Venetia Medvyed |

Not quite done yet, but I have all the crunch finished, now just need to work on expanding my background story. Took the Nemesis as my story feat, pertaining to the woman who tricked him into killing his tribe. The woman is a winter witch (possibly even a White Witch) and hence I took Vigilante Witch Hunter as the campaign trait.

Venetia Medvyed |

Maiathess was born the son of the eldest Twilight Speaker of his tribe, but he would not inherit his mother's role and responsibilities, that right fell to his older twin sister, Azaathihel. Maiathess was instead raised as a sentinel, one who protects the snowcaster tribe and their secrets. However being in the Crown of the World, there were never many visitors to their land. For the most part, life was simple, and peaceful, Maiathess was loved and respected by his people, and there were even those in other tribes who highly regarded his skill with a bow.
There was one Twilight Speaker from another tribe, known only to Maiathess as "Sunset's Daughter" his mother likely knew her actual name, but Maiathess did not. This woman was supposed to become Maiathess' wife, and Maiathess would leave his tribe to live with hers in time, but ultimately this plan never came into fruition.
One day, a strange woman arrived in the Crown of the World, near the secret entrance to Maiathess' tribe's lands. This woman was human, not that Maiathess had ever seen a human before, but she seemed colder then even the frozen arctic that was the Crown of the World. Instead of killing the woman with his bow from the hidden snows, Maiathess instead approached the woman, perhaps drawn in by her mastery of the cold. By this time, it was already too late for Maiathess, for upon seeing the young snowcaster elf, the woman quickly put him under a spell.
Maiathess knew not why this woman was here at the Crown of the World, but utilizing illusions and double speech, she somehow managed to get Maiathess to lead her into his tribe's lands, without his knowing. Traveling far above the village to the snowy hills that surrounded it, Maiathess and the woman found themselves in the perfect location for causing an avalanche, and unintentionally, that is just what Maiathess did. He doesn't remember how it happened, or what happened next, but when Maiathess came to, the woman was gone, and so was his tribe.
Decimated by the loss of his tribe, and his unintentional role as their murderer, Maiathess vowed that if he ever saw that woman again, he would do everything in his power to make sure that no one ever heard from her ever again. He wept for days at the site of the avalanche, until almost a week later, his sister returned to find her twin brother and no village.
"I killed them, all of them." Maiathess spoke upon seeing his older twin sister. "I don't deserve to live, and I don't deserve the name of my people." But his sister was not alone, although the others with her were not from his tribe.
"Then you are Maiathess, for you are no longer worthy of any other name." A tender voice spoke, it was "Sunset's Daughter"
After explaining to his sister and the others what had happened, Maiathess was given two choices, die a traitor to his people then and there, or be banished from this land through the elf gate never to return again. Maiathess accepted the name Maiathess and choose the later choice, knowing that he must at least attempt to redeem himself before accepting death. And so the young man was banished through the snowgate never to see his people again.
He found himself in a very warm and unfamiliar place, but he would not stay still for long, instead choosing to seek out the woman and those like her in order to make sure that they would not cause further damage to his people. Learning that the woman was what was commonly referred to as a "Winter Witch", Maiathess began to seek out sources of unnatural cold, and in time found Heldren and it's colder then normal forest. Knowing that the woman might be there, or that there might be some hint to the woman's location, he stopped in Heldren as the weather began to get colder and colder, awaiting a chance to find his way into that forest...
Unless there are any errors in my character or any issues with the backstory, my character is now finished and ready.

Okay sorry I'm so late folks last night went on far longer than I had planned and I had a blast.
You have a bit under 2hrs left folks.
@shadowyfox pick what makes you happy. But keep in mind if you pick true love you will have to rewrite your backstory. And he doesn't have to have the feat to find love promise.

I'm calling time folks. ShadowyFox pm me as I told you health comes first you have an extension sir. I am heading out for dinner folks will be back on to go over entries later. Will have list by this time tomorrow evening. I just want you all to know these all look fantastic and that its gonna be hard picking them.

Hmmmm good question and honestly one that should have popped up earlier. If it did and I missed it I'm sorry. I suppose you could have the extra traits feat. But I would prefer a story feat see the nice thing about the story feats is they are bound to overlap. Which makes them groupable for me. I can have nemesises nemesisi? Working together. All the explores will pop at once it just works well together even if everyone I pick has different ones they still can be pulled together for a wonderful subplot. But if you don't like them take extra traits instead.....

Aevann |

Aevann's "Glimpse Beyond" is sort of a nemesis, I guess. Aevann'd like to kill it but it is a long, looong way off. Might be too long ig this is what you're looking for.
Honestly, I would have preferred to have it be Fey - wendigo was the closest cold and evil outsider I could find to Fey. Happy to rewrite things if Fey is enough but by book it needs to be an evil outsider, aberration or undead.
If it was fey (which the guide suggest we'll face) then all fey sort of qualify for it. I figure once he figures out his problem with cold iton he'll end up with a strange fascination with Fey in general.
I was trying to incorporate winter fey themes with Aevann.

Somethings are fey and some arent fey but still might be Fey. I will be running them a bit differently than the books the first world will still be there in all its glory but it won't be the only place and source of them. Their will be fey that dance from world to world loyal to no one and others bound by the Courts of the Seasons. The fey of the first world are wild fey and are unbound. Other Fey that walk the world though may not be Wild. Beware who you make deals with and who you give your word to.....
