no that is another eaten post.
he tells you where you can find each. Eryda is able to inform you however that each is an upstanding member of the community.
im going to save you the pain. You have lost the thieves. Failed survival, I gave you a chance to guess but you were wrong. They are long gone. Find the path could get them but that is it. Feel free to continue to search if you like. I amenjoying it.

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Sighs and heads out to search his burned wagon for anything he missed in the night. Well Tsurna so much for that. Turns out I'm not strong enough. Maybe I have wasted all these years with the Varrisans. Something bad is coming and I am powerless before it. By the Nine I can't even find simple jewel thieves.
He looks down at his cat and shakes his head then leans against the charred wagon and stares st the sky.

MiniGM |

Well a high enough perception could have also, but eryda just missed it. thats what earned you a chance to guess. dont worry this was not a AP quest a side random street encounter
Mrrooww Tsurna says quizzically as he rubs against Zara's leg. If he doesnt pick him up he hops up onto a burned out crate and starts to bat at Zara's arm

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Yes Tsurna? He looks at her cutely batting his arm and rubs her ears.
Oh I know it just makes me cranky. Used up all my good dice trying to kill you in RoW lol.

Fernus Stonecall |

Int Check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Fernus looks on as Tiazara leaves the shop, surprised at his down attitude. He keeps looking at the merchandise but decides to leave the trinkets alone after a few moments and walks outside as well.
"You think we lost them don't you? As sad as I am that I didn't get a story with a good end, we have seen some more from the city." he quips.
"Perhaps we will run into them later."
Fernus pets Tsurna once before sitting down on a barrel close to Tiazara. Then he pulls out his tin whistle from his pack and begins to play a soft tune.
Untrained Perform: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Yes that and this is the first time the Debt has ever let me down. I have lost my home dsrk forces are awakening. I just have no idea what to do.
Watches smiling behind his maks as Tsurna enjoys the petting. Then listens to the song. You are a skilled player Fernus and I have no doubt we will find them one day. Anyways i need a crossbow care to help me find one?
@mini are you gonna run the choppers isle mod? It was a good one
@Fernus that was also me as a player being emo. I had to work 17hrs out of no where in the middle of my weekend i was a bit cranky lol. Messed up my whole life rhythm lol.

Fernus Stonecall |

"I'm more of a storyteller than a musician Tiazara, though I find playing an instrument very soothing at times. Sure I'll help you find one, I'd be happy to lend you mine if your hands were smaller." Fernus smiles at him with a big smile as usual.
"I have a question though, seeing as the rest is still in the shop."
He pauses for a moment and then continues.
"I saw your fangs while you were eating, there must be a story behind that right?"
Well I can imagine you'd get cranky from that, I know I would be.

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Tiazara freezes. You can feel the alarm rolling off him.
That is something I would only speak of in a secure place if you please.... and as for instruments I also prefer storytelling though I never got a chance the other night. When Tarinhil won the contest. We should get moving. Tiazara keeps looking around nervously for any sign of anyone who may have over heard what you said.
Yeah between that and the dice hating all of us I was pissy lol. Better now though even ifit is monday for me.

Fernus Stonecall |

Fernus sees alarmed and apparently nervous Tiazara looking around.
"Naturally, but of course you need not tell me anything. Don't think that any of the others at the inn noticed though."
"Get moving? Where to?"
How far are you in that RoW campagin actually? My group just got past the first encounter.

Tarinhilliberanavius |

At the shop...
Tarinhil looks about one last time, a tad wistfully, and says, "While I would love to hear your stories, I am afraid that at the moment I likely lack the coin to make any purchases..."
He bows gracefully and steps out, It's too bad that none of us could just sniff the trail like a bloodhound.... you know, I bet I could figure out a way to do that with my mutagen.... One more good idea for the list...
Deep in thought about how he might modify the formula to accomplish that, he almost walks past Fernus and Tiazara before the small, nagging part of his brain that's paying attention to his surroundings shakes him out of it.
"I guess we lost them. A shame, I was enjoying our reputation as heroes."
To Maver Kesk
Tarinhil shrugs uncomfortably, "I'll accept your friendship, though I'm not entirely sure that I've earned it."

