You've proven yourself to be a competent "entrepreneur". Welcome to the Mandrigal. Now get to work.

Any clue about what kind of Myrial members have more chances to be targeted by the killers?. Perhaps instead of chasing hte guys we can lure them.
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
Was wondering if anybody would ever ask about that.
The victims so far have been the sort of "middle management" sort.
Fences, dealers, those sorts of people. Important enough to run a crew, but with no very specialized skills, and unimportant in the grand scheme. The people that are easily replaced, but put a temporary damper on the Mandrigal's moneymaking business.
These are the sorts of people outsiders see as the whole organization, missing the rest of the iceberg below the surface.

Also, do we know what time everyone was ganked? Any pattern there?
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
Forensic technology isn't very advanced yet, but crude divination magics and observation put the time of death for each of the victims somewhere between 10 PM and 2 AM.

I think the same. It woudl be geat to predict the killer next strike but No clue on how to do it.
And this is a busy week for me, I will be slow in all campaings

Okie doke.
There are two main shops that are equipped for the sorts of exotic purchases he might desire. One is a supply shop named the Molten Maiden, and the other is really more of an antique shop that occasionally gets in some bits of ancient material for forging called the Drawn Curtain.
Who's going to stake out which shop?

Do you guys still have contacts in town that could watch for Orgrim? Basically we just need to know when he's sighted outside the smithy.
"I will join Korak at the Molten Maiden."
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
You guys still have that bum who has nothing better to do than sit around all day. He'd probably ask for a whopping...1 gold.
Male Oni-Spawn Tiefling Bruiser 7 - Wound 12; HP 60[74]; AC 22[23] (tch 20[18]; ff 20[21]) (+2 w/ Mage Armor); CMD 32[32] (+2 vs Grapple; +4 vs Disarm); DR 3/-; Fort +8 [+10], Ref +9; Will +9 [+11]; Darkvision, Scent, Perception +13; Sense Motive +18; Initiative +5
Pfff... Back in the day, bums would charge only 1 sp and offer free love advice as a bonus!
Anyway... Depending on how far apart the shops are, having someone watch it makes no difference, since we'd not have time to reach it. Besides, if the Cleric goes out so rarely, why wouldn't he visit both shops?
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
Because he might not need something from both. Remember, he needs special, rare materials.
Male Oni-Spawn Tiefling Bruiser 7 - Wound 12; HP 60[74]; AC 22[23] (tch 20[18]; ff 20[21]) (+2 w/ Mage Armor); CMD 32[32] (+2 vs Grapple; +4 vs Disarm); DR 3/-; Fort +8 [+10], Ref +9; Will +9 [+11]; Darkvision, Scent, Perception +13; Sense Motive +18; Initiative +5
Well... If I only left home every once in a blue moon, I'd probably try to visit every place of interest... But it doesn't matter. We don't have any reason to believe he'd pick one shop over another, so we can just pick one and go with it.
Anyway.. Good night, everyone. I'm going to bed (should have already gone, actually... I gotta wake up early tomorrow. :/) Remember to post in OSB! ^^

The idea with that guy would be to just get info on when Orgrim's actually in town . . . would that be doable? Have the homeless guy watch the main gate for the direction OG headquarters are in, or something?
"Okay, Talryn. I suggest rather than initiating an altercation in either shop, when we spot Cleric Orgrim we contact the rest of the group. It may even be wisest to wait until he leaves the city and then ambush him on the road."
At the Molten Maiden, Chimon goes across the street to see about renting the second story or attic for a few weeks.
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
Doable, yes, though you'd need to give him some way of contacting you quickly (like letting him borrow that Silver Raven).

You wait, and wait, and wait some more, until finally, 15 days later, the dwarf begins to move. Wallace sends you a report with the Silver Raven.
He, unusually, brings his two sons with him, and first heads toward the Drawn Curtain.
You just doing recon for now, or you gonna jump him in a back alley somewhere?

Perception: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 2 = 26 - Jo will befocused in trying to find if someone else is following the dawrf. Ekhaterina will watch out the dawrf for Jo to not lose track.

There doesn't appear to be anyone else following the dwarf and his apprentices.

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (10) + 16 = 26
He does, however, see through Jo's disguise, and notice that she's watching him. He starts moving a bit faster, ducking into the Drawn Curtain a few minutes later.
Do you change tactics? A new disguise might work, or Stealth to hide in the crowd (good idea anyway, it gives you another layer of protection from his gaze).
Female Human Sorcerer (fey bloodline), level 7; AC: 17; Hp: 41; CMD: 17 ; Fort: +10 Ref : +10 (Evasion) Will: +13 (aura of courage, strong willed) ; Perception +5; Concentration +20, Init +2
I should be using multiple disguise, silly me. Yes Jo change disguise and prefer to move in the crowd.

Can anyone cast Silence? We coild ambush them with non-lethal tactics and then force them to talk. Casting Silence on Korak can stop them from using spells of their own.
Male Halfling Clerk of Abadar 7 | HP 29/45 | AC 29/24/20 | Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +12 | Init +4 | Perception +7 | Agile feet 8/8 | Inspiring command 8/8
Chimon follows sixty feet behind Korak, knowing that his own powers of deception are significantly lacking. When he sees the tiefling and the sorceress stop, though, he comes up behind them.
"Has he entered? What is your plan?"
I have got silence today, but I assume you don't want me dropping it on you just yet.

Not sure if it's worth trying a peaceful approach first. He's unlikely to want to cooperate with Madrigal men and we'd be giving up the element of surprise.
In any case, it'd be best to cast Silence on Korak just before he enters combat.
Male Halfling Clerk of Abadar 7 | HP 29/45 | AC 29/24/20 | Fort +6, Ref +8, Will +12 | Init +4 | Perception +7 | Agile feet 8/8 | Inspiring command 8/8
Are we going to wreck the shop? Otherwise we need a way to get him and his friends outside.
"Korak, why don't you scout around back for a rear exit. Perhaps you can grab Orgrim, drag him to the alley, and beat information out of him while Talryn handles his sons."

"I doubt that guy is so weak that I can just grapple him and drag him around... Even less so in the presence of his allies. If we're going to attack thos guy, we gotta do it as a team."
Also... I have no grapple-related feats.

For a bunch of criminals, we tend to play less dirty that we should :(,
So, what about Jo put Pits in the exits of the shop and hte rest of the team put hte whole building on fire (not sure how to do this though)
Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3
Well, you're ORGANIZED crime, remember? Your greatest protection is that the community loves you (like the mafia). If you go around burning down buildings just to get to your target, you lose that protection. Which, honestly, might be an interesting arc if you want to go fo it. You'd basically be dropped by the Mandrigal, but we could move to different settings, have you guys on the run, try to start your own crew from scratch? I got ideas either way. =)

Well, not "loves" you, but trusts you. You can't do business with people who hate your guts. You start burning down buildings for no reason, people aren't going to buy your crap, or sell to you, or not immediately run to the guards when they see you.

Pits on the exits would still be good, though. Maybe you drop one at the back, then we run around to the front and move in with Korak silenced.

We don't do a lot of crimes, actually... Well, not agianst the community at large, at least. Our targets are usually rich people or rivals of the Madrigal.
Anyway... Let's get this moving... Do you guys prefer to attack first or try the more diplomatic route?
