Luna rains icy meteors upon the skeleton's head. Reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
The skeleton is quick enough to avoid the meteors (no damage).
DC 14 is correct.

Volyana moves around the wall of the cavern, through Ezekias's square and to the side of the skeleton. (I placed you where I thought you'd want to go. The spot 1 step south you'd be squeezing).

You actually have to roll Acrobatics for each enemy and you'd actually have to move by all 3.
Acrobatics (Green): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Acrobatics (Skeleton): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25

Volyana is quick enough, and easily avoids threatening the undead. She swings her whip, but the whip gets caught up on the wall, missing the skeleton by a few feet.

Kaa and Vigny both move up closer to the fray and draw their weapons.

Brud takes a swing at the Blue Zombie, taking a huge chunk out of its abdomen, but the almost eviscerated zombie still stands and readies its attack.

Zombies:
Blue takes a swing at Brud again, and Green attacks 1-Brud 2-Ezekias: 1d2 ⇒ 2
Slam @Brud: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

The Blue Zombie swings back, but Brud easily avoids the attack.
The Green Zombie takes a swing at the one who stabbed him and slaps himself in the head, but luckily for the zombie, its DR prevents himself from damaging himself.

Ezekias starts to cast with one hand, and attacks with his rapier, stabbing the sword under the zombies chin, and through the back of its head, then, holding the near destroyed undead steady with the sword, sends a ray of positive energy directly to its chest. The zombie falls, now just a corpse.

Broken Scimitar: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (12) + 0 = 12
Claw: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (19) - 3 = 16

The scimitar misses Volyana completely as the monk's fighting stance just deflects the blow from the claw.

@Volyana: I'm pretty sure fighting defensively with crane style gives you a +3 to your AC, not +4, for an AC of 18.

Good to know about the squeezing, thank you. Also the Acrobatics checks, I had thought it was one against all foes but I remembered incorrectly.

Correct, Crane Stance is an additional +1 dodge bonus, for a +3 total fighting defensively, but since nine-section whips are blocking weapons I get an additional +1 shield bonus for fighting defensively with it. Grand total of 19 AC.

Same for me. I figured it would be better to just go ahead and post with the DM using it in order than to wait down the initiative sequence and keep everyone waiting a long time if I can't post soon after.

I just reread my previous post about posting out of turn during combat, and I hope it made sense (I posted it from my phone while at work). The bottom line is, yes it's ok to post your action out of turn. I'll resolve the actions in the order of initiative.

Normally I'd give Luna a bit more time, but combat's going to end, so I'll go ahead and resolve it.

Volyana attacks with a flurry using her whip, but both attacks fail to find her target.

Kaa moves into a flank position, unable to avoid an AoO:
Slam AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

He swings his Katana, slicing the zombie's head clean off.

Vigny moves up to the skeleton and attacks, but she hits the wall as she starts to swing and misses wildly.

Brud takes a 5' step toward the skeleton and slashes through its bones, doing just enough damage to drop the undead creature.

All is quiet.

As the party searches the area, and the dhampir's body, they find a very nice longsword, and a ring. As well as a note that details plans to start an army of undead made from the “fish people” who have been frequenting this cave.

That is possible. But with the note we found on the body, I believe he was alone. He created the undead but could not control them in the end.
