The FOs stand on an 8-foot-wide stairway (treat as 10 ft wide for square placement) in ranks of two, with Yingzen ahead of them, initially by about 60 ft, but hearing the unearthly howls of the sinspawn, he halts 15 ft from the landing that accesses the third floor, allowing the others to quickly catch up to him....
Kepler, if size Large, will fill a rank by himself, as will Koran....
I'll assume the following order on the stairs, but feel free to modify it:
Yingzen;
Koran;
Derrik, Mikey Jay;
Kepler;
Levinson, Radsworth;
Daisy, Kailin.
As stated earlier, the 8 sinspawn, 8 ghuls, and 14 Morays form 10 ranks of 3 that fill the first 50 feet of a 15-ft-wide north-south hallway that runs the length of the 3rd floor; next are the barghest and 2 cultists, and then the Spitter of Nightmares in back of all, about 60 ft from the top of the stairs.
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets
Mephos strides unwavering through the long, dimly-lit streets and alleys of R'lyeh, crossing slime-dripping bridges over deep pits in which shoggoths spawn fresh horrors....
He passes maddeningly intricate spires that stab at the storm-tossed sky, from which the many baleful eyes of aberrations, fiends, and undead horrors watch the hooded traveler's progress....
At length, he arrives at a vast, domed palace of sorts, it's architecture defying the human eye, with corners that seem to fold into extradimensional space, non-Euclidean geometry grossly featured in its alien dissymmetry, stairways and corridors that seem to form a tesseract of impossible physics....
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets, enters the court of Dread Cthulhu and falls prostrate before the terrible Great Old One....
Dread Cthulhu.... Your humble servant returns....
Radsworth
It's difficult to tell, but Radsworth tries his best to determine if the priestesses are wearing more Fireball necklaces.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21
Dm, having a hard time understanding the situation. This is how I picture it. Like This? Also, do those of us on the stairs have line of sight to the enemies in the hallway?

Yes, that's about right, Rad....
Because of relative heights, the Spitter of Nightmares is within line of sight (the top of his frog-like head, anyway) to those on the stairs;
But the cultists and barghest are blocked by the angle of the stairs.... Radsworth is unable to see any necklace-wearing cultists from his position, though he might guess at their existence and armament based on past experience....
He does see the front rank of sickly, emaciated sinspawn crouched at the top of the stairs....
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets
Forsooth, My Liege.... They now call a great rift in the midst of the arid region of that landmass known to mortals as North America home.... It is called by them, "Pandora's Box in the Canyon", and they huddle in caves in the walls of what they call The Grand Canyon, learning the primitive ways of the native humans indigenous to the land....
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets
They seek to restore the world under humankind, My Liege.... They will not accept that Homo sapiens have outworn their use.... Ultimately, they seek to besiege R'lyeh, slay Your Omnipotency, and all other Great Old Ones contesting for this world.... And begin anew their ever evolving dream of humanity and civilization....
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets
They are emboldened by a collection of spirits too belligerent and faithful to each other to corrupt.... A powerful wizard named Merlin shepherds them, guiding them to find weapons of great power to use against thee, My Liege.... This Merlin wizard stirs up potent hero-souls wherever he goes, awakening excarnic memories in reincarnated heroes.... Spirits which have ever proven inimical to our goals, My Liege....
Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets
Your humble servant cannot be certain.... But Arthur, King of the Britons, is among them.... As is Odysseus, and Atilla the Hun, and likely others.... Merlin will find and rouse whomever he can.... Gilgamesh.... Heracles..... Theseus.... Achilles.... Circe.... Beowulf.... Robin Hood....Joan of Arc....The old wizard will raise them all up against thee....
Dread Cthulhu
And I shall lay them all low again, Whisperer of Secrets.... Take this, the Rod of Faust, as your reward.... It shall amplify thy sorcery and truly make thee a worthy Duke of the Swamplands.... All of that region known to mortals as Florida shall be thine, Mephos.... But thou must secure this realm for your liege....
A rod of ebony inlaid with onyx and jet floats down from Dread Cthulhu to the upraised hand of Mephos, Whisperer of Secrets....

After Koran:
The howling sinspawn spring off their haunches to leap down the stairs at Yingzen and Koran, a horde of evil incarnate descending like a gray, fleshy avalanche....

Koran shrugs off the effect of the sinspawn's bite....
Mjolnir smashes the skull of one sinspawn....
The upswing crushes the skull of a second sinspawn....
Derrik Stonesmith
Derrik surges through coming out of the steps with both weapons Brandished and swings Excalibur down upon front-row Sinspawn as he makes his way to the second row
Powerful Aberration Bane Excalibur: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 181d8 + 14 + 2d6 + 2d6 ⇒ (2) + 14 + (2, 2) + (3, 6) = 29
This provokes an AoO from it as he sets himself up right in front of the middle rows. Also Spells he already have cast are See invis, Perceive Cues and Delay Poison
The Spitter of Nightmares
The Spitter of Nightmares opens its frog-like maw and lets forth an undulating, resonant call, deep and primal....
50% probability (01-50) of summoning a second hydrodaemon to its side....1d100 ⇒ 24....succeeds!
A foul, green mist coalesces in the hallway behind the Spitter of Nightmares, as a portal opens to vomit forth Gorgrubbub, his warty brother....
In Abyssal:
Hail, brother of mine! Have a moment to spread some woe on Earth?
Mikey Jay
Mikey Jay sees that Derrik, Yingzen, and Koran are packed pretty close on the front line, so he leaps down the stairs past the rest of his allies....
Acrobatics check 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10 gets him closer, but not quite within reach of the barghest, so he slips past Radsworth, Kailin, and Daisy with the rest of that move action....
....and swings at the brashest....

Yingzen tumbles to the nearest enemy, 5 feet away, trying to get a flanking position
Because the sinspawn are tightly packed on the stairs, there is nowhere for Yingzen to tumble to for a flank....
Therefore, the first attack misses, but the second deals 7 slashing to the sinspawn in front of Yingzen....
Moray of Cthulhu cult
The stairwell erupts in thunderous gunfire as the Morays fire their AR15 rifles at the FOs....
