What's my current ability damage after that last sleep?

Mykel & Maladash wanted to clear the floor before going down.
Maladash opted to clear the floor, rest, go down.

I'm assuming this means to clear the floor before the rest of the sleep.

If you sleep first, you have no dex dmg and 3 str dmg left.
If you follow what Maladash suggested, 1 dex dmg and 5 str dmg.

I'm fine for either way.

How'd the Goblin guild game turn out so far?

We just finished up yesterday. The final boss left Maladash's gnome with 1 HP and took out a big chunk of another PC's HP, but their level 4 fighter managed to kill it in two strikes.
I'm GMing a module but otherwise won't be picking anything else up until next month.

My assumption was that, once again, we rested enough to gain another 2 Strength back.

I'd love to continue with another post, but i'm off to a concert.

Friends, need your advice! How will work the wand of infernal healing in the hands of a good priest?

On one hand I have this:

...cannot cast spells of an alignment opposed to his own or his deity’s (if he has a deity).

On other hand - I don't cast the spell (as I think) - I use magic device with a spell that I have on my class spell-list (even if I can't cast it normally).

What is your opinion? Thanks )

Good question....i'd say technically it would work, as it's releasing a stored charge.

On the other hand, i'd say his/her moral would refrain the priest from using devices/instruments related to or of evil.

Mykel, when you suggested to throw back the rope to Brayden and Mercutio, what were you thinking of, for them to do?

Rolling a jump is much more straight forward, for good or for ill.
There are no points to secure it for a rope bridge.

more to just help them climb...pull them up kind of thing...tie it around, brace and pull up...

I envision that as tying themselves, one by one, then dropping for a swing, tarzan style, slamming into the wall, then you guys hoisting them up.

STR check to hold on at wall impact.

Could you also place yourself on the position from where you will be helping them (everybody basically) up.

As you guys are nearing the final chamber, i'd like to ask if anybody is up for a 3rd party adventure, before updating to lvl 2.

Licen will be up for that but I'll probably switch back to Asterion for pfs fun.

If you want the normal tier, it's lvl 1 PCs.
If you want higher tier, lvl 2.

Without additional purchase from what you have now, or get from this module.
After all, it's written from a point of progress less than 3xp (wealth included) PFS PCs.

I'd like to refrain from gunslingers, summoners and the occult classes.

No, this is a 3rd party thing for fun.
A module for lvl 1, exploring a keep.

I guess I'll pass.

I would if:

- the opportunities for playing characters one can't play in Society were much broader than what you sound like you're proposing

- there would be more opportunities to advance the character OR maybe if it were a significantly higher-level 1-shot, where I could do more exploring the results of past ideas I've discarded

If we were to do one-shots with no Society credit, I'd rather be permitted 3rd-party stuff, and at higher level (or at least that second one).

I'm not going with 3rd party for the moment.
Maybe if i get to finish my own homebrew campaign, but that'll be for a little while still.

But hey, it's your choice, if you want to join under the set things or not.

I've been suggested (and thought of) a stygian slayer, myrmidarch magus has also been suggested.

Dude, are you sure this is exactly a tier 1-2? This Asar does damage from 11 and above. On the first level it's one shot one kill.

He wields his sword 2 handed for +5 dmg.
He also uses power attack which, when wielding a weapon 2 handed, increases dmg by 50%. 4 > 6

I've been told that, if PCs have completed the majority of the module, and live, they could get full XP and PP.

But they won't get the GP nor item access for the parts they didn't complete.

But it will take considerable investing. (10,910 gp for Resurrection.) However to be sure of using wealth from 1 PC to revive another, you'll best check the boards for specifics.

Unfortunately, for me it's not an option. I don't have such a money (no one of my characters), and PP 'saved for a rainy day' I have only for one resurrection - for my main character.

Maladash, have you considered making his brother Naladash, crusader of chaos?

Or possibly Nutlash, Dark Druid of Chaos?
