Chuffy found himself trying to hide at first once the Chief's voice started to make more pustules break on his face. Stealth: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36 First nat 20 and I wasted it on a silly RP decision. Eh, se la vi.

As soon as the Chief is finished, he jumps from his hiding spot, brandishing his dogslicer. "Chuffy get stab many things! Fireworks all good, but stabbing is where fun at!!"

In the tiny cage tied to his belt, his pet spider skitters in excitement (or it's trying to escape.)

With that, Slorb ushers you all back out of the tent, as he does he shoves a cure map into Chuffys hand. "Prepare for feast tonight. Then you go on quest tomorrow morning. Go!"

Outside there is already the start of activity with a gaggle of Goblins starting to lay on wood for what will likely be a gigantic bonfire.

"Wait! Chuffy not sorcey-ry! Chuffy just--" He's cut off as he's kicked out of the Moot house. "I just good hiding!"

He thinks about it, which takes all of two seconds, and realizes that if Chief Rendwattle told him to do magic, he'd better do magic, or he'd be the next thing thrown on a bonfire!

Chuffy goes over to Mogmurch. "Can Chuffy borrow some fire-fire things? Chuffy need be magiksman tonight."

Out falls a jester's hat, an eyepatch with a hole cut in the middle. Out of one pocket jumps out a small toad and a few small vials clatter hard on the ground.

For the morning and most of the afternoon, the goblins work hard to build a bonfire out branches, sticks, and the remains of Scribbleface’s hut. As night falls, a group of four struggling goblins carry the Teeter Chair (with Chief Gutwad sitting atop it) out to the site of the bonfire. The chief is holding a huge firework that he lights and points at the giant pile of wood. A moment later, a ball of flame and showers of sparks bursts from the tube with a thunderous boom and sets the bonfire alight. The goblins cheer as the flames catch on and the bonfire roars into the night sky.

This signals the start of an all-night party that features lots of good things to eat (snails, fish, and snakes). The chief brings out a barrel of fermenting cider apples early on and most goblins get drunk very quickly.

If you would like to indulge in the apples, you must make a DC 8 Fortitude save or be sickened for 24 hours.

There is much talk of a magic show. Goblins begin milling around wondering who is going to be disappeared into jam.

There is a mystified silence as the rest of the Goblins try and work out what took place. They seem generally unconvinced.

A lone Goblin wanders to the barrel and peers into it curiously before dipping a finger into the water and then tasting some of the water - the top of which is now covered in a film of flamable accelerants, The goblin then proceeds to drink a mouthful of the new mixture before standing bolt upright "HE MADES IT MORE DIZZY HEAD!" - the Goblins cheer at the sorcery displayed, raising the alchoholic content of the 'apple cider'.

The Chief was clearly hoping for more of a show though and grunts something about Squealy Nord.

There is much excitement building in the village around the campfire, the words 'squealy' and 'Nord' bandied around, the idea starts gaining momentum and soon enough half the village is standing by a 20' diameter pit that is 10' deep. Tethered to a pole in the middle is the porcine namesake himself "WHO IS GOBLINS ENOUGH TO DANCE HIS BACK!" goes the cry, and suddenly all eyes are on you!

The crowd cheers and jeers at the satisfying bit of tragedy.

The night thus continues until another cheer goes up from the crowd and a wicker basket is held aloft "Who can eat a bag of Bull Slugs real quick!?" goes the challenge to the excited Goblins - and with that the basket is opened and some of the contents held for all to see - Bull slugs are black, wriggling slugs the size of sausages. Even among the goblins, they’re considered particularly foul-tasting and, because of the large amounts of slime they exude, difficult to chew.

"One minute to eat a full bag of sluggies!" cries the slug holder, who pulls some soggy leaf napkins from his pocket.

Looking down though they see four more in each of their bags...!

They only have a limited time left to get the slugs down.

Five slugs in each bag, and successfully eating one requires a DC 15 Fortitude save (this drops to a DC 10 Fortitude save if the goblin doesn’t bother to spit out the slug’s mildly poisonous slime bladder—but neglecting to take care not to eat the slime bladder could have repercussions). Eating a slug is a full-round action (because of the squirming), and a goblin who fails a save can attempt to swallow the same slug on the following round.

The Goblins are going crazy, cheering, leering, and choking on their own disgust!

(a ring of climbing); like Gorge of Gluttons, this magic ring is on loan from the chieftain’s treasury.

Not satisfied with the level of blood and violence, the Goblins move onto the finale...!

"WE DAREZ YOU TO PLAY WITH RUSTY EARBITER!"

The Rusty Earbiter: The infamous Rusty Earbiter is a hollow coil of rusty wires, barrel hoops, bent swords, and thorny branches and vines that's kept behind the Moot House when not in use. So named for the fact that it's claimed a number of goblin ears in the past (indeed, three partially severed goblin ears can be seen tangled in its sharp internal coils), the Rusty Earbiter is both an object of fascination and fear for the Licktoads. A half-dozen eager goblins roll the 20-foot coil out from behind the Moot House with the typical number of slashed fingers and stabbed legs such a task normally brings.

This will involve Escape Artist checks... you can already smell the blood

Reta secretly gulp in fear when the Rusty Ear Biter mentioned. However, she big hero, and big heroes don't get scared by stupid wires.
Reta go first! Reta no scared!

Sczarni

Reta gets past the first turn with spiky sharp blades and manages to avoid spilling her own blood... she realises she made it a third of the way...!

Two more Escape Artist checks - DC15.
Each failed Escape Artist check causes 1d4–2 points of damage (a result of lessthan 1 point of damage indicates no damage is taken) from the Rusty Earbiter's spiky spikes.

Reta not do so good. Big head make hard to escape from sharp stuff.
I forgot about this trait until just now. If you rule that her head makes it hard to get out, then go ahead and apply the penalties to the rolls and roll the damage. My bad. :)

Goblin Trait: Balloon-Headed
Your head is particularly wide and large, even for a goblin. You gain a +1 bonus on Perception checks, and Perception is always a class skill for you. Any Escape Artist checks that require you to squeeze your head through a tight space take a -8 penalty.
