First, the charter looks great (sexism aside)!
Next, can I get everyone to look over the gear on their tabs in the spreadsheet and confirm that everything is there that should be?
There were a couple of issues:
Jack, you have 3 MW daggers and 8 normal daggers in your inventory - how many of those were on you originally, and how many were found?
I'll try to get everything finalized soon.
Somia
Somia would quite like the Silver Dagger, but only because she likes Silver and uses daggers.
I do have 3 Potions of Cure Light Wounds, which I'm happy to distribute to non-healers, for in case of emergency, and we have 3 more assorted potions of healing in the gear list. So everyone should be able to have either 2 CLW or 1 CMW except myself (who all being well shouldn't need one)
Aishe Kaleja
Somia has the silver dagger, and has put her 3 potions of CLW into the party gear.
Jack now has the bracers, and has his own money from the captain (350gp - 50gp paid to Grok) to buy the shortbow, unless we want to pool that money as well?
If it helps, the vindictive harpoon is a returning weapon that can be treated as a spear (simple weapon). The exotic proficiency just allows you to use it as a grappling weapon. Somia, I'd say you would benefit from it the most, if you want it.
So you know, once we get all of this stuff straightened out, here is how things will work (barring any reasonable objections). Unclaimed potions, scrolls, etc., that may eventually be useful will remain on the Gear tab, and will be assumed to remain on the ship in the ship's store. Mundane, unusable, or unwanted items will be moved to the Plunder tab to be bartered or sold, as the need arises.
This brings me to a question, though, GM - do we have to stock/track armor and weapons for our sailors?

No they already have their own stats and overall gear blocks. I would not worry about them so much. it will all become more clear throughout this book as it teaches all of the aspects of being a pirate and using the crew.
Somia
Okay, I'll take the harpoon, I looked up harpoon and saw it as Exotic, but if it's simple too then it sounds good.
If no-one wants the Bracer's of Armour and/or the Amulet of Natural Armour Somia will take those too, she's going to leave her armour for when combat threatens.
She also wouldn't mind the Dark Reaver powder, or maybe she's just getting greedy now.
Aishe Kaleja
No problem with you taking the harpoon, obviously, since I suggested it.
Nobody else will use the Bracers of Armor, so if you want it, that's yours as well.
And I should have said something sooner, but only just now thought about it. Aishe currently has the lowest AC of the group, and is a melee combatant, so I'd like to pull rank and take the remaining Amulet of Natural Armor.
The Dark Reaver powder is an ingested poison. I don't have a problem with you taking it, personally; besides, greed is part and parcel of what we're doing, right?
Other notable items that are yet unclaimed:
Shackles of Compliance
Tidewater Cutlass
Wand of Summon Monster II (12 charges)
As far as potions are concerned, we have 4 CLW, 1 Blur, 1 Invisibility, and 7 CMW (Jack has 1 of these already). I suggest that we distribute them thusly:
Aishe - 1 CLW, 1 CMW
Charles - 2 CMW
Jack - 1 CLW, 2 CMW
Somia - 1 CLW, 1 CMW, Invisibility
Viviana - 1 CLW, 1 CMW, Blur
Our only scrolls are currently on a 25 lb. whale's jawbone and hardly portable. Do we have anyone that can/will actually use the scrolls? If not, let's sell it.

You can always break the skull apart into separate more manageable scrolls also.
There is only the one amulet
Aishe Kaleja
There are two amulets. One was the captain's reward when we took the rahadoumi ship, the other was on Mr. Plugg. I'm more than fine with Viviana having one, I was just hoping for the other.
As far as the scrolls are concerned, sure - I suppose that would work, and it's not like they'd be damaged by water...
Somia
Somia has Alter Self and Daylight on her spell list, none of the other spells though. The shackles sound like something that may be useful to keep on the ship in case we do need to take prisoners at any point.
Hammock sounds like a good thing to keep wherever we use as an infirmary. Use it restore the lightly wounded if we don't have enough magic to heal everyone.
No problem with frontliner's taking Natural Armour, Somia intends on keeping well back from combat where she can.
Aishe Kaleja
Well, between Charles and Aishe, we've got all of the other spell covered, so I say let's keep the entire skull (though breaking it apart is still probably a good idea).
I have moved all of the less-than-useful gear from the gear tab to the plunder tab (though if there's a unit of currency called plunder as GMT suggests, that might not be the best name). If there's anything you want available, let me know and I'll move it back. As it stands, we have enough loot to pay for just about any improvements we might want, though we probably shouldn't blow it all on our first ship. I'm assuming we'll eventually want to upgrade at some point? Or is that an option, GM?
Any opinions on whether we keep the loot as items or coins? Can we always count on being able to sell/barter loot at 50% of its value? If so, then keeping it as items would not be a bad way to go, as we can use them first and make up the difference with coins. I'm open to other thoughts on this, if you have an opinion.
Also, GM, still don't have access to any of the new documents.

