Well, As soon as I read Blood of the Beast, I was enamored with the revener hunter archetype, and when it was allowed for PFS without being a catfolk, I decided to make one. So I thought about what type of character I could make that had ties into the Mwangi. I had just recently played Dead Man's Debt, so my eventual process went to the Ekujae. The main NPC that the party interacts with is a Half-elf, so I took that approach. With that groundwork in play, the Wood mystery was the one that I felt best worked (Though I did debate lunar (For a pet) for a long time.)

Nice! I chose Time for mine because I'm a sucker for teleport and initiative related abilities. Similarly, mine is from the Mwangi as well, although and Aasimar from Kibwe. I drew some elements from Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn as well, replacing her machine wrecking focus with demons :) Looking forward to seeing what your build can do! :D

Okay, as the mention of 'Unforgiving' heat has come up, Nali has a GM sheet on her for Dead Man's Debt, which would give her endure elements for heat up to 110 degree F, as well as whenever she has a scenario in Mwangi, Sargava, or the Shackles, she gets a care package of a vial of Antiplague, a healing potion (Cure Light Wounds at this level) and a single piece of +1 animal bane ammo of her choice(For her, It's an arrow).
If you'll give me a bit, I'll try to get a copy of the chronicle sheet scanned as proof.

Xiao is always hurrying but the GM also presented us with the time of the day. Are we under time pressure?
As of yet you are not aware of any time pressure other than concern over Sharrowsmith.
To Pelagos' question, yes if you go during the day without protection of some kind from the heat there would be fortitude saves to avoid heat exhaustion (non-lethal damage and fatigued condition).
Nali I see your sheet, good to go there. The endure elements will be sufficient to protect you in this area which you would know in character.
Sorry I'm long getting to these, just getting back to work after vacation for my wedding and then a funeral last week, just trying to maintain my one a day in gameplay but should calm down now and I'm going to try for two a day myself to move us along :)

Dunno if this is the right place for this, but I have a couple questions about the map. Is the campfire considered difficult terrain? And can a person fit in those partial squares between the enemies and the tent or cart thing? Just trying to figure out what kind of room we have available.

i was hoping to start a new one with Felixe as well. The GM in the other game said he'd probably start a bit late because of all of the board issues earlier. But I can always go with another character if this one is still going.

Yeah I'd hoped to be concluded before the 1st but the board downtime was a huge wrench. I'm going to try and step up to two posts a day myself this week! It's just been crazy at work and this weekend didn't help but such is life and it's all good now hahaha.

Agreed. It is just a game and games should only be played if they are fun. The real world produces enough stress as it is. This is an escape from that stress. Having it produce stress is kinda silly :P
