The little girl dresses her bear up as a ballerina, and the forest creaturs want to see it dance it tries to explain that she was just dressed up that way and does not know how but she tries and tries to dance for the others one fey is moved by how hard the bear is trying so she uses her magic to make the bear a wonderful dancer....
