"Of course, of course," the man says. He digs out ten parcels. "Five gold, please."
"I should probably get some as well," Jerrica says, digging out five gold coins.
Derika takes the rations and hands over the gold as she looks around.

Opening her eyes with a smile, Vishanti gets up and gathers her gear, exiting the room to meet the waiting Teslyn. "It appears that this venture should do us well."
Excellent! That's good to hear. Let's go find the others and get going.
Thinking for a moment she asks, "Do you, or someone you know might have some oils of magic weapon we can buy? Also we need some for align weapon and blanches. I was wondering if we could find anything like that here? We're setting off very soon for parts unknown and we want to be sure to be prepared." She looks at Jerrica before smiling back at the merchant.
"Isotalo should have some," the man replies.

She nods, "I should have guessed that. Well, thank you for your help." Looking back at Jerrica she says, "Well I guess we go back to Isotalo's before meeting up with the others."
Derika and Jerrica head back to Isotalo's house and knock on the door.
Thangrom joins Derika and Jerrica as they go to visit Isotalo.
"Ah, you're back. Something you need?" the sage asks.

Glancing at Thangrom she says before she knocks, "The merchant I got the rations from said Isotalo might have some of those oil thingies we were using before."

She nods, "Uuhhh yeah...I was wondering if you had some oils...like for weapons? We need some oils of magic weapon, align weapon, and something called blanching? Just in case ya know?"

"My selection is not large, but I have a few of each," Isotalo says.

She nods, "So, you have some of all of those? How many of each do you have?"

Nodding Vishanti head out with Teslyn to find the others.
Jerrica said something about going to the armorer. We can ask there.
Telsyn is very impressed with Vishanti. She can access powers of teleportation, something he won't be able to do for a long time, if ever.
As they walk, Telsyn smiles and says, It was an honor to be trusted with your sword. I'm glad you've succeeded. I'm glad we all succeeded. I'm glad your query made you confident. It makes me a little more confident, too.
Vishanti smiles. The elf was one of the more presonable of his kind that she'd met and was welcomingly supportive, especially of Derika. "The spirits indicated that through this adventure we will gain much needed strength. I'm glad to have you as part of our group, your positivity is quite welcome."
"I have three oils of magic weapon, two doses of adamantine, two doses of ghost salt, one dose of silver and one dose of cold iron," Isotalo answers. "I don't have anything for alignment, sorry."
She looks at Thangrom, "What do you think? Should we just get all of them?"

Thangrom nods. "Rather have more than we need. I ain't lived this long without plannin' for eventualities."
She kind of shrugs and nods, "That seems to make sense to me." Smiling she looks back at Isotalo, "Alright, so how much for the lot?"

"That'll be eight hundred and five gold total," Isotalo answers.
She raises an eyebrow as the shock washes over her at the price. She looks at Jerrica and Thangrom, "I think we should consult the rest of the group before spending that kind of coin since we'll all have to pitch in for that much. Are there some that you consider more important than others?" She asks looking between the sage and Thangrom.

"Maybe drop one of the ghost salts and one of the adamantines?" Jerrica suggests.

She nods, "So how much would it be if we dropped those two?"

"It will be five hundred and five gold instead," Isotalo replies.
She thinks for a moment, "Wellll.....since the three of us are the primary melee frontliners, we could each pitch in a hundred gold each and use the party funds for the difference. What do you guys think? Could we do that, or should we still talk to the others? I think it's a good investment considering everything we've been up against so far, and not knowing what we're getting ready to walk into......"

Okay...so here's everything after doing some figuring and how it's gonna be divided up. We are splitting evenly six ways. Derika, Vishanti, Telsyn, Thangrom, Abby, and Jerrica. Jerrica is not my pet and I do not keep her, she's earned her cut and it helps to keep her taken care of so she can continue to help us. Henry said to leave Kerrko out of the split, so that's fine. After working everything out, there will only be two copper left over and I was planning on giving that to Lynnie as a way of saying thanks for everything she's done, if that's cool with everyone. I know it's not a lot, but we're not really done here yet either. Here's our totals and how much apiece we will each get: PP 24, GP 6,060, SP 1,338, and CP 2538. That is how much we have total. This is how much each of us get from that: PP-4, GP-1,010, SP-223, and CP-423. After splitting everything and counting it all out in her room, Derika takes the divided spoils of their labors and gives all of her friends their share. Going to Lynnie she hands her the two extra copper that were left over, "I know it isn't much, but I just wanted to say thank you for showing us such kindness."

"I think we should just use the party funds for this," Jerrica says. "These things benefit all of us. I can cough up the extra five gold, if need be. So, we're working for alchemical items...could be worse."
The rogue grins at Derika.
She nods her head as she rubs the back of her neck thoughtfully, "Okay...it's just I hate spending that kind of money without consulting everyone first. I'm pretty sure Telsyn would feel the same way, as would Vishanti and Abby...." She pauses as she looks between Thangrom and Jerrica. Knowing how much the oils helped in the last couple of fights they were in, she was pretty sure that Thangrom would be okay with that plan.
After a couple of minutes she says, "Okay, but you don't have to cough up the five gold by yourself ya know." She smiles back at Jerrica as she takes the pouch of five hundred gold out, plus three from her own purse. Leaving Jerrica only having to provide two gold. Taking all the money she hands it back to Isotalo, "Here ya go, it'll be well worth it when we have something that helps against the strange things that we might run across."

"I know it's a big amount, but we all know how much those helped the last time. I think we're all grateful not being dead and all," Jerrica chuckles.
She nods while she lets out something that sounds between a giggle and a snort of her own. Composing herself she says, "You're definitely right about that." She takes the oils and other items from Isotalo gratefully as she hands over the money.
She shakes the man's hand after stowing the alchemical items. "Ummm....by the way, you wouldn't have happen to seen Kerrko would you?"
"Oh, the young man who updated me on your progress? I haven't seen him at all today," Isotalo says.
She looks down slightly, "Oh...okay. Thanks anyways, we'll see you around." She turns to walk away, "I guess we should head back to the inn. I'm not sure there's much else that I can get that will keep me much safer than what I already wear and I don't want to have to keep us waiting around for the blacksmith to make me something special. Let's just go find the others." She seems a little disappointed as they head back to find the others.
Jerrica puts a hand on Derika's shoulder. "Were you hoping to see him again?"
She shrugs and then sort of nods, Yeah...I guess I was. I was kind of wanting to talk to him before we left. Is that weird?"
"Nah, not at all," Jerrica says.
Telsyn wants to see if Jerrica is getting her armor upgraded. If she isn't, he'll wonder where she went, but he's not worried. She's not alone.
Vishanti and Telsyn see Jerrica, Derika and Thangrom emerging from Isotalo's home.
Getting back to the inn she waits for Lynn to not be too busy and approaches her, "Hey Lynn, have you seen Kerrko by any chance? Youngish looking fellow? Probably showed up a night ago or so?"
