Never noticed you we're new to pathfinder either ;) What's a GTFO btw?
Manius sighs in relieve.
"Hope we don't run into anymore of those..that thing was scary"
About Selkin suggestion...do we want to take a day off to rest and come back and hope the undead and other stuff haven't reset? It would mean we'll have channels/bombs back...but it could also mean the goblins have build up defenses and got reinforcements and stuff..personally I'm ok with going forward..but this is a group decission

I vote resting, If what we have seen so far is indicative of what's to come I would like for our party to be as ready as possible.
GTFO stands for Get the **** off, I believe. A not too uncommon sentiment among some online gamers, more predominant in MMORPGS and First Person Shooters. PFS specifically discourages that type of attitude.

DM Caleth |

Yep, it does have a reputation. The only really really egregious part is the wight in a lvl 1 adventure and the potential for insta-kill, no save.
As the shadow is torn apart, the darkness in the room dissipates, revealing a faintly glowing lapis lazuli gemstone lying where the shadow stood a moment ago.
I don't have the next bit of map quite ready yet, but the hallway out the other side of this room turns and ends in a door which seems to be unlocked, but barred and wedged shut from the other side.

Boram, his last bomb expended and his strength flagging, slumps down against the nearest wall. "I think it best that we rest; if not here, then somewhere nearby. I'm out of bomb-making materials, and would like a chance to recuperate from that creature's attacks."
Ummm...Kyshkumen - you did read the part about how there's a chance we might need to rest, right? Are you purposely ignoring it in-character, or against the idea altogether?

![]() |

Manius flexes his muscles.
"I can't argue with the point that your bombs have been very useful. I must how ever point out that if we go take a break to recuperate..so might everything we've encountered here this far."
I'm fine with resting, just want everyone to be aware that it might have consequences

![]() |

Boram hesitates. "As long as we have no more undead to deal with, I can probably get by with my arrows and alchemy. I will leave it up to Selkin, as he seems to be the only other of us that looks in need of rest."

Thank guys. I never thought you guys where being disrespectful. Rather, helpful, which seems to be a really awesome trend with PFS. I have always wanted to get into table stop gaming (and funny I am doing so on line) so it's really awesome that the reception was been so good. Thank you guys for that and your patients
Keeran pointed to Hrothgar's pockets. Might I see that stone?

As he turns the stone over in his hands he adds, While I am well, it appears that there are others not as lucky. He looks up from the stone and looks around the room with a critical eye and in the hallways Kyshkumen is in. Regardless, I don't think that shadow was all it seemed to be. We should not stay in this room.

I am healthy enough, however if we encounter more of the undead I will not have the power to channel energy to harm them.
I would like to get an extended rest but the majority rules. Sounds like we push on. I'm out of channels though.

![]() |

I can only speak for Keeran. He would like to rest for the sake of the group, but doesn't want to go back the way we came, nor stay in the room they are in.
Keeran moves to Kyshkumen, giving him his wand back and looked to the door. He gives the door a small push and finds it jammed. So he decides to put his shoulder into it.

Hmmm....the tread ate my post yesterday. I was wondering what had happened.
You can open the door onto the balcony of the entrance chamber. There are no goblins there at the moment, and you can see a rope ladder which you can lower to the first floor.

Selkin: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Not so fast. Goblin, peeking from the stairs across the balcony. He shifted back out of sight just as he saw us.

Responding to Selkin's warning, Boram says, "We should take care of that one now - all he would have to do is wait until we're on the ladder and pick us off." With that, he takes a moment and applies a flask of alchemist's fire to an arrow, then nocks it and begins maneuvering to get a clean shot.

I know that I am behind on the maps. I will hopefully get the relevant rooms up before lunch tomorrow.
You descend the staircase warily but do not face any opposition. You can see only a short distance down this hallway which is much rougher hewn than the rest of the complex and strewn with small and large pieces of rubble. There is a spatter of blood and brains on the floor and a trail where whatever left the blood was dragged farther down the hall.

He looked to the gore without much of a reaction aside curiosity. What can you tell me, he muttered softly to himself and the gore.

He snaps his fingers to get the groups attention then points at the ceiling.
Would it be possible to brace the ceiling with some of the collapsed scaffolding in the previous room?

Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Boram watches Kyshkumen's pantomiming, sighs, and shakes his head. Yes, that's a ceiling, Kyshkumen. They have those underground, you know. Been one all along, the entire time we've been down here...
"If that goblin has gone for reinforcements, we may have time to go down the ladder before they arrive. Alternately, we can take the fight to them, knowing that they will be prepared for our return later."

Kyshkumen shakes his head at Boram. He points to the ceiling again, forms his right hand into a fist and brings it down hard on the open palm of his left hand making a loud smack. He then points at the gore on the floor.

We could. However, I think that our friend is trying to say that this hallway is dangerous. Do we want to risk travelling through here?

![]() |

We stay on this side. So if a night time raid happens, our sneaky little green friends have to come through here. If it becomes unstable while they walk through, all the better. He looked back to his rouge comrade and then back out into the hallway beyond the balcony. If we are to rest, this is the safest place to do so. We can see attacks that might come from any side.
