The notorious Taldan aristocrats of House Adella died out nearly two hundred years ago. After rising to prominence during the crusade against the Whispering Tyrant, the Adellas were especially famous for their contributions to the Grand Campaign against despised Qadira. Known to produce scions with extraordinary talent for swordplay and sorcery, the house grew in influence, wealth, and notoriety before collapsing under the weight of its own arrogance in the 46th century ar. The Adellas were so despised by the time of their demise that all public record of the family was stricken from imperial annals, and anyone tainted by its blood was stripped of aristocratic status. All that now remains of the once-great house is the long-hidden tomb where the Adellas’ greatest secrets have avoided plunder for generations.
I'm looking to run this module for PFS sanctioned players. It's a 13-15 adventure. We have 4 players in so far, and would like more. For the table to be PFS valid everyone has to have a PFS legal player in the level range. Pregens are not available, and you cannot just cook up a character to play.
So if you happen to be interested and satisfy the listed criteria, let me know.

its ok, I sent out an email to some iving people, though not confident they will join. I think between woo and lithuan and avoreal we can rocket tag it again.
What we lose in tankiness with Vars we make up for it with Crowd Control from Vuvu. Unless we fave a butt load of undead or constructs. Shadwo conjuration and Evocation adds a bit of versatility even then.
It just wont be as fast as the last module was

Yea i might just have to memorize more summon monsters.. I picked up VII, so between it and VI i should be able to summon up quite a devestating army.. We have Woo's Sum 2 wand we should have traps covered.. Worst case we all should have the PP for a recovery team lol..
Right now i have 1 of each memorized.. we'll j ust see how it goes..
All in all i think we should wait till later today or tm and give someone a chance to join up..

A Page of Spell Knowledge 1 with the spell Saving Finale (1000 gp)
Scrolls such as Invigorate (25) Feather Step (25) Heroism (150) Silence (150) Restoration (800) Heal (1650)
As an aside, I believe you may be mistakenly stacking competence bonuses from Circlet of Persuasion and Bracers of the Glib Performer. They overlap.

Im surprised you dont have good hope on your list.. It would stack with your inspire to grant a +5 hit/dam bonus total.. Its a total group buff as well..
Some other great spells to think about..
1st-Timely Inspiration-At your level is a +2 to hit right when you need it.. Will be +3 next level..
-Saving Finale-Looks like you got the spell page so i wont tell you how awesome this spell is. It works on everyone btw..
2nd-Heroism-Why do you not have this? Prob the best 2nd level spell from any spell list..
3rd-Good Hope-Already talked about this... Possibly the best 3rd level buff spell in the game.. I say prob because haste gets some votes..
-Arcane Concordance-In a group of arcane casters you will be loved..
4th-The only one i would mention that you dont have is Dem Door.. FOr obvious reasons..
5th-Greater Heroism-Same as heroism but better.. Sad it doesnt last as long..
With all this in mind i would have spent the reamining cash on a few spell pages.. 1 each for saving finale and timely inspiration, 1 on heroism, and 1 on Good Hope.. That would be 15k total.. You can also spend PP to retrain spells..
This is all my opinion, take it for what you want lol..

Timely inspiration is dubious for a high level vanilla bard. It is a competence bonus - it does not stack with song effects. Better for alternate class bards.
Having both good hope and heroism is not a great choice for a spontaneous caster - again, bonuses don't stack (both morale). One or the other is better. I favor heroism myself, due to it's duration. Lithuan can prepare extra if desired.

i chose not to do good hope because i found it boring. everyone i play with has haste so i dont. Vuvu is all about flash so that is how I built him.
and gallant inspiration is actually very usefull still. you just have to roll well. last time i played him in eyes of the ten that spell actually saved a tpk against the phoenix twice.
made an acro test succeed and confirmed a crit
An optimizer I am not. Heck just look at his feats and you can see that.
well that and he was my first character so i was kind of all over the map

Alright, here are my counter-argument. Feel free to tear them apart.
- Imp. Precise Shot: Already have seeker on the bow, which half the feat. Between flight and magic, I usually have enough maneuverability to reposition around cover (Corridors are still problematic, of course)
- Cluster shot: have cold iron, good, adamantine, silver, piercing and blunt on tap. Still, it would help with elementals & other critters with "DR/-", for when I fail the knowledge checks, and those occasional fights with good outsiders.
- As an EK, my BAB is low, so it's nice to get it up a bit with GWF
You are probably right though. I will pick it all up eventually.

GWF is 1 point. Imp Precise shot saves you from being 4 down. Seeking doesn't have any bearing on cover. Sure, you can usually avoid it, but taking a -4 hit when you can't avoid the cover is a large hit.
Now I can see your argument for no cluster shot, and archers are usually flexible enough to be able to wing it on different arrow flavors. However as you said, there are those critters with DR/- as well as not knowing what you actually need sometimes. Heck, assuming you keep playing clustered is your way around DR/epic.

I agree with the others.. Clustered Shots and Imp Precise shot.. Adamantine arrows are expensive, silver do 1 less damaage.. Its easy to just fire normal and save some cash with clustered shots..
Improved Precise shot should be taken asap by any archer imo.. On the basis the others have already layed out..
If your not worried about having numerous types of arrows then GWF over Clustered Shots..
As far as the Gunslinger goes ive never seen a high level one in action, so my vote would be him over a monk.. Either would be cool though..

drbuzzard |

Actually I did mention the game to the gunslinger, and if he doesn't show, I'll be happier. I really have no desire to run a game for a thoroughly broken (but legal) pistolero build. I will not make an effort to remind or encourage him.
While you may think we brutalized you last game, Vuvu, (I believe socks in pillowcases was mentioned), this would be the scene from Deliverance we all try not to remember.

drbuzzard |

If I gut a pistolero with a free action nerf it would only be fair to do it to Lithuan as well (as reloading a bow requires free action drawing of arrows). I don't much care for arbitrary GM nerfs to fix a broken design decision(especially in a living campaign).
The nerf that gunslingers need to eliminating the double barrel weapons.
