Convention Play Voucher

I am trying to use my convention play voucher with an expiration date of 6/6/2020 and am not able to do so.

Hard to know if the vouchers are coded such that the date indicated is the last day it can be redeemed or if it indicates the date at which it becomes expired. Might be good information to know. Could also be that there is an error with the code. Regardless, probably not the best idea to wait until the very last day to redeem it. Good luck

Could you please email the full redemption code to customer.service@paizo.com and update me here when you have done so? I unfortunately need the code to look up the voucher in our system. I'm happy to work with you to make the voucher usable despite the date since we are so backlogged right now! I'll keep an eye out for your contact!
