Fernus looks on as Tiazara leaves the shop, surprised at his down attitude. He keeps looking at the merchandise but decides to leave the trinkets alone after a few moments and walks outside as well.
"You think we lost them don't you? As sad as I am that I didn't get a story with a good end, we have seen some more from the city." he quips.
"Perhaps we will run into them later."
Fernus pets Tsurna once before sitting down on a barrel close to Tiazara. Then he pulls out his tin whistle from his pack and begins to play a soft tune.

Deep in thought about how he might modify the formula to accomplish that, he almost walks past Fernus and Tiazara before the small, nagging part of his brain that's paying attention to his surroundings shakes him out of it.

Tarinhil shrugs uncomfortably, "I'll accept your friendship, though I'm not entirely sure that I've earned it."
Seeing people leave I let them pass and take one final look around the room before heading outside where I happen to walk out as Zara is looking around nervously. I shrug and walk over to him and Fernus, "That was boring 'n' didn't help us. What are we gonna do now then Zara? Ya think the cards led us ta the wrong building for a greater purpose?"
I look down to Fernus and smile softly, "That's nice, ya an entertainer then?" I watch Tarinhil walk passed us and as I go to call out to him to stop, he stops on his own and heads on back to us.
Sighs and shakes his head. No Aeron I may not have asked the right question of them. Its hard for them to give me a correct answer when all the options I give them are wrong.

There is a hopeful tone in my voice. I look at Zara's cards quizzically but then go to the end of the alley and look around.
Well ask mini the deadfall nearly ate the party. The only person in range it didn't hit was the 2hp Oracle no idea how it missed him but that made me happy lol.

lots of good information...both books are actually quite advanced. What exactly are you trying to ID with the runes again? The Harrowing book could actually be used as an additional MW tool (though only +1) if you consulted it for 1d10 minutes prior to a harrow.

The Harrowing book is 35 gp, it is very rare and valuable. In fact this is even signed by the author! This other one iiiiiisssss 1 gold 4 silver. I will take a look for books on the ruins, those tend to come and go for some reason...
