From the base of the stairs the cleric merely watches the speed that his new companions show in dispatching the threat. Very impressive! I didn't even get to react! Selkin will then move up with the others. A scout might be a good idea, if the scout doesn't mind that is.

Listening to Selkin made him grin lightly. Looks like the team has a mute scout now. He moved to the door frame and leans back, waiting since it seemed fair to assume Kyshkuman was best for go down before the rest of them.

Not sure if the corner will provide enough cover to move past it without provoking an AOO, if it will I'll move one step furter next to a goblin, either way I should be able to hit the goblin without cover. - also there seems to be something wierd with the overlapping of the pictures..when I move from the top map to the bottom one it wants to put my avatar underneath the map.....so I've stopped my move on the top map for now.

The corner is a distinct corner so it is enough to give cover, so no AoO but you set off some readied actions.
The goblins have been waiting to jump someone entering the room and surround Manius, stabbing him from both the front and back. His swing is deflected by the few mismatched bits of armor the goblin is wearing.

Kyshkumen - I'm confused. I count 55' from where you're standing to get in a flanking position with Keeran.
Boram, seeing too many of his comrades clustered around the visible goblin to get a clear shot at him, and concerned about other archers in the room, elects to throw a bomb at the corridor entrance.
Move action: As indicated on the map
Standard action: Throw bomb (4/5 remaining) at the grid intersection SW of the right-most goblin (between Manius and Kyshkumen)
Attack (Smoke Bomb vs. AC 5, Point Blank Shot): 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 1 = 21 (not sure if there should be penalties for cover and/or firing into melee)

The surrounded goblin stabs Manius again and then squeaks in surprise that it is completely surrounded.
Hrothgar's rhino runs into the room and collapses the scaffolding and other detritus pied between the floor and the balcony. Two arrows from the archers bounce off of its hide.

Looking on the map I see that Manius is showing 12/18 HPs.

Yeah,that was from when I triggered the first attacks by walking in between the 2 goblins...this seems to be a new round of attacks..I think

Keeran pulls a hand from his Scythe to swish away the smoke, or try to, as he peers onward in the room, giving glance to Kychkuman and his direction.

Some of them are trying to get away. He half growled while his gaze remains on the balcony. He has no way of getting up there nor does he have a ranged weapon on him, so, much to his dismay, he remains in the smoke, but moves to it's edge and takes on a definitive position.

So I am guessing the balcony is along the edge of the room above us? If it is possible I would like to use the smoke and the balcony to block line of sight and stealth to the stairs leading up. Using a double move to get as far as possible.

The smoke bomb lasts 2 rounds, total. Also, for those that missed it, the stairs to the southeast head up, presumably to the balcony.

Keeran said some are getting away? The stairs up must go to the balcony, which implies that they are fleeing via the stairs heading down... Boram yells to the others and points to the southeastern corridor. "Quickly! Deal with the archers upstairs, I will try to deal with the one heading down!"
With that, he begins to make his way toward the southern corridor, bow in hand.
If he can see the fleeing goblin with an arrow after a single move, he will fire. If not, he'll double move, taking him to the very tip of the room.
