Hikari Hayashi |
Hikari closes his eyes and calls upon Shizuru's favor to guide his hand in the upcoming battle.
casts divine favor
Haldoc Tisbane |
Haldoc readies himself, drawing his weapon.
Kitt Theos |
Thanks for clarity. I forgot about the time limits on the spells. I was more thinking using the wand I just purchase to give everyone mage armor! So that's 8 charges expended for everyone.
Kitt and Terra stays in position. while Kitt cast shield on his eidolon.
Eidolon AC would be 22. Everyone else is +4 to AC.
Hikari Hayashi |
Kitt, mage armor doesn't stack with existing armor. So it would be useless for Hikari. And I think for most of the rest also. :) Appreciate it though!
GM Lithrac |
All hells break lose as the Aspis agent break into the warehouse and attack! Two agents observe you from the top of the skylight, and one of them aims at you with his bow. Two other agents suddenly open the door from the guard room and seem keen on engaging you in melee.

Kitt Theos |
Assuming the baddies step on the trap, and I'm not in a compromised position. I'll post my action now so I don't hold up the game. If I can't do this action, ignore it!
They both heave the crate on to the fella on the trap.

The blue-clothed Aspis agent steps into the room and triggers the trap! It closes itself around the agent's leg with a loud CLANG, inflicting a lot of pain. At the same moment, a net flies and catches him unaware. The Aspis yells in pain yet continue his way, although he's slowed by the heavy trap and the net. He reaches Gavan but before he can even have a good glimpse at him, he's beheaded by the mighty oread.
His companion peers into the room with a heavily concerned look on his face, and uses a scroll.

Disappointed that they did not get a chance to spring the trap, Kitt orders Terra to seek the enemy out! "Go get em girl!". Terra rolls her eyes but still moves towards the enemy nonetheless and goes in for the attack!

Hikari Hayashi |
Hikari does a quick scan of the situation, and decides that there are sufficient people at the ground level to tackle the two who have entered the warehouse, Hikari focuses his attention on the archer. He pauses briefly to examine his target, determines that he tends to favor his right side when attack, leaving his left open. Hikari then in one smooth motion, whips up his bow and returns an arrow.

A volley of missiles are aimed at the Aspis agent on the rooftop, but none of them manage to reach the elusive sniper.
Haldoc doesn't fare better, as the monk facing him ducks and avoids the incoming blade.
Will Gavan: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Gavan strikes, overcoming the warding spell's mental block, yet the blow is parried by the acolyte's shield. The attack misses even without the cover bonus provided by the door frame.
The acolyte steps back, and casts command at Gavan. "Run!" he orders. Will DC 13 negates.

Hikari Hayashi |
I'm not sure how high the ceiling is, but if it possible to move until the orange target is within 30ft, Hikari would do so. In that case, he would get point-blank shot, so an additional +1 to hit and damage for the rolls below. Otherwise, he would stay where he is.
Hikari grunts in frustration at how bad his aim was. He utters a soft word of thanks to Kitt. Then, taking a moment to collect his focus, he again in one smooth motion nocks an arrow and let it fly towards the man on the roof.

Popole moves further into the room, thinking that the acolyte will be taken care of by the eidolon. He quickly puts a bolt on his crossbow to shoot at the monk.
Light Crossbow, melee: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (12) + 6 - 4 = 14 for Bolt: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Haldoc Tisbane |
I assume the Stunning Fist was for the first attack only.

Damage 1d3 ⇒ 2
"oooh!"
GM Lithrac |
Yes, Haldoc, it was for the first attack only.
Hikari, true to his Tien origins, shoots a perfectly-aimed arrow, which catches the Aspis operative offguard and pierces through his throat. No time to yell, only a painful death.
Popole attempts to imitate the Tien but sadly the monk proves too elusive for that. However, it is just enough to distract the monk from the real danger. Haldoc's mighty blade is brought down on the unfortunate monk, whose fate is similar to his archer companion.
Gavan strikes at the last Aspis agent, who's now terrified of what you've done to his fellow operatives. The oread doesn't time his blow well, leaving an opportunity for the acolyte to make a run for it. He swiftly withdraws, asking for nothing else than a small reprieve and a hope for a better life.
End combat. Well done!
With the defeat of the Aspis agents, the warehouse is safe, and Delroya is able to enact the final stages of her plan. She congratulates you on a job performed outstandingly, which managed to impress her. She tells you that she bribed the town guards to stay away from the warehouse days ago, so the operation goes smoothly once you defeat the invading agents. Delroya and her contacts arrive to move the goods from the warehouse, and she sends some items to the Pathfinder Society in thanks for your assistance.
Ambrus Valsin personally thanks you for your successful mission, stating that you dealt a major blow to the Aspis Consortium’s operations on the Isle of Kortos, and prevented a great deal of suffering from spreading across the Inner Sea region. He speaks highly of your discretion among the nobility of the Isle of Kortos, since you didn't use the writ he offered.
Magali Delroya attends the meeting with the venture-captain, and Valsin commends you for representing the best qualities of Pathfinders. Delroya herself remains quiet during the meeting, but her demeanor has softened a great deal since the ordeal in Diobel, and it is clear that she feels at home among the Pathfinders.
This is the end of the scenario, as well as the trilogy. Congratulations, you've performed exceedingly well! I hope that you've enjoyed playing these scenarios as much as I did GMing them for you. Chronicle sheets will be issued later today or tomorrow at the latest.
Popole |
Thanks a lot for all the work, Lithrac! It really was a pleasure playing at your virtual table :)
I enjoyed playing both Yakari and Popole!
Kitt Theos |
Thanks everyone! Had a blast since the inception! Was a great first time for me, and now i'm totally hooked to the game! Might even head out tomorrow to get the advanced class guide!
Kitty Underfoot |
"Lovely to meet you all, glad things went well. Suppose I better get back to the village and find a new owner for this dog, he'll come up fine with a good feed and some fresh air - plenty of that running in the fields" Kitty waves her fellows goodbye and prepares to head home.
Haldoc Tisbane |
A Lithrac game is always enjoyable. Yay us!