Aéron Skáh |

Intelligence : 1d20 ⇒ 8
Seeing people leave I let them pass and take one final look around the room before heading outside where I happen to walk out as Zara is looking around nervously. I shrug and walk over to him and Fernus, "That was boring 'n' didn't help us. What are we gonna do now then Zara? Ya think the cards led us ta the wrong building for a greater purpose?"
I look down to Fernus and smile softly, "That's nice, ya an entertainer then?" I watch Tarinhil walk passed us and as I go to call out to him to stop, he stops on his own and heads on back to us.

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Sighs and shakes his head. No Aeron I may not have asked the right question of them. Its hard for them to give me a correct answer when all the options I give them are wrong.
Looks back to Fernus Why to the weapon smiths of course...
the third the nasty trap of doom nearly one shotted 3/4 the 8 man crew lol. I have rewrote the four and may hand out a lvl their and let them have thrid right after the portal.....

Fernus Stonecall |

Fernus looks up at the tall body of Aéron.
"I am, if you head east from here you might still hear stories told about my storytelling. I aim to tell stories that draw people into it."
As he gets up from the barrel Fernus mumbles a bit.
"Hopefully we still have time to go the bookshop and the cathedral..."
We're actually past the encounter after the trap, the trap only hit our Archaeologist that forgot her AC penalties while disarming it.

MiniGM |

Not on the immediate plan Zara. It might wind up happening, but we shall see :) There are three or 4 things that are on the docket first[ooc]
Maver takes his leave, mumbling about heading back to his wife and taking a worse beating.
------
So Fernus to the bookstore, Unalaq to the General Store, Aeron to the stables, Zara to the blacksmith.
[ooc] correct? If so I will work on all of those at once, a little later today.

Aéron Skáh |

I watch Fernus for a little while, thinking. "I'm no good at tellin' stories. Plus I don't know any." I watch as Fernus rises from his seat and then turn to the skies wondering where my little dragon friend has gone. I then turn my attention back to Zara and Fernus, "I still need ta see Daviren too." There is a hopeful tone in my voice. I look at Zara's cards quizzically but then go to the end of the alley and look around.

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Zara gave him the bag of gold mini. Didnt know he was talking to us given that I ran off lol. And yes the blacksmith just to get a crossbow then to the book store with Fernus.
Well ask mini the deadfall nearly ate the party. The only person in range it didn't hit was the 2hp Oracle no idea how it missed him but that made me happy lol.

MiniGM |

I got hit for 9 damage and was staggered sucked lol
Maver replies to the bag of gold offered. Why thank you...but I cannot keep this, it is not mine. Judging what you have said it probably belongs to some Sczarni thugs. In fact your finding it probably going to cause a brawl between them! You keep it. He laughs at the thought of a thug not getting his payment.
A crossbow is easily purchased, you receive a 10% discount. unless you want to RP that

Aéron Skáh |

Zara, the woman in the Boutique sold weapons with a discount. It is only next to us now, might as well get a bow in there.
NINJA'D!

Tarinhilliberanavius |

And Tarinhil back to the temporary-lab to make some CLW

MiniGM |

really no one is going to ID that wand the eryda has? this is my last reminder about that and attempting that potion again.
The stables
Well met! Davrien shouts from inside as he sees Aeron walking up. I was just adding ears to my collection! He has a sack in one hand and a hammer and some nails in the other.
Tarin
Make sure yo umark off your gold for the potions Tarinhill and make your roll for alchemy if you want to make acid. Just roll the DC for the acid and we will say it takes d20 minutes to make each task (you have to roll each time for the DC and the minutes
Unalaq
Unalaq walks into the store (26) and monster of a man, with a dark beard calls out from behind the counter. Welcome! What can I get ya?
Fernus
Fernus makes his way to the Curious Goblin (22). Inside there are several plush chairs and books EVERYWHERE. An attractive human male, very well kept, is shelving books. Come in Come in! Grab a book take a seat and enjoy! If you have the desire to purchase one, even better!

Aéron Skáh |

I would identify them, but no ranks in each ... surprise surprise. Also Aéron doesn't know that nobody knows what either of them do. He is just assuming that its too complicated for him to understand, he doesn't get magic.
The Stables :
I walked in to find Daviren hammering something to the wall, when he looks curious and walks towards the man he says ears and Aéron tries not to look offended ... or at least sick. "Won't they rot? I came ta see ya'r stuffed Goblin 'n' ta speak about ma mother. Ya said she knew ya 'n' she told me ta visit ya if I was this way."

