Kitt, as a summoner, you might want to consider a wand of infernal healing. It's on your spell list, so you won't need to depend on someone else to use it. It's not very useful for combat, but you won't be able to use a wand of cure light wounds in combat anyway until your umd gets high enough.
Another good wand to get is a wand of mage armor. That saves you a spell slot to know other spells. With 50 charges and 1h duration, it can last quite a while.
I have a sorcerer with animal companion so similar issues. :)

Go ahead take the mage armor. Between Hikari, Kitty and Gavan, there should be enough people to activate wands of clw. :) Not sure if the rest have them, but Hikari's is still fully-charged.
Oh, and Hikari is purchasing a darkword composite longbow (str+2) for 2 pp. (Would have cost 630 gp, if I did my math right.) Think that's ok, right?

Yes, it is. You could even go up to +3 if you have str 16+ (which would cost 730gp, so it's still within the limit).

Yeah you can do a +3 str bonus and still keep just inside the 2pp limit.

Since many things aren't quite resolved, that Hikari will be on holiday and that some of us are having agitated times these days, I will wait a few more days, or even a week, before starting it. The reason I'm deciding this is, among many other factors, that I'm moving in one week, and that we aren't done with boxes yet. Moreover, I think that everyone would benefit from this break, each for their own reason. Does that suit everybody?

In a week I will be hopping on a plane and flying off to a residential course at the back of nowhere. I will have time to post, but it will be intermittent and I *may* miss the odd check in here or there depending on our workload on the day. It's 17 days, and particularly horrible, but I'll persevere :)
Wed morning here.
On Friday morning I will fly out to my course/assessment, and I am not certain how our comms is looking on arrival. Worst case I will be able to borrow some bandwidth, and I will continue to post but I should have a clearer picture on arrival (all things being equal I should be fine)
Also, as it is a fairly heavy workload I may have a few time poor moments where I might post short/messages, that won't be a sign of disinterest, more a sign of being under the pump.
