of you sometime in October, but I'll post more about that once I myself learn more :)
