"I admit I want to know why Sandara was interested in us; I doubt it's entirely altruistic, though I think she could be a good ally. She's the only one with healing powers, as far as I know. I think I should keep talking to the people she pointed out to try and figure out what her game is."

She nods in response to Aqguazula's warning. Really, she's probably safer not knowing everything he's getting up to.

She flips through a few pages, reading carefully. "Take a turtle, throw it on its back, carve 'er open along the center with a dagger to access the most tenderest of tendons! Just kiddin', ya still payin' attention!?" It seems the writer, or writers, had quite the sense of humour when authoring the book, but the recipes seem sound and have her mouth watering as she imagines what the dishes may taste like. Chandria thinks about taking the book for a moment.

I know its kind of a bit forward of me considering we just met, but.. she turns to the gnome giving him the "damsel in distress" look, The quartermaster has something that was taken from me. it is the last thing I have from my mother. Do you think you could help me get it back?

Sasha kneels to look him at his eye level, placing a hand on his cheek, please. she begs of him.

Sasha spend the third day fully engrossed in her tasks. she has evening plans has no desire to wear herself out on these tasks, there are men available for that later that night.


Galley Chandria (Day 3)-

Kroop is currently wrestling with a larger than average Leatherback turtle, trying in vain to stab the creature but hitting nothing but shell. Growling in frustration he tosses the knife over his shoulder and begins to work on the meat he has already harvested, leaving the turtle to amble around on the tabletop, biting out at some carrot.

Kroop is busy cooking dinner and arguing with the new Leatherback addition to the menagerie. The book is quite large but you can easily take it.

"... no, no you shut up, I'm the Cook ere, yer just a bloody Turtle!" Kroop waves a bottle of rum at the Turtle before exhaling sharply through his nose and turning away. "Ah forget ya!"

Main Deck Sasha (Night 2)-

Conchobhar stares at Sasha for a moment, before shaking his head slightly. "I don't have all of my own things back my dear. In fact the Quartermaster isn't my biggest fan, something about 'little roving hands' or something. If I had the ability I would help but... Have you asked her yourself? She might just give it back to you!"

Looking over at Kroop, Chandria stifles a laugh that would have otherwise alerted Kroop to her discovery of the tome. Now's my chance. This tome will come in handy on this ship. It's worth the risk... But that sweatbox.. She pauses for a moment. No. If I can't cook day in and day out, they may do worse.. The Tengu shuts the tome and slips it under her harimaki in one quick action.

Grok, if she is drunk, sometimes leaves the door unlocked. The penalty for theft on the ship is death. I am going to stress this again for everybody. You may not get caught but if you do, there is no out.

Main Deck Linnet (Night 3)

Conchobhar looks up as Linnet approaches, his cheeks blushed with the wine he is drinking. "Well well well... another beautiful woman. How did I get so lucky? As the attack hits, Aqguazulas hair pulls back and Badger lands on her feet, twirling the shortsword before her. "I woz just gonna punch your face in but you brought that freaky f#&~in hair in to it so now you bleed fish dick!"

Conchobhar nods and offer Linnet some wine. "Aye, she said we should make friends with you all if we get the chance. Seems like a good idea to me, one can never have too many friends!"

Bleepos puts the coins with the rest of his gold, and quickly runs from there to hide the quill and the vials together with the rest of his stash.

With that done, the goblin simply decides to go to sleep. Good rum, good loot, he needs now a good night of sleep... He knows the next day will probably be tough on him!

Living on the edge... If the captain find out, he'd have to kill the little green rascal half a dozen times already!


Main Deck Gupson

"Were playing Towers, simple 2 copper buy in if your interested handsome!" Tilly smiles up at Dacota.

Right as the woman speaks, Dacota catches a brief flash of a scuffle on the other side of the deck, his eyes drawn to a bleeding Aqguazula standing before a Half-Elf woman who is rubbing her bruised larynx with her free hand.

Yeah Bleepos is really living on "May as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb". Haha

Chandria instead heads back into the galley and grabs another bottle of Brandy. They were in the galley, right? She slips it under her armor and seeks out Scourge. I'll have to do what I can to make him think the Captain is planning to throw him overboard. Perhaps a little Brandy might help make my story more believable...

Quartermaster Store Night 3

Sasha slips in to the store and moves to the lockers at the back of the room. Two out of the six lockers are unlocked.

Locker One:

This locker contains mostly mundane equipment, but after looking around in the locker for a bit, she finds a fine looking compass, inset with a large emerald in the lid.

Locker Two:

This locker houses the Players stolen equipment, along with your locket and a gem studded flask that belongs to Conchobhar. In the bottom of the locker sits a pair of translucent cloth tubes that shimmer faintly with magic.

If Sasha makes a Perception check (Not too high) she can jump in to the combat above to help Aqguazula.

Fipps moved around and in to a flank with Badger, throwing a fist at Aqguazila.

Missing completely, Fipps growls, before Cog lashed out at him in turn.

Cog managed to punch Fipps right in the face, causing him to stumble and focus on Cog, not on the Sea Elf.

Shivikah begins to attack Badger from behind.

Badger gets a kick in the ribs, driving her sideways and away from Aqguazula, knocking her to her knees.

Panting, she stands slowly, before lashing out with all of her strength at Aqguazula one last time.

As her blow connects with Aq, she slumps to the ground, falling unconscious from a broken rib and some bloodloss.

Aq takes 4 lethal and Badger is bleeding out unconscious.

Aqguazula enraged with his wound and the smell of blood in the air, his dilate to a solid black colour, his muscles tighten and he almost seems to be feral.

Blood Frenzy (Ex) Once per day, a sahuagin that takes damage in combat can fly into a frenzy in the following round. It gains +2 Constitution and +2 Strength, but takes a –2 penalty to its AC. The frenzy lasts as long as the battle or 1 minute, whichever is shorter.

He turns towards Fipps and assaults him.

For most of the fight, Gupson watches with curiosity. The strange weaponized hair of Aqguazula intrigued him. No Sea Elf he knew had such a strange ability. In all, the fight appeared to be a mess of fighting and flailing limbs.

It was only when Badger falls unconscious after throwing out one last punch does he step into action, hurrying over to the fight with haste.

"Break it up, come on, peace all of ya. Stop the damn fightin'!" Gupson shouts, trying to defuse the situation.

Aqguazula quickly comes to his sense, he decides to heal himself before anymore hell comes his way. Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Standing over the body of badger, he stomps on her broken rib before healing her. Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

"this won't fix her broken bones, but at least I can't be blamed for her dying."

He will quickly turn to Cogward and Shivikah, "Thanks mates, if it wasn't for you I might be dead, I owe you one."

is it wrong to rob them of their gear? Spoils of war?


If you do stamp on her ribs, please make an attack for it, because you will do damage to her. Also you can totally shake her down if you want.

She hurries over to see the aftermath of the fight and swears. "I missed all the fun! Sorry I wasn't here for backup, bud." She nudges Fipps then peers a little closer. "Maybe we should do something so he doesn't die and get us in trouble?"

I think Heal on my character sheet took my healing kit into account, my bad.

Given the number of times healing has come up, Linnet realizes she had a kit as part of her gear and should probably go get it from Grok. Surely the quartermaster can't object to that.