Yup I will open up the forms when I get off of work this afternoon. My work computer does not agree with Google docs at all. Or really any sharing of forms and records what so ever lol.
As far as I have seen throughout the module you basically keep the same ship. That being said it does not mean that i am not open to a purchase of a new bigger one but just remember that they are EXTREMELY expensive and could be better served into gear.
Aishe Kaleja
Thanks :-).
On another note, let's go ahead and move forward with the refit. I propose that we go ahead and sink our current loot into one or more of the following:
Refit: 2000gp
Smuggling Compartments: 500gp for 5'-square
Broad Rudder: +1 bonus to all sailing checks, 500gp
Rapid-Deploy Sails: +1 bonus to all sailing checks, 1000gp
Silk Sails: +1 bonus to opposed sailing checks, +10% non-tactical speed 1500gp
If we get rid of most of our gear (3850gp resale value) and coinage (1650gp), we can afford ~5500gp of improvements. That would allow us to do everything above, but would necessitate that we go a-plundering right off the bat, as we'd only have a bit over 200gp left.
If anyone has any further suggestions or comments, I'd like to hear 'em. Of course, if anyone has any designs on having us make our own ship later, it would obviously not make sense to spend a ton on this particular ship.
Aishe Kaleja
Personally, I like Besmara's Fortune or Tempest Rising.
And, while I appreciate the vote of confidence as the quartermaster, it's not my ship, it's our ship. If I were the captain, then yeah, you guys would have to take my suggestions and live with 'em. This, however, is the sort of thing that would seem to lend itself to a council vote. That said, it looks like we've got the votes, so we'll go with this plan.

I placed an abbreviated form of the ship to ship combat rules in the Campaign tab as there is a bit too them and they are spread all over half of the players guide. Let me know if there is more you would like to see in it or perhaps take something out. tried to make it flow a bit easier.
GM Tyranius

oh that is quite all right. I hope you are doing well.

Happy Thanksgiving All!

Phew! I was worried you guys were going to have a very difficult time with that fight. Two well placed crit's definitely turned the tide though. :)
GM Tyranius

Hehe You guys have free reign of ports. Bloodcove, Senghor or even Crown's End.
Aishe Kaleja
Okay, gear time:
We currently have two characters (Somia and Aishe) using Amulets of Natural Armor +1. I suggest that one of them take the Amulet of Natural Armor +2, and someone else take the Amulet of Natural Armor +1. Considering their relative AC/tactic, I suggest Aishe take the +2 and Viviana take the +1.
We have a cloak of resistance +1 - I suggest that Charles take that, because of his abhorrent Will save.
Viviana - you want a ranged weapon, and we have a MW Underwater Heavy Crossbow sitting around gathering dust. Want it?
We also have several potions of Cure Moderate Wounds, as well as a wand of it with 11 charges. Should we distribute these around? Aishe and Somia can both use the wand.
GM - Jack had asked for information about his "iron shirt" a while back...could we get details?
GM Tyranius

Ah jeez. Don't see how I missed that. Sorry yes it is a masterwork chain shirt Jack.

I will be at a small PFS / gaming convention on Sat. So I will have a hard time posting anything that day.
Charles Beecroft
@GM Tyranius: Since we are leveling up, I have a question for you - can I apply the 'Bloodline Familiar' archetype to Charles?
If you don't have access to the Familiar Folio, it trades the first level bloodline power (something I have never used to date) and pushes back access to bonus spells by one character level, in exchange for a familiar.
You mentioned that the parrot we encountered back at Rickety Squib's took quite a shine to me, and I would love to have it as a familiar :-)
Charles Beecroft
We should also probably try to re-identify the headband and trident on the loot page, and divvy up some of that loot that appears to be unclaimed (like the Amulet of Natural Armor +2, and the Cloak of Resistance).
EDIT: Charles will claim one of the three (presumably) mundane tridents that we acquired from the shark-riding sahuagin - if we are going underwater, I have a feeling that a piercing weapon will be a good idea :-/
