OK just to clarify Myth runs up checks the door for traps runs back one rank Craggark is in the back rank with Analia or Jawhar? that leaves Torvald and Jamir up front when the door opens? Tell you what...I'll let you guys arrange your pawns..when everyone confirms they're in the Marching order they prefer we'll move forward.

I organized the avatars on the map based on how I think we are positioned, with Myth and Torvald at the door checking for traps, followed by Craggark and Jamir a few feet behind(a sort of buffer space) and then the rest of us directly behind that. We are keeping our eyes down the left hallway in case there is something from that area. If anyone disagrees with their placement, go ahead and change it.

Marching order looks good to me.

Jamir waits, rapier in hand, for Myth and Torvald to open the door.

"Mythryndyr, Torvald, please be cautious and check this door carefully, my friends. We would not want Jawhar to be right too often about our being surprised by deadly traps and hazards, or he might get a swelled head!"

He turns to the cleric with a worried expression. "That is also one of the symptoms of the dread Mummy Rot, is it not?"

Following Lia's lead, Jamir also takes a quick look down the left hallway while they check over the door for traps.

After conveying that information, Jawhar will touch Craggark with the Remove Fear.

"Sarenrae needs you, Warrior. Throw off your doubts and aid her cause."

When he sees that the spell has taken effect, he adds some guidance for everyone. "The skeleton is just a big nasty skeleton. The cat is the one we need to take out first. Its touch can cause disease, so make sure I check you out after the battle."

After the Leopard attacked Myth, Jawhar looked around to see several of his comrades succumbing, to the effects of the loathsome piercing howl. Analia turns to flee but Jawhar is able to call upon Sarenrae's power to reinvigorate Craggark's spirit to not flee the battle. Myth looses a couple of blunt arrows, one of which hits the undead cat. Finally regaining her wits, Lia spins back around and begins the tortuously long race back to her friends.

"I'm sorry!" she yells out. "I'm coming back!"

Jamir finally punches through the armor of the skeletal champ , and hits solid bone! He pushes hard as hes blade finds a joint and causes the undead thing to collapse in a heap dead again as it were (Myth save the blunt arrows Jamir got it) Combat over what next?

Kaching! Panache point for killing blow unlocked!

Jamir runs a thumb along the edge of his blade and shakes his head.

Between the stone construct and this skeleton, I am going to have to spend extra time sharpening you with the whetstone when we camp for the night, aren't I?

With a sigh, he starts poking through the bones of the skeletal champion.

I am taking 2 zaps off of Myth's wand to bring him back to almost full and 2 zaps off of Jamir's for Tovald

Does anyone happen to remember whose wand I am actually holding?

Jawhar looks into the room at what appears to be another sarcophagus. I don't think we ever got a description of this room, but there is a sarcophagus on the map

Noting the string defense, it leads him to believe that this might be an actual treasure room.

"This looks like a room that might have some quality traps. We should continue being careful."

Jawhar will cast Detect Magic and scan the room.

male Snows of Summer

Oh yes description..seemed silly to describe a room when 2 undead things attack you right away so..yeah description

Carved nature scenes cover this chamber’s walls, depicting humanoid figures hunting a wide variety of prey—crocodiles, elephants, hippos, leopards, lions, and even stranger beasts. An open sarcophagus lies at the far end of the room.

To short to see in the sarcophagus herself, and only barely able to tell it is open from this distance, Lia just points at it and speaks as she steps into the room.

"The sarcophagus is open! That is most interesting, and frightening. Myth's mummy concerns come to mind. Can anyone tell what was in there?"

Jamir follows along behind the rogue, eyes open and rapier at the ready.

I hung back and let Jawhar and Craggark go check one of these overdecorated coffins once before, and look how that turned out. I won't make that mistake again! There is none better than Mythryndyr with a bow, I am certain, but if something catches him up close, he could find himself in real trouble.

After a thorough search of the room, you find the sarcophagus empty , no hidden doors or traps, and no treasure worth noting except the ancient masterwork blade the skeletal champ used MW longsword
