Walk, if you will, the claustrophobic alleys of the Tangle, the middenstone vats of the Filth, and the cobbled white roads at the summit of an ancient hill. Know that this is but the latest of cities to crown this summit, a monument to the filth and grime and waste of civilization. The city was built upon the battlefields of history past, for many have sought to control this key feature, this lonely hill in a sea of mud and mire. Carrion Hill
As part of the First Official Play by Post Online Pathfinder Society Gameday I will DM Module "Carrion Hill".
The recruitment has been already made on Warhorn, and the following players have volunteer to risk their character's life, and sanity, in this adventure:

My preference would be to play the Merisiel (Rogue 4) pregen, but if slot opens to me, I'll fill whatever need the party has with one or another of the pregens.

Howdy folks! I (Alex Greenshields) will be playing my 4th level illusionist, Eris the Drunkard. He has a somewhat colorful reputation.

He'll also be buying a scroll of invisibility, a scroll of energy resistance, and a pearl of power (1st).

I had planned to bring my Lvl 4 Fighter (Lorewarden)

If there is another prepared arcane caster in the party (which I believe there is) I would also love to swap spellbooks and copy stuff if the other person is interested.

Ill_Made_Knight, could I copy the following spells into my spellbook before we begin? (We can also deal with this IC if you prefer)

Sorin is a fetchling...Nice. I have yet to play with a once only boon race.

Well, this is my first time DM'ing PFS PbP too...

if you've played Heart of Darkness ( or whatever the module set in Nidal / Ustalav is with all the fetchlings and the shadow plane sickness ) you may recognize him. he's grown up troubled.

I know Octavius Carolingian is still out, but I thought I'd lay some of the groundwork in case the spellcopying happens.

I can auto-succeed on the "decipher magical writing" check because hopefully Octavius is there to help me (I can also just cast read magic in case he isn't). Next I can auto-succeed at the Spellcraft checks to "understand the spell" by taking 10 on the skill check (DC is 15+SL). Finally there is the copying time and cost. I would ask that we assume this has already happened during our travel to Ustalav from (presumably) Absalom. If this is not acceptable, I will do this during our off-time during the adventure. Finally there is the scribing cost. Eris currently has enough gold to scribe all the 1st and 2nd level spells, and two of the 3rd level ones (5x10 + 2x40 + 2x90 = 310gp).

Please advise, Corsario, on how you'd like to handle this. I've posted here instead of the discussion thread, because the previous discussion of this topic was here already.

If not before you can do the copying after the adventure. What you say sounds good enough.
