Diplomacy Sele: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
-_> well.....i roll boss here.

Sele speaks his diplomatic words, about wishing to give a proper burial to Hemzel and his wolf and the fight with the strange unseelies, and the gnomes' attitude becomes somewhat friendly, as the tension in the air lightens.

The speaker sighs, and they join in the burial of their friend.
Speaker: "Rest well my friend." He looks at you guys.

Keera had shared the infor in the journal with the others, and Sele inquires about it too.
"Ah, yes, we know of a druid circle nearby.
We're not going there, though. The place somehow gives us the creeps, something is wrong there."

He draws a crude map in the ground, and points towards a direction.
"You guys aren't so bad, for being part of that organization."

He grabs something from his pack, and hands you a wand of CLW.
"Here, take it. Just in case you run into something very ugly.
We'll take our leave, best of luck to you."

With that, the gnomes take their leave.

"Whew, glad that turned out ok... well as ok as this situation can be, no?", Vassago smiling at the others. "It seems our goal is clear, we must find the circle and protect it from this evil fey that caused this mess."

I guess I wouldn't mind some CLW bops to top me off so I can save the Kinetic Heals for emergency combat purposes :)

"Oh, one more thing. Hemzel did say getting there was a long, long walk."

Keera takes the wand, and pokes people with it.

Heal rolls:

Vassago: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

10 charges are used, all are at max, but Vassago, who's at max -1.[/ooc]

Following the direction of the gnomes, you start a long hike.
The walk is long, having to move through undergrowth and paths of mere ground.
Eventually the path narrows, making it impossible for anything but medium and smaller creatures to navigate through.
Evening falls, and the lighting has become dim. Sight penalty for poor Spenser only. :)

The thick trees, brush, and brambles of the Verduran Forest finally give way to a glassy lake with a small tree-studded island just thirty feet offshore.
An improvised bridge of mossy logs stretches toward the island from the near shore, though some of the trunks have tipped nearly vertical into the water, leaving gaps along the makeshift bridge.

Footing on the slick log bridge is difficult (requiring DC 10 Acrobatics checks to move at half speed), and the gaps in it require either Swim or Jump checks to cross. The lake is 10 feet deep.

As Vassago arrives at the middle, his quick reflexes enable him to avoid a sudden snare trap, that was deviously placed.

Vassago, now free of threats, moves to the side and jumps in the water near Spenser, using the warmer parts of the river to bind the wounds.

Kinetic Heal: 3d6 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5, 5) + 7 + 6 = 27 Added +6 for Spenser's feat, although he'll take his level in nonlethal damage for burn.

Also should be enough room to get close to Spenser without provoking from croc.

Sorry for the delay
If I cast Fly on spell, he can go out of the water with it?

If Spenser can't fly:

Keera will start summoning a crocodile sacrificing her neutralise poison spell

Fly needs a touch.

Keera starts summoning a croc of her own.

The crocodile, angry at the escape of its prey, goes full out against him.
But thankfully, Spenser remains untouched.
