As Aric starts his efforts to free the lady, Grimgisli shakes his head, standing back out of the way. As the chains break and mostly fall away, and Aric's chest puffs up as he turns away, the smaller Ulfen man moves in behind him and works to undo the locks that were left behind.

Given the phrasing used above, I'm going to assume they are well within Grim's skill range so that success is (at most) a mater of time and ignore chucking dice just to chuck dice.

Grim takes a few moments and has the ankle manacle undone and it falls away. Is anyone going to try to revive her? It would be a heal check or a vial of smelling salts (one use of the healers kit) or you can let her sleep it off...

Standing up, and taking a serious tone, Aldiran addresses a much more complicated issue without hesitation - "As Grim has stated, there are several logistic considerations that need to be addressed however - It seems clear by now that this is not simply a matter of a harsh weather imbalance - there is definitely more to it than that"

Looking at Lady Tessica directly, she adds - "We need to refit and re-equip, and we need to do so accordingly to the level of threat we are facing - will we be provided the necessary funds for such purpose? Or will we be given access to it through any other means?"

Naaah, the breastplate is to be sold. Aldiran wants to buy a new, gold-plated flute :D
