Tam pulls out another datapad, this one thicker than the others. He quickly activates it and looks for something, smiles then presses his finger against the screen. A very faint hum is heard as three sheets emerge from the bottom, one after the other.
"Scrollware - one of my favorite inventions," Tam says with a grin. "Kannic - can you read arcane scrolls?"

He takes one of the other two sheets and puts it next to an open Caster shell. He holds the scroll over it and concentrates for a moment. He opens his hand, and the sheet turns dark gray and crumbles into something that almost looks like gunpowder, falling into the shell. He then seals it and picks it up, waiting to see if Kannic can utilize the scroll he handed him.
"Yep. Sometimes."Tam hands him one of the sheets.
"Then try this one out. Overland Flight - so you can get up close and personal with Keaton this time around."
He takes one of the other two sheets and puts it next to an open Caster shell. He holds the scroll over it and concentrates for a moment. Seated in the first row are Keaton, Ryo, and the twp new additions. The air around them seems hazy and warped, and they appear to be waiting for something... or someone.

Surprised that Ryo is still in Keaton's thrall without the little brother illusion, Kannic spends a moment seeing what Tam and Aananda are up to.

Tam casts Summon Monster III and sends a bunch of little earth elementals in under the front gate and toward the central area while he flies up the outer walls to get in his own sniping position.

"Lots of mites around them. Protective I think," she whispered to Tam, not really sure where Kannic was. She could find an outline of him if she happened to look in the right place since he had mites clustered around him, but it was hard to know just where to look.

Keaton glances towards the hulking cloaked figure sitting a few feet away from him.
"Lourdes? It seems the others are here. Handle the dwar- earth elementals please."
Thundering into the arena, 'Lourdes' stands before the elemental calmly. The first one to get to close is ripped from the earth and thrown at the others.
"Lots of mites around them. Protective I think," she whispered to Tam, not really sure where Kannic was. She could find an outline of him if she happened to look in the right place since he had mites clustered around him, but it was hard to know just where to look.
"Makes sense,"he whispers back. "I should try and bring those down from range before things get close. Hmmm..."
Tam casts Detect Magic to see the magic aura.

Noting the change in command, Kannic maneuvers into close range so he can get his sneak/flanking bonus, using Detect Magic to be certain of his target. He places his pistol and rod in easy reach and readies his crossbow. Once he has a clear shot he fires with the Slaying Bolt, Undead.
