Ahh sorry it was one of the other groups who found a map. The questions is then who are in the barrack and the mess hall?
A sound catches Thomas attention, it is the sound of a door opening. quickly moving the few paces to the door of the barracks, he looks across the mess hall into the eyes of a terrified young woman, who is staring at the small party, she knows they are not guards.
The mess hall is 50 ft. long those who are standing in it have 25 ft. to both doors, Thomas' or the girl's.
Initiative:
Vank 22
Robert 19
Nadine 18
Thomas 17
Servants 9
Stanislav 3
Servants' initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 9
Nadine's initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
Thomas' initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Robert's initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Vank's initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Stanislav's initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Vank pops his head around the door. If she screams she'll alert the sargeant. Vank moves to join Grumblejack outside the sargeant's quarters.
I'm away on work until Sunday, I'll have my phone but the reception is pretty bad so might not be able to write. Please autopilot Vank if needed.
Stanislav Greymist
So, she was coming out of 10 into 9? Or out of 11 into 10?
Stanislav moves to the girl and readies to cut her down; his blade openly threatening in such a way that she should understand the implications of her running or calling out. His smile, almost homing she tries to run is the most intimidating part of his action. Go on and run dearie. I bet you will not make it two steps.
Thomas Glint
My statement still stands, just change the grapple to a double move action to get to the girl.
Seeing the man come up and attempt to shake the woman out of her daze, Thomas takes the opportunity to strike the man.

"Run? Oh my goodness, no. You must be our guests." Nadine smiles and makes a gesture towards him. "Ebete!"
Cast Daze on the man. Will save DC 15
"Commander, Thomas, please take care of our guests!" She cackles lightly.
Vank Stormfist
"Foolish, peasants. There was no real need for you to die."
1d20-5 attack to aid another for Vank, plus flanking I believe.
Vank went into the corridor to guard the sageant's door incase you couldn't stop the girl screaming. You should aid someone else.
Stanislav Greymist
Yes, Stanislav will change his action. He was last in initiative anyway. My best guess is he was at the doorway between 9 and 10, just inside 10. If you think he was elsewhere let me know.
Stalislav will move to the girl but sees that she is effected by Nadine's magic will strike at the man. [ooc]If he is already there. I am not sure where he is in initiative. If he is not there yet, he will look past the girl and likely see the man. and then this will be his attack later. [ooc]

Is it a charge Stanislav? From that position is somewhere 40 and 50 ft. Each square on the map is 10 ft.
Nadine's magic leaves the girl and lashes unto the man as she commands. Robert is ready to assist Thomas or Stanislav. Being free from the debilitating magic the girl panics and presses herself between the man moving a few yards past him.
Stanislav's round 2 action and then round 3.

Nadine draws her dagger and advances on the girl. "Now, my sweet. You don't have to suffer the same fate as your friend. The Commander is quite the gentleman, and you can be under my protection. Help us leave this place and you can become my new attendant. Or you can simply leave afterward. I will guarantee your safety as a woman if you do nothing to cause harm to us and help us."

Hearing the commotion from inside the mess hall Vank steels himself for what might come. Grumblejack looks to the hobgoblin "Why we not in there?" he asks.
Nadine's words cause the girl to stop moving, her eyes flickering between Nadine and Stanislav. "You promise?" she asks fear and disbelieve woven into her voice.

Nadine lowers her dagger. "Good girl. Of course, I promise. We women need to look out for each other. Now, is anyone else here with you? My name is Nadine. What's yours my dear?"
She looks back at Thomas and Robert. "Robert, let's get Vank and the ogre in here and shut that door. Thomas, grab that man and bring him into the barracks. Oh, and check the room too for anything useful."
"Commander, it may be time to regroup. Let's get everyone in the barracks and my new servant and I can have a good chat without being disturbed." It's suddenly very apparent that whatever has happened to her, Nadine is still used to being obeyed.
Nadine takes the young woman by the hand and pats it gently while walking her back to her barracks. "Now, what do you do here at the prison?"
Robert Findlay
In giant: "Fellows, come on in. We killed one peasant and captured another, let's interrogate her while we have some quiet. Bring the loot from the other room, if you please, and we'll sort through it in here."
Robert waves the hobgoblin and ogre towards the room the rest of the party inhabits, keeping an ear out for trouble.
Vank Stormfist
Vank looks back to Grumblejack "'Cause in there there isn't a reputation to be made, they are killin' the weaklings that can't lift a sword. However in there is the sargeant, if they stuff and wake the sargeant I want to be here to kill'm to get the glory for my tribe."
When called in he slowly moves away from the sargeants door keeping an eye on it until they are out of view,
Vank Stormfist
Assuming nothing urgent comes up.
While the others are searching the rooms Vank takes out a dagger and goes back to the two guards he downed in the barracks and takes his time carving a clenched fist into both men's chests.

