Just a quick question. Do you guys want me to let Cathryn leave you and instead create a martial character who actually wants to be a martial character, instead of a lost barbarian who isn't good at it and wants to become a druid like her clan was?
I personally like Cathryn and the role-playing possibilities she gives me, though I don't care for her ineffectiveness in battle. I also like the campaign. But if you guys want me to, I can give her up and create a core martial character who is more straightforward, perhaps a paladin or a ranger?
What do you guys, including the DM, want?

I vote for playing what you wish to play. I think we're doing fine as it is with harrowing near deaths.

Me too.

A warning: I'm in Prague attending an indoor hockey tournament from tomorrow to Sunday. The hotel offers free WiFi on their homepage, but I don't know if this is really working and how much time I have in the evening. If I don't post updates during the weekend, please don't get nervous ;)

On this Character? Nope.

Then I have. Either as player or as a GM nut not CORE.
Think I should make that clear first.

Dragonhide *is* legal (it is just not on the 'always available' list for purchase with money, which is bypassed by the prestige point expenditure), and druids are only prohibited from wearing metal armour (and a dragonhide breastplate is *not* metal).

Epic indeed.

In the pathfinder society section there a document with more detail.
In core, the only book used by the players the core rulebook and the chronicles.

Yes, I found out later when you were already past the statue. That happens when you post updates withouth the script in hands :/
The missing part:
At the entrance to the kobold's quarters there was a statue of a human woman in a running pose. The head of the statue is turned to look over her shoulder, her face locked in a silent scream.
You may have guessed it already, she got cought by the basilisk and was petrified.
To revive her you need basilisk blood, you did not kill the basilisk so you don't have its blood and as far as I remember nobody identified the gel in the jar as basilisk blood (but I will check that).
Correcting myself: Irisus identified the blood.

Beorin will revive her with the basikisk blood.

The cool thing with the Core campaign, is that you notice those little rules you didn't think first. (like a craft can be rolled untrained but not a profession. I was thinking that all two need to train. And the master of spell boon is a little less useful i was thinking for)
And Irisus is now level two!!!
Should he change a second time? It is his last chance.

Which do you guys think is better, as I believe three campaigns is the standard for reaching level 2. Should she become a master of the tracker's art (ranger), to improve her battle abilities, or become a wonderworker (druid) and truly revive her lost people in herself?
I have no wish to continue on as a barbarian with her. Now that she's been around others, she can be trained, albeit in a wilderness class.

Perhaps barbarian druid?
A barbarian ranger is also interesting.
A straight ranger and druid could also work.
In the end it all boils down to what you wish to bring to life in your character

I'm not losing her barbarian level. I just choose not to bring her to level 2 in it - ever. I've used my rule book to see if I prefer her as a barbarian/ranger or barbarian/druid. I prefer the druid. I'd rather have the druidic language and the stormburst power from the weather domain than the increased skill points and battle training from the ranger, having been through both.
So the updates to Cathryn are that her fortitude and will have been bolstered, she now has training in healing, Dwarven, a slight improvement to most of her scores, and the ability to cast a small number of druid spells, mainly Goodberry and Speak with Animals.

2 levels of barbarian might just preserve your dex and give you a rage power that may or may not save you.
