Indeed it is Absalom. This is a rather skilled creation of the people, and we should record it's presence and purpose for the Society, but I think we ought move out and see what to do about these enemies of the Gillman- I think if we can help them, they will be even more positively disposed towards us when Society groups come to explore here in the future.

Toward the east, the air is distinctly stale. As the pathfinders move down the tunnel, the stench of decay grows increasingly evident. The passage turns to the east and opens into a small cavern littered with bits of broken glass, rotting pieces of paper, and other unusable detritus. The body of some dark creature lies face-down on the ground.

Kendra draws forth arcane magic, and lets it loose in a ball of pure force, that unerringly hits one of the skeleton. The smell of burnt bone mixes with the stale air of decay.

The skeletons mindlessly shuffle forward, and the frontmost swipes out at Shonne with a rusty old blade, but misses

Triblin:

Skeletons are resistant to most damage types, except bludgeoning. Holy water works like acid on them, and positive energy will damage them as well.

Olga tries to smash the skeleton, but the undead is quicker than expected. Trillion swings as well, but also her strike is too slow. Nantas is quick enough, though, and hacks at the spine of the creature, severing it with a single stroke.

Hike's blade connects with the bones on the skeleton, and masterfully cuts between them, so as not to dull the blade. The effect is the same: the unlike of the skeleton in ended, leaving only two more in the room.
