Eyes narrowing at the creature, Valinae growled.

"Foul creature, taste the might of my harrowing steel." she swore, taking a couple steps back, preparing herself for her assault.

Acting in a flash of holy vengeance, the avenger charged, her falchion tearing at the creature's hide, attempting to unbalance it to try and bring it between the cliffs keeping them in.

Minor: Oath of Emnity

Move: Move 1 southwest, 1 south

Standard: Charge 3 Northeast (Overwhelming strike)

If hit,

2d4 + 4 ⇒ (2, 2) + 4 = 8 I shift 1 southwest, creature shifts 1 southwest.


Valinae swings at the monster and her falchion scrapes the the air as the creature moves out of the way.

The monster is struck by the Cleric, and in turn the monster moves to him. And attempts to bite him.

Carver springs to his feet as quickly as he can, his hand crossbow coming up to aim at the monster as he releases its quarrel.

Carver's bolt sticks in the creature's armor next to Cleric's bolt. The creature turns to face you and he does Tavar charges and falls short in swing. The Creature clacks at the group..

"Die." Valinae hissed, a whirlwind of blades striking at the beast as she danced around it, slashing at it's hide and tearing into it's flesh, cutting deep into it's flesh. Flourishing at the end, the elf took a small step back, panting a small amount at the exertion.

The mighty Elf Avenger strikes with passion as she hits the creatures with multiple strikes. The creature is bleeding from several cuts and then starts to hum with chittering of its teeth.

The Deva paladin aims true and hits the creature, as the blow lands. The blade cuts along the path of bolts sticking out. A profuse bleeding starts.

Carver quickly reloads his crossbow and fires yet again at the creature. "What IS that thing, anyone know?" He calls out to the others.

The attack from Carver misses as the Creeper moves out of the way. As the two arrows from Mia bow hit the Creeper. The arrows sink into the skull with a sick crunch. The Creeper spasms then stops moving.

Mia can tell from her years of training that this creature was not from Toril. The group decides to rest for night and recoup from the attack. By midday tomorrow you will be in Neverwinter.

Sebastian looks at his wound, "Well it is a good thing it is not serious, and a few prayers to the Binder should clears this up."

Sebastian then looks over the creatures corpse trying to determine what it is.

The remainder of the day is spent trying to figure out what type of creature attacked the group. After several attempts to divine and study the results are the same. This creature has never been seen before.
The following day the group makes it’s way to Neverwinter without further incident. As the group enters the once proud city, of Neverwinter, the former Jewel of the North as seen better days.
The City Guard approaches your group State your business in Neverwinter The Guard says. Praise Selune, you came as promised An Eladrin Pristess of Selune approaches the group. She matches the description given to you that this is Lady Jasmine; she is wearing a white robe and has long white hair. Her eyes opalescent and when she speaks her voice is sweet like a night time song. Please come with me to the temple She asks you. Mean while the Guard takes notice of this and decides not interfere.

Elias keeps his face averted as the City Guard approaches them, preferring to remain unnoticed as much as possible - more of an old habit rather than any real reason to avoid the authorities here.

As Lady Jasmine escorted them into the city, he takes a closer look at the guard's uniform, and the state of the city around them.