Nadine where are you taking the girl? To the barracks with the slaughtered soldier or her kitchen? I'll change accordingly.
Not relieved at all by Nadine's words and gesture the girl stammers: "No.. no ma'am it was only Gregor and me in the kitchens." She looks to Nadine as Nadine speak to the men, her fear rising at the responses. As Nadine leads her away to the kitchen she answers still fearful: "I prepare the food ma'am and clean and wash the clothes."
To Thomas' great disappointment it is a kitchen pure and simple. There are some food most of it perishable but some can be used for hard travel. Some of the knives are useful and a great cleaver could be a decent weapon in the right hands. A large green cloak hangs by the door. The fire burns happily in the fireplace.
Has anyone looted the barracks where you slew the guards?
Outside in the hall Grumblejack seem content with Vank's answers, not happy but content. As Vank heads for the barracks Grumblejack follows. "You lied, they are guards, Grumblejack knows them." He says now clearly dissatisfied but them being in bed somehow calms him.
Nadine Laveau
Yep, taking her back to the barracks with the dead bodies, so we can talk while the rest loot the room. If she's rolling with us, she'd better get used to it.
"Ah yes, you're a cook and a laundrywoman. Quite useful skills. Do they like your cooking? And you still haven't told me your name, dear."
"Alright, we'll get to the short of it. How many guards are there and where are they positioned? Do you have a cart or something which they will let through the gates? Like I said, we need to leave and we can take you with us."
Vank Stormfist
Earlier in reply to Grumblejacks reply
Vank starts to look angry at being accused of lying then relaxes into a laugh "I don't lie to members of my regiment, to do so would deserve banishment. No, I thought you were talking about the slaves, the girl and the old man. The guards were sleeping so it was though wise to send in only the few quietest to kill them before they woke. “

"Grumblejack not happy," is the ogre's only response to Vank's explanation. He looks bored on as Vank begins his marking of the corpses. He takes a little more interest in Stanislav's search of the room. There isn't much of interest in the room, mainly the three dead guards' equipment. The only thing that catches Stanislav's eye is the locked chests at the end of the beds.
A little change as Nadine is taking the young woman to the barracks. The conversation was crossing the mess hall.
Still not feeling the least bit safe the girl stammers: "Irena ma'am" Being pushed a little the girl stumble in her skirt and hits the ogre, which turns around. The girl screams in terror and tries to crawl away from the ogre. "Not everyone dead," Grumblejack chuckles.

Haven't we found some keys? Stanislav asks as he pulls a footlocker out away from a bed, verifying that it is locked. If not perhaps Thomas can open them quickly?
Thomas Glint
Moving to the chest, Thomas nudges Stanislav off to one side, "Let a professional handle this." he said in a serious tone. After examining the lock, the Rogue proceeded to attempt to open the lock.

Note that there are a number of chests - one for each bed. And with the girls' scream our time may be limited.
Vank Stormfist
At the girl's scream Vank stops searching and looks at her sourly, then a grin spreads across mouth showing all too many teeth. He picks his club and heads for the coridor and says while he moves "Grumblejack this is why we were at the sargeant's door. Care to join me in a bit of sargeant killing?"
As he enters the coridor his eyes roll back to the whites and he speak in goblin, again his arms seem to move by their own volition while he speaks. Casts Divine favour, duration: 1 minute. 3/4 1st level spells remaining

Nadine looks scornfully at Robert. "Hush, she's scared and not thinking right." She grabs Irena by the arm. "Irena, dear. Remember what we talked about. You are under my protection, but only as long as you help us escape here. I know the ogre can be terrifying, but he's a bit of a simpleton and nothing to be afraid of. Just stay with me and we'll avoid any unpleasantness. We have the boys to do the hard work for us."
"Vank is right though. We do owe the Sergeant a visit. He was so welcoming to us, we simply must return the favor."
Big OM
I do not know who took the keys, but you found a key with each guard.
Ignoring that they might have keys Thomas works the lock and it snaps open, lifting the lit Thomas finds a set of peasants' cloths.
Grumblejack mumbles something under his breath and moves vigorously after Vank towards the hall. Vank readies himself but minute follows minute and nothing happens.
As Nadine graps Irena by the arm the girl quickly moves around her so the she is between the ogre and Irena. "Okay ma'am," she stammers.
