3) Job rolls and a notice of anything SUPER important that may have changed.
It looks like there is a very good chance this game will overlap with the Blood Under Absalom Special. If there are players who would be willing to provide botting services once BuA starts, that would be very welcome.
I dropped a PM to Paul Jackson. Hopefully we can get Vralk and Gallako to join us again. I agree that it would not be the same without out them.

You are doing it the same way that most GMs do it.
The Roleplaying Guild Guide, pg. 13-15, actually requires that you fill out more of it.
Specifically, you need to fill out Starting XP, Final XP, Initial and Final Prestige and Fame, and all the Gold boxes.
Because chronicles can be held, the Chronicle # box can be left open. I'm not sure how we are supposed to fill in starting XP, Prestige, etc for held chronicles.
Very few GMs in face-to-face or PbP do this. When I GM, I only fill out the boxes you have in that sample plus the Slow/Normal track checkbox.
There's been a huge difference between what the guide requires and what 90% of GMs (including me) have done. This is being proposed as a change, and if this goes through, I need to figure out how to make it work since I'm the new VL for PBP starting tomorrow.

Asking GMs to do more work is just totally silly. Nobody does it that way (that nobody includes Tonya, by the way. I've played at games that she has GM'ed).
Personally, I just say no. If they ever insist, I'll just stop GMing.

At least up here PFS is definitely weakening and is far behind 5th ed organized play. That is NOT the time to try and make GMs do more work that has absolutely NO benefit at all. Yeah, its ALWAYS been required. But EVERYBODY knows that almost NOBODY does it (including Venture Captains, Venture Lieutenants, Campaign Staff, GMs at Gencon under the direct Eye of Paizo, etc) and for good reason. Its b#&$~%#~ make work garbage designed by the people who think doing Tax Returns are too easy.
Especially in face to face games I just refuse. I'm already frantically signing things in an attempt to get out on time. I'm not going to get home later.

And to echo what Paula said above, the most recent convention I was at had 45 5E tables (with 90 percent fire rate) and 30PFS, of which only 15 fired.
Making it more complicated than it already is will drive a lot more people to the 'less complicated game'.
Personally?
PFS is a much less complicated game than a living campaign that has the detritus of 20 years of organized play, and the chronicle sheets both make sense and have more space to fill things out.
That being said, I volunteer to have fun, and I play to have fun, not play World of Tax Returns.

My understanding (and I'm hearing this third-hand) is that there have been complaints at some of the major conventions about players showing up with a stack of half-filled and poorly-filled chronicle sheets that they'd gotten from playing online. Apparently no one was explaining to them the how or why of filling in the rest of the information, and it's fallen on the online VOs to spend a lot of time fixing those sheets.
