I think his damage roll was in his last post, DM. Unfortunately, only one point.

![]() |

Stand back... Darvik will toss Alchemist's Fire: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 for Fire: 1d6 ⇒ 3
I mean Darvik drops...

qwerty71 |

The initial alchemist fire and the negative energy damage/additional fire sends the spider swarm scurrying until an additional alchemist fire burns the remaining spiders trying to flee...
the tunnel is filled with smoke and a heavy burnt smell...

![]() |

"Let's move, friends. We may not want to linger here both because of the smell and because of the noise." says the palarcher with a hint of stress in his voice.

![]() |

Yes, I am sure our presence has not gone unnoticed. We need to make haste. Grabbing the hem of his robes Tyranius quickly follow behind everyone.

![]() |

Can we still make it through the tunnel, or has all the damage and ensuing smoke, etc. made it impassible?

![]() |

"Let's see what those spiders were hiding. Might as well trudge on through. We are going to be nasty anyway."

qwerty71 |

it takes a while but the tunnel ends at a door barred from the inside. It is apparent the door was meant to be locked from the inside, where you are, and a stout wooden beam keeps the door locked from the other side.

qwerty71 |

The party works together to get the wooden beam off its hinges and you all open the door. You find yourself at the Ranger's Lament...the bar where you were drugged and brought into the temple many moons ago. This must be how the cultists smuggled your bodies into the temple after drugging you. The tunnel ends at the storeroom of the Ranger's Lament.
continue to freedom or go back and finish the job?

![]() |

Fahd nods and heads back out with the group.

qwerty71 |

The group heads back through the tunnel to the temple. They come back out in the storeroom which is still deserted.
You do hear faint sounds of people walking around...

![]() |

Time to make our presence known. Tyranius says with a cat-like smile. Let's bash in this secret door you found. And by we I mean you stronger types that can actually lift a blade.
Let these pompous fools know they are dealing with Pathfinders.

qwerty71 |

if someone could relocate the team on the map to where you want them to be in order of march it would be easier for me to continue

qwerty71 |

apologies, had a busy day at work yesterday.
Returning to temple the team makes their way to the secret door. Darvik gets a good initial grip on the door to open it and with assistance from the others the team finally manages to open the secret door, but pretty much guarantee it wont close again without a similar effort. Ahead of them are stairs leading down to a hallway that ends at another door.

![]() |

Fahd jumps to the front of the group and heads down the stairs, looking carefully as he advanced.
Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

qwerty71 |

The party continues down the corridor to the next door and finding it open continue through until they get into a large room. The stale scent of perfume and incense wafts from this room as the door opens, revealing an opulent chamber with pillows, carpets, and other fineries covering the floor. Silk curtains hang over the walls, and flicking light emanates from a hidden source on the ceiling, which is also draped in curtains. On the north side of the room, a gilded throne, bedecked with tiny gemstones, sits upon a raised dais. The group starts to look around when they hear people coming down the hallway they just entered from.
A group of acolytes lead by Krant (black border) enters "I've been looking all over for you. I had some delicate work for you to do but it appears you had other plans. Not really one of the faithful I see. Pity. You had potential. So i grabbed whoever I could find and decided to punish you all harshly. Infiltrators! Kill them!" he tells the acolytes.
