The bandits outside need to be moved two squares west and two skeletons need to be added in attacking Aldiran. And the man in the breastplate has vanished. Everything else is good.

Hmmmm, the skeletons acted, then Aldiran acted and the skeletons have not acted again - you sure she is up again?

Morrigan bites back a scream as the twin arrows sink into her flesh, nearly throwing her down face first into the snow. Using the steps of the lodge for balance, she turns and points her crossbow back at her attackers.

Going to assume Morrigan and Grim shot the same guy so the bottom one drops.
Saves for the skeletons. 2d20 ⇒ (6, 16) = 22 one falls on his face.

Alex steps back with grim and Morrigan and fires at the man who fired on Morrigan.

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d6 ⇒ 6 and a miss...

The guy still standing at the corner will retreat around the building again.

The fallen creature inside tries to get up while the the other swipes again at Aninga.
To get up 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19 stands and is done for the turn.

Bite claw claw all at plus three 3d20 ⇒ (7, 18, 19) = 44 two hits so I need two dc 13 fort saves please. 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 6) + 2 = 13

The fallen skeleton will attempt to stand while the other will try to move towards Aldrian.

1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 stands and is done for the turn.

1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 moves ten feet towards Aldiran.

As the one man retreats, Grimgisli starts to follow him around the building, trying to be careful against following him into a trap, but expecting him to be waiting to take a shot when he sees the Ulfen man.

I moved both icons 30' on the map. The guy Grim is chasing could have stayed up against the building instead of being out in the open where I dropped him (I would have). If he did that, Grim wouldn't have a line of sight on him from where I stopped him (or him, Grim), but the Hunter would continue moving until they saw each other, and he probably takes a readied shot at Grim. So, not finishing Grim's action until I have some idea if Grim has a line of sight to this guy, yet, or not.

@grim he would have stayed on the building but he also shot morrigan so he hasn't readied anything yet.

Oh ok. Well my hexes won't affect undead and I'm not sure how effective a crossbow bolt will be against something that is mostly empty ribcage, but we can try it. :) Switching to loading and firing at the skellie nearest Aldiran

Grim sees a man in a breastplate appear outside as the bodies of the four bandits begin to twitch and lurch to their feet. The fleeing bandit keeps moving.

Insides the two pale figures vanish in a swirl of black smoke.

Check. Put the guy in the corner where he would be safest from an archer coming around the corner, and then finished coming around the corner for the second half of Grim's movement.

I would appreciate a placement of breastplate guy . . ..

Taking another step back, she retrieves her longspear, and readies it in case the skeleton bears down on her again. (Longspear ready for an AoO, in case the blue skeleton comes in melee range)

Aldiran had about 5 rounds of Bardic Performance left when this started, I am not sure how many rounds have elapsed.
