Korvak Sunsoul |

Korvak also takes out his quarterstaff, using it as a 2 handed weapon.
"Take the hobgoblins gear, preferably those that can use it."
Edited.. and again as only Lillie saw the hobgoblin in the kitchen

Lillie Blackwood |

Lillie turns to the others, ignoring the drow revealing his race, and starts to gesture to catch their attention. Once she has it she points at the Hobgoblins in the room, her eyes, raises one finger and points at the door.
Once she thinks they understand she readies an arrow, gives the others some time to move into position and shoots at the hobgoblin.
damage: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19+1 if within 30ft
damage: 1d8 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6+1 if within 30ft

Arcavic Vytharia |

Taking the wand from Korvak, Arcavic says, "This makes for a useful augmentation to my powers."
As Jet moves to the kitchen and Arcavic hears a noise, he turns and says, "Jet, wait. It sounds like someone or something is in there. Let us check it out first."
As the drider motions that a hobgoblin is in there, Arcavic moves to get line of sight before again using his spell to overwhelm its senses.
Casting daze on the hobgoblin. DC 14 Will Save. Edited this post to account for Lillie's post.

Valasca Fairscales |

Valscala will push open the door and again use a swift action enlarge ability from growth domain if possible stabbing at any Hobgoblins, preferably ones that are undazed.
Presuming it's ok to enlarge in here: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 142d6 + 6 ⇒ (1, 3) + 6 = 10
if I'm restricted to medium because of room: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 use above 1d20 roll -1 so it would be a 13 to hit. If I'm large I'm 15ft away if medium 10.

Cnut Bjornsson |

Cnut hurriedly distributes the captured hobgoblin arms and his own handaxe (also the armor, if anyone cares to wear it) to the able-bodied citizens, though he keeps one bow and quiver for his own use. Then he follows the others toward the kitchen.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

"I'll take point on hitting the shops. I can move fast and have some options you mammals lack. Can someone lead this party of civilians to safety? I don't like our chances moving as this big a group," Ira growled, keeping an eye on the action outside. Clearly he was agitated and wanted to get moving, but planning was still needed.

GM Redelia |

Now that the hobgoblin is down (for 2 rounds) you get a better look around the room where he is. It's a small kitchen, and from it you can gather a bit more food for your followers. It also has a small door on the other side, which Jet tells you goes to the pantry. Jet points out that there may be people upstairs or in the cellar, and will certainly be food in the cellar.

Cnut Bjornsson |

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Cnut quickly crosses the kitchen, kicking the dazed hobgoblin as he goes by. "Need to do something about that." he mutters, but continues on to a set of shelves, removing a small box from one of the higher shelves. "What have we here?" he says, turning to Jet.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

Ira hovers about halfway between the stairs up and the stairs down, waiting for one set of his erstwhile be companions to start screaming or something similar. The hobgoblins had already demonstrated a talent for showing up where they were least wanted, who knew if the had found a way into the basement or upper stories.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

Ira darts up the stairs as well, hearing the shout and ready to back up the lizardwoman if things should prove too hairy for her. Considering how many mammals were about, things might get hairy indeed.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
"We ain't hobs but there are a bunch in the town. We have to leave now!" Ira called out trying to be nice and considerate since he knew Little Tooth would not like him terrorizing whoever was on the other side of this door.

GM Redelia |

You can hear some whispers on the other side of the door. You can't understand most of it, but you hear something about 'just outside town' and 'better than staying here.'
The door very briefly opens, and one human comes out with a pack laden with supplies. "I hope I'm right to trust you guys, but anything seems better than staying here. Al isn't convinced yet, though. I hope you can get through to him."
I need another diplomacy check from you guys, unless you try something else.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
"Al, I'm trying to help here but if you want to die at the hands of a ravening horde of hobgoblins, that's your business," Ira growled, thumping a fist against the door.

