Liberty's Edge

I've played pathfinder for years, and love making custom races. I recently had an idea for a race that could on occasion reach through, or move through objects with a daily limit. That being said, I chose to make the ability a spell which they would have access to. I have never created a custom spell and would love some feedback as to if this is overpowered for a 4th level spell as I'd like to keep that as the spell level. Thanks in advance.

DESCRIPTION
You become insubstantial, but remain completely on the material plane and completely visible. As an insubstantial creature, you can move through solid objects of your choice, including living creatures.

Although you are not incorporeal, while in insubstantial form, you can only be harmed by incorporeal creatures, magic weapons or creatures that strike as magic weapons, and spells, spell-like abilities, or supernatural abilities. In this form you are immune to all non-magical attack forms. Even when hit by spells or magic weapons, you take only half damage from a corporeal source. Corporeal spells and effects that do not cause damage only have a 50% chance of affecting you while in insubstantial form. Force spells and effects, such as from a magic missile, affect you normally.

Since your gear and equipment become insubstantial with you, your attacks can deal damage normally against incorporeal creatures as the ghost touch special ability. However, attacks against corporeal targets, find no purchase. In fact you cannot take any physical action that would move or manipulate a corporeal opponent or its equipment, nor are you subject to such actions.

If you end the spell and become material while inside a material object (such as a solid wall), you are shunted off to the nearest open space and take 1d6 points of damage per 5 feet that you so travel.
