Rows of Greenery line the sourthern and norther spaces of the fifty-foot-wide circular chamber. Curved plastic walls lead up to a transparent ceiling partially obscured by chunks of random debris atop it but still clear enough to admit sunlight. Doors exit to the area to the north and south.

The plants are potted in butterfly-like basins and there are tattered remains of butterfly decerations are around. The food in these planters looks edible, and some of the plants appear to have been harvested recently.

The intercom sparks to life again.

As you enter, you hear the intercom spark to life again.

"Behold, just the tip of the secrets this castle has revealed to me! You will die for robbing me of my destiny!"

At this two symbols appear on the floor and through them, coming up from the floor. Two elven-looking women with bows start speaking a strange language as they look sad, still they point their bows at you.

Brob's laser lashes out and catches one of the creatures dead in the forehead. She fall back, but disappears as she does so that her body never hits the floor. The other moves forward, clearly not of her own volition, and draws her bow on Brob.

Joaquín runs into the new room. As he does so, two things happen: First, the half-orc presses a button on his comm, causing cool music to flood the chamber. Secondly, he grabs his stellar mote in one hand and rams his fists together, as if in preparation for a fight.

A ghostly body appears from his back, towering over him like a guardian angel. Just a chest, head, and arms that look like a 3-D amber blueprint, it swings its giant fist at the enemy.

Saeron jumps into action a moment after Brob, stopping beside him in the corridor and discharging her laser pistol at the creature.

Burning:
You are on fire. As long as you have this condition, at the start of your turn each round before you take any actions (or attempt the Reflex saving throw described below), you take the listed amount of damage as fire damage (or 1d6 fire damage, if no amount is listed in the effect that causes burning). Fire damage from multiple sources that inflict the burning condition is cumulative.

At the end of each round you are burning, you can attempt a Reflex saving throw to remove this condition. The DC of this saving throw is equal to 10 + the amount of fire damage you took this round from the burning condition. If you succeed at this saving throw, you lose the burning condition. You can attempt a new saving throw each round you have this condition, and you receive a +2 bonus for each previous saving throw you’ve attempted in consecutive rounds.

You can also automatically end this condition by jumping into enough water to douse yourself. If you don’t have enough water on hand, you can spend a full action to roll on the ground or otherwise smother the fire to attempt a new saving throw with a +4 bonus (plus any bonuses from previously failed consecutive attempts) to end the condition.

Mnamae-6 quickly seizes direct control of T771-M4 and sends it scurrying it into the room. Skirting around the direct combat, the drone finds an opening then jabs its long tactical pike at the creature.

Saeron enters the greenhouse room and looks at the spots where the elf-like creatures appeared to emerge from the solid floor and seemingly vanished in thin air on defeat. "What was that? she asks no one in particular.

She then turns her attention to inspecting the rest of the room, taking a slow walk around the rows of potted plants.

@Saeron: there seems to be agricultural supplies about. With proper training, you think you could keep this place going, and feed a few people for quite a while.

Also, the plants may not be the most appatizing, but look quite nutritious. There seems to be other plants that are not as well tended. You think that equine-like creatures wouldn’t benifit much from these less-well-tended plants.

Mnamae-6 dashes over to the where the creatures fell, but they have left no bodies. He sighs, faintly disappointed that he did not manage to examine their alien anatomy. "I guess when we find whoever runs this place, we might find out what these creatures are."


If the players open the door Blasto Just unlocked:
This corridor is lined with more works of art, ranging from almost professionally done to amateurish at best. The art ranges in subject from local landscapes to flora to the local pony creatures. (See Aids section)

There is also a small alcove with what appears to be a miniature shrine in it. Even those not trained in mysticism can tell that the shrine is dedicated to Desna. The door on the opposite end is locked, same as the others.

It is clear that these works are from different artists, and that, while they are preserved in cases, they are probably over 200 years old. These are probably works of art from the original inhabitants. While normally Shellyn is the god of art, Desna has been known to encourage it as well, especially if someone dreams of something beautiful.

