He then draws a sword
The next one kicks a jar off the catwalk that explodes into some horrid looking red paste - that seems to be moving of its own accord, then he draws a sword.
The last injured fellow pulls out a bow and fires back at Camaenor!

Madame gives her target a case of the chills, striking him with a ray of ice.
Keelee finds it an easy job to bypass the mans fighting style and deliver a decent wound.
Down below Camaenor is wounded and clearly troubled by it.
0hp is staggered, so you are still standing and able to have a MOVE action each round, but a standard will drop you to -1. Important, as that Ooze is making its way across the ground...!

Climb, accelerated: 1d20 + 4 - 5 ⇒ (11) + 4 - 5 = 10
Ayla rapidly climbs up the ladder and, one on the catwalk, calls out to her sister: "Layla, toss my longspear up!"
She then stands ready to catch her longspear when Layla throws it up.

Layla grabs the longspear Ayla placed against the wall, and throws it up so her sister can catch it.

A bit of a waste of a natural 20, but at least the weapon should arrive where intended.

Ayla gets up the ladder and Layla throws her a spear - it arriving perfectly on target.
The horrid ooze rolls towards the front door.
The men up top continue fighting.
Keelees foe tries his luck with the blade again...

The fellow behind him waits - blade in hand - unable to get past to the fight.
The last man tries firing an arrow at Madame!

Cam and Ayla can indeed move to the other doors, they will take a single move action to open

Keelee steps in on her foe and strikes him again, he falls... the other two look particularly disturbed and Ayla thinks they could be thinking about looking for a way out of this 'situation'.

Ayla, who was just about to step forward, bumps into Keelee when the later 5-foot steps back. "Oompf!"
"Keelee, can you move forward again? I have a reach weapon so I can attack the same guy when I stand right behind you."
In anticipation of the thug maybe moving up to Ayla instead of it being the other way around, Ayla readies an attack in case he does.
Readied Attack: Longspear: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

Seeing the large ooze move toward Camaenor and Madame Iridestine, Layla decides to help them. She moves up to the ooze and attacks it with a slam of her fist.

Having regained a bit of Panache from taking down one foe, Keelee moves forward to threaten the next Thug Mr Orange, Surrender or face my blade!"

With that they start fleeing.
Your offer to surrender didn't seem all that hot, especially when making a getaway was a viable option :)
They aren't just yelling to each other, you suspect this is all being yelled loud enough to tip off other accomplices
They back down the gangway and jump down on to the crates safely and then to the warehouse floor, then proceed towards the office. You hear more footsteps in the office...

Having just gotten to the other set of double doors leading into the warehouse and hearing the thug's exclamation, Cam continues moving towards the other exterior door in case they try to come out that way. As he moves he retrieves a potion of mage armor, preparing to drink it if they do, in fact open the door...
Move action to get to the outside office door (moved token on map) and standard action to retrieve potion.

Surprised to see Camaenor move off in a different direction, Madame Iridestine decides to provide cover for him.
So, double move back :)

Ayla lets out an audible sigh. "I just got here..."

With no enemies left on the catwalk Ayla drops her longspear down the hole where the ladder is. Ayla then double moves down the ladder to end up back on the main floor.

I assume the ooze doesn't show the same signs of withdrawal as the human enemies?
Layla meanwhile attacks the large ooze again so it won't go after anyone else in the party.

The ooze is more interested in moving about being annoying - that is correct :)
Layla swings at the ooze and is horrified when the ooze simply washes over her, completely unworried about the blow...

Her eyes go a bit blank and vacant and she laughs at something she can obviously see, and appears to be completely off with the Pixies
Shes now hallucinating and laughing to herself - her condition is treated as 'staggered'

The front door opens and a rather tough looking thug grunts at Camaenor, then stabs at him to get him out of the way...

Cam takes a vicious blow to the chest - it looks pretty serious.
The other rogues open the door and begin running through, one gets around the corner, two are at the door - including the fellow that just shanked Cam. They all seem set on making an escape.

The future is muddy for Camaenor. Lines of life about to be severed. But what fate cannot be aided? And aid Camaenor I shall!
Madame closes the gap between herself and Camaenor, retrieving a healing potion.

Keelee calls after the thugs as they flee without fighting, "Cowards!" She follows their lead and jumps down from the catwalk onto crates and then the ground.

@GM: By the way the ooze's action's described as 'washing over' Layla, and judging by how my melee attack missed, it looks like it's an ooze swarm instead of an ooze. Though then I wonder why there's no mention of it being a swarm if that's the case, considering it's clearly visible for our characters whether it's a single big thing or consists of thousands of tiny things? (Or I'm really blind and missed such a description... Which could be true...)
If it's indeed a swarm I'll try this:
Layla moves out of the ooze swarm and up to the table on the east wall, which she grabs hold of to support herself while giggling like a young girl.

Ayla tries catching up with Keelee, meanwhile Layla is left reeling in some kind of stupored state and lags behind with the ooze that easily stays with her and envelops her again.
Ayla also hears more movement, like a door opening, in the back corner of the warehouse and a pair of voices hissing to each other in hushed tones. They certainly don't sound human, but rather humanoid.
The trio of thugs make no move towards Madame, but rather they take off around the corner at great speed and can be heard beating it up the alleyway.

Ayla moves to a position from where she can see the ooze swarm and takes a vial of alchemist's fire from her backpack.
Meanwhile she calls out to the others over her shoulder. "Just let those thugs go, they're probably just the small fry! Let's search the place for others!"
"Madame, does Camaenor still have that healing wand on him, the one we were given before?"

Layla sees her sister grab a vial of alchemist's fire and decides to stay where she is, figuring she'll take one for the team by keeping the ooze swarm on her. The thought of not fleeing the swarm somehow is quite funny to her though, and Layla laughs loudly while hugging her own belly.
"Bwahaha! I'm just standing here! Hahahaaaa!"

Keelee checks out the noise, and finds that the door at the back of the warehouse is locked - she now knows the noise was being made by people effecting an escape out the side door.
Obviously the shock of the raid, the rapid success of the party - and the threats and intimidation have paid off...
At this stage we are basically at a wrap, I'll post up an epilogue tomorrow and we can move into the conclusion