MiniGM |

stables I dry them, then write their names on them! HAHA! The ultimate insult to a goblin. Whatus is over there in the corner. [/b]
True to his word there is a goblin with a dagger in it's eye in a jar. kind of gross really.
What did she have in mind? It has been a long time. A good woman...
He seems to be on the edge of remembering something.

Aéron Skáh |

I turn to see the grotesque figure in a jar and look at it for a few moments, so as not to be rude, then turn back to the man. "Good shot with the knife. Nothin' in mind, she'd said that if I's ever this way that ya would be able to help me. I'm a long way from home 'n' have a long way left ta go I think, I'm travelling with a Harrower. He found me just after ma mother died 'n' told me he was coming this way." I wipe my face with my hand quickly to wipe away any tears that might start to fall. "Also I's wondering why she came all the way here, what'd she do that she didn't tell me?"

Tarinhilliberanavius |

The CLW comes from the party money, based on the OOC discussion.
First CLW potion
Craft (Alchemy}: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 and Time: 1d20 ⇒ 15 minutes
Acid flasks...
Craft (Alchemy}: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25 and Time: 1d20 ⇒ 13 minutes
Craft (Alchemy}: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14 and Time: 1d20 ⇒ 15 minutes

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

Thassilonian Runes. And harrowing and perhaps divining with runes...
Pulls out his spellbook and shows the man a sketch of the Runes he saw... I can read Thassilonian and think I know what these are but more information would be welcome.

Tarinhilliberanavius |

Sorry, right. So half a day. I'll do it last, then, get the acid flasks out of the way first.

MiniGM |

Bookstore
3d100 ⇒ (86, 72, 55) = 213
The man is a flurry of motion pulling books, putting them back trying to cross reference other books.
He returns with a text on Thassilonian Runes and Harrowing.
I know there is a book on Divining with Runes but I just can't seem to find it...I will keep looking.

Fernus Stonecall |

"Well if you want help with that Tiazara, I could help you go through those Thassilonian books as well."
Fernus looks over the books the owner puts in front of Tiazara, looking at the titles.
"Excuse me mister...? Do you have any books about the history and lore around these parts? Books about local magical lore are also appreciated."
Wow a lot of posts since I started dinner

Tiazara Tyrneamitore |

The sin runes. You said I saw the signs of sin on the scale or something to me that means sin runes lol. So my character is verifying their meaning. Hey speaks and reads Thassilonian so he already knew. But figured this might help in the future
Very nice books. Do you have any on Thassilonian ruins in the area? Also how much are these?

![]() |

So much going on. I'm already lost. Anyone else had trouble getting onto Paizo the last 24 hours? I was unable to connect to the pagevia mobile and computer. T_T

Aéron Skáh |

I had the same problem here too. Just waiting on Mini before I can post any more.

MiniGM |

Bookstore
The Harrowing book is 35 gp, it is very rare and valuable. also a masterwork tool that stacks with your deck In fact this is even signed by the author! This other one iiiiiisssss 1 gold 4 silver. I will take a look for books on the ruins, those tend to come and go for some reason...
He trundles off looking for such a book
1d100 ⇒ 14 It appears that the last one was bought... He frowns that is upsetting.
You are able to flip through the book and ID the runes as the 7 sins and 7 virtues
Stables
You know. She never told me much about her past. She always just said she was there to kill green skins. I liked her for that. A good woman. Terrible scout though. You know I was about to post a bounty of 5 gold per pair of goblin ears you can bring in. That reminds me she up and ran off before I paid her out. Hang on a bit!
He moves off to a side room and their is the sound of shuffling papers...
ERYDA
how can I help?

![]() |

Eryda brings her share of the loot to Red Dog's to smelt down into materials. She salvages 48gp worth of materials and pays a rental fee of... Vuvu?

Aéron Skáh |

I look a little disappointed that Daviren doesn't know anything else about my mother, but when he says to stay I stay and look around at the building itself some more, trying to keep my mind and eyes away from the hanging ears.

MiniGM |

Stables
Well I owed her quite a bit! In fact more than I have on hand. I tell you what I still have her old saddle, bridle, saddle bags etc.. How about I give you that and your pick of any horse, except for the one in the front stall there. I will board him for a month I believe is what the trait gives you and we call the monetary debt square?