Mnamae-6 shows little interest in the pieces of drawings on the world. He apparently is missing the circuitry to view them as more than just splashes of paint on paper. Instead, he squeezes past Blasto and Joaquin to see if he is needed to unlock the door.

Upon closer inspection, you notice that the banks of computers and monitors are some sort of auxiliary security station. A paultry computers check (no need to roll) lets you identify that the hybrid magitech security system lets you activate security cameras for a few of the rooms. You see a hydroponics bay, the entrance, a cafeteria of some sort, and a small medbay. There are apparently feeds from other cameras, but those cameras appear not to be working, hardly surprising considering the outpost’s age.

As Blasto opens the north door, he finds another cooridor. This one is also decorated, but seems to be done with cheap replicas of famous paintings. Lots of pictures of butterflies and depictions of Desna. There is a door at the end of the hall, as well as doors on either side.

Joaquín watches the cameras for a bit before walking over to the fork in their path. "This place wouldn't be half bad after getting cleared out. Any preferences on direction?"

Saeron snaps a few shots of the antiquated security system on her comm unit and joins the others in the corridor, contemplating the three doors before them.

Saeron shrugs in reply to Joaquín. "None here. Maybe one of these two, since they're closer?" she suggests.

Mnamae-6 studies camera feed the medbay for a while, trying through the image to discern its condition and hence how long it has last since been used.

Eventually, together wtih T771-M4, he moves to join the rest in the corridor. Looking between both doors, he gestures to the southern one. "Let's take a look at this one first. A logical process to examine the peripheral rooms first."

As you pop open the door to the bottom most door (technically east, as I had to turn the map on its side to make it fit)

A medical bed stands in the center of this room. A plastic shelving unit that curves around the southern wall of the circular chamber contains an assortment of vials and random tools. The only exit is a door to the southwest.. Mnamae-6 begins examining the lab intently

The medical lab appears to be 200 years out of date but none-the-less serviceable. The shelving unit in this chamber contains four mk 1 serums of healing, two basic medkits, and four medpatches

The dwarf follows the path blazed by the android into the east room. "What have we here?" The dwarf looks around.

Mnamae-6 stares at Keyrock with unblicking eyes for a few seconds before commenting, "You would find them more effective if you inject them. That needle end? Stick it into yourself then depress the plunger."

Saeron joins the others in the medbay. "Things are generally well-preserved given their age and extended period of no use," she muses aloud as she snaps some shots of the dated technology with her comm.

"I'll replenish my medical supplies, too," Saeron remarks as she tops up the embroidered satchel slung over her shoulder.

Once everyone has finished in the medbay, Saeron suggests they try the door across the hallway next. She listens carefully and inspects the door.

If it seems clear, she opens the door and looks into the room beyond.

The room opens up into a boring small space with four large beds placed haphazardly around the room. Lining the walls are shelves with a few items, datapads long since broken, painting supplies, a small shrine to Desna, and a few other personal effects. One of the beds seems to have been slept in recently, but the others probably haven't seen use in 200 years.

Saeron peruses the shelves and personal effects for anything of significance or interest. She also quickly searches the beds.

She alerts her companions to anything of interest her search uncovers, otherwise tells them of the mundane nature of the room amd suggests they move on to the door at the end of the hall.

Saeron finds nothing of great import. There's a few items and personal effects, but it mostly looks like the room has been stripped bare 200 years ago. Looks like all that was left behind were things that wouldn't be terribly missed, such as half-finished art pieces and broken bits of technology.

Keyrock walks across the corridor to the other room, finding Saeron searching through the beds. "This is no time to take a nap!" says the dwarf. "Although, possibly after we're through exploring the place, we could..." Keyrock says nothing further. Instead, he looks around for any falling rocks.

When Saeron suggests the party move to the door to the northwest, Keyrock nods. He grabs ahold of his hammer in case no one else can get the door open.

Ready to enter the last "big room".