Arcavic Vytharia |

Arcavic's first thought is,Why is this bugbear talking to me unbidden?, but he quickly gets past it. That's not who you are anymore. He is a free bugbear, not a slave.
In actual response, Arcavic says, "Yes, I could see about aiding the two upstairs."
Ascending the stairs to the second floor, he takes in the scene of the lizardwoman and Ira, along with a human with a heavily loaded pack, trying to convince a man named Al to come out. Approaching the door, he says, "Al? My name is Arcavic. I live here in town. I know this hobgoblin attack seems scary, but I assure you, you will be safer with us. We are going to flee the town and hide in the woods, once we've gathered other survivors together. Why don't you come out and join us?"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

Ira gave Al his grin, it was not a friendly look for the reptilian face. "I would have left you," he noted, then walked down to the others without so much as a backwards glance.
He stretched his wings to their full breadth readying for the trip to the temple. "I'll scout and skirmish from the rooftops as needed."
Profession (Soldier) to guess at enemy tactics: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Not likely

Using a diplomacy roll to rally the followers. A channel to further heal Aubrin and any other injured allies
"Alright everyone, to survive this situation we're going to need supplies. Grab what you can and follow Aubrin into the woods. Aubrin take them near my camp, I'm sure one of you has come for healing it's already set up fairly okay but not perhaps for so many.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Channel heal (allies only per Selective channel): 1d6 ⇒ 3

GM Redelia |

Aubrin nods and motions to the villagers to follow her.
Ira, what about Little Tooth?
You make your way to the shrine.
A wooden deck surrounds the front of an octagonal structure
with broad archways leading into a place of worship. To its
left stands a moss-encrusted stone monument. Carved birds,
branches, and fruits decorate the wooden supports of the
temple’s entryway. A dead villager is curled up on the wooden
deck before the temple.
As you approach, you see a wolf eating the dead villager.
The entire party may act against the wolf in the surprise round.

Irraadraank 'Ira' Dhernanil |

As the party begins to move out, Ira lags behind for a minute taking his little girl aside for a quick chat. She was tough, he knew she was tough, but there was killing to be done before the day was out.
"Listen kiddo, you stay within sight of Jet or Aubrin. If they get attacked, run away," He half-whispered, kneeling in front of her. Little Tooth blew out her cheeks and glanced at the others in the bar. She was putting on a good show but the violence was bringing up bad memories for her.
"It's okay to leave them to die," Ira said and the little girl gave him an absolutely withering look before running off to pointedly take Jet's hand with the sort of self-assurance only possessed by the young. "I'm serious!" He tried to call after her. Sighing, he rose and moved into position.
-----------------------
At the temple Ira sighs and squares off with the wolf, putting himself between it and the others.

Valasca Fairscales |

"Cut your losses and run away to the rising/setting* sun noble predator else I'll have to help them kill you and you are over matched.
This is in wolf as I have speak with animals per the animal domain.
Intimidate or Diplomacy as GM deems appropriate: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10 Personally I think several armed hostiles would add situational modifiers to the intimidate but you're call good sir.
*where I direct the wolf (east or west) depends on the direction our non combatants went as I would not send a wolf at our allies

Arcavic Vytharia |

Arcavic makes sure the villagers are on their way before joining with the others as they head to the shrine. He finds the night soothing, as his eyes don't hurt from the dark.
Seeing the wolf, Arcavic merely sighs and allows the others to take the lead, as he does not wish to get too close to the animal unless it charges.
Readied action to cast daze if the wolf either attacks or howls.

GM Redelia |

Korvak, you can't move and attack during a surprise round.
Lilly and Cnut shoot the wolf with arrows. Hearing Valesca's threat, it howls and runs off.
You move into the shrine. You see a statue of Erastil and a statue of Desna, both hacked up, but still recognizable. There are two hobgoblins in the shrine, one with its weapon now stuck in a statue. There are several human dead bodies scattered around the shrine.
