Sorry for the delay...

Erigga moves forward, avoiding any opportunity for any attack from the parasites and positions herself near Morthak before striking their enemy with her shield

Attack (shield bash), power attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 7 - 1 = 21
Damage (shield bash), power attack: 1d6 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 3 = 10

Her move speed is enough to not take an AoO.

It's fine.

Blood splatters across the dungeon floor as one of the parasites get's beaten down by Erigga's shield. The parasite is still up although it's definitely bloodied and battered.

Parasite 7 moves closer to the fray.

Damage dealt:

parasite 4 13/??

Parasite 2 9/??

Parasite 3 17/??

Parasite 5 7/??

Cobalt's arrow cleanly pierces through one of the parasites.

It is now Morthak and Harnet's turn

Anybody want to bot Harnet since he won't be here this weekend? I'm not sure what I would do in this situation.

Morthak holds his daggers in a guarded stance.

Standard action to go Total Defense. AC is now 22.

Morthak circles around behind Erigga.

Move action: Acrobatics to avoid AoO:
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

Probably okay.

When he gets to the other side of Erigga he begins to stamp his feet and shout:
"OVER HERE! WARM FLESH HERE! COME AND GET IT!"

Trying to draw more worms into the blast zone of Mal's bombs. from where I am Mal can hit the northeast corner of #2 and get any worms south of me without hitting me or Erigga. Hoping #9 will end up to my southeast and #4 will end up next to me an Erigga. #2 moves first next round and might take a 5' step north to Erigga which would keep him in there. I put a red asterisk at the spot I am hoping the next bomb will land.

For Harnet:

Harnet will throw an Alkali Flask at #1.
Touch AC -2 for range: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 4 - 2 = 111d6 ⇒ 2
That's probably not a hit, but it will at least do 1 splash damage to #1, 2, and 3

Harnet then steps a little back in the passage, trying to keep out of sight of the other worms.

The parasites are far too clumsy too catch Morthak although some do take notice of his yelling.

Although the vial looked a little hastily thrown it managed to land exactly where it needed to be burning a good portion of the them.

Damage dealt:

parasite 4 13/??

Parasite 2 10/??

Parasite 3 18/??

Parasite 5 7/??

Parasite 1 2/??

All of the Parasites move closer to their targets.

"They seem to move very slowly. We should be able to out-maneuver them."

Okay, Mal - 5 of them are lined up now. We can try to keep them in "formation" next round too since they move very slowly. If someone can fill the gap between Mal and the worms then they will likely just attack the "wall" in front of them and stay in the "kill zone".

They do seem to have a fair number of hit points. At least 16 each.

Attack: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 6 - 2 = 23
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Also 5 splash damage out 10'

The flames continue to engulf Parasite #4.

No problem Malazzesh

Damage dealt:

parasite 4 Dead

Parasite 2 10/??

Parasite 3 Dead

Parasite 5 11/??

Parasite 1 7/??

And engulf it did as Parasite 4 was incinerated and the rest were scorched.

The first parasite slowly crawls up to Erigga and attempts to take a bite.

The rest move closer to the party.

Parasite att: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

Surprisingly the Parasite managed to bite Erigga in the midst of the chaos.

This is the point, I'm not sure if she is grappled... but even so, this is pointless, since her second attack actually missed and instead of the -2 from the brawler's fury she would take the grappled penalty...

Actually, you can flurry with only one hand - which is what I think you are already doing since you only have one shield, right? You just don't get 1.5 x STR to damage if you are wielding a weapon two-handed, and you would take a -2 to hit.

I'm pretty sure I've figured out what the worms are and if I'm right then yes, you are grappled. But that first hit would still be a hit even at -2.

You did get the penalty but you still hit with one of your attacks.

The maw of teeth loses grip before falling to the floor as Cobalt's waraxe slices clean through.

Guys, it looks like we have things under control. It was scary at first but 2/3rds of the worms are dead.

Worms #7 and #8 are still on the ceiling. But when they drop there will be flanking opportunities galore. Let's Rodney King these things. Once #6 is dead the rest of you may want to delay until the worms drop so you can get a flank.

Red Feather: You attack first and I assume you want to flurry while flanking. But afterwards you could 5' step south to open up a possible flank for Malazzesh if he wants to try burning something with his torch.

...I just like the boom.

Malazzesh takes a moment to pull a torch from his pack and light it with a tindertwig. He gives the torch a couple practice swings.

Just noting that I am proficient with torches, so I am considered fully armed.

Thought you already had a torch out. Who's providing light then?

Red Feather had an everburning torched sticking up from his backpack.

Nothing wrong with some boom especially with the amount of gold everybody will have.

Current init:

Red Feather

Parasite 8
Erigga
Parasite 7
Cobalt
Morthak
Harnet

Current dmg:

Parasite 2 Dead

Parasite 3 Dead

Parasite 5 Dead

Parasite 1 Dead

Parasite 9 Dead

Parasite 6 Dead

Parasite 7 6/?

Parasite 8 0/??

Red Feather continues his strikes slitting some of the parasite's flesh in the process.

The parasite nearby Red Feather lunges towards him.

Para 6 att: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

And manages to latch on

Para dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 6

The Parasite on the roof inches forward.

Erigga runs over to Red feather to help remove the parasite.

Brawler's furry: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 - 2 = 11

Dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Erigga slams the parasite until it's lifeless body slumps onto the floor.

Erigga is going to gone until Monday so she will be botted until then.

The parasite on the ceiling drops on Morthak

Para att: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14

But Morthak casually sidesteps it's attempt to near him.

Fall dmg: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5

Cobalt, Morthak, and Harnet are up

I know Red Feather put a torch on his pack when he started the dungeon and Malazzesh gave the green torch to Harnet right before this room.

Morthak steps to one side, and lunges with his daggers.

Don't think I need to fight defensively any more. 5' step, Full-Attacking #7.

Dagger TWF + Flank (Sneak Attack): 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 = 111d3 - 1 + 1d8 ⇒ (1) - 1 + (6) = 6
Dagger TWF + Flank (Sneak Attack): 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 5 + 2 = 171d3 - 1 + 1d8 ⇒ (2) - 1 + (6) = 7
That should be at least one hit, maybe two.

Mothak slips a dagger into the worm's flesh. "Shhh... let it take you. This comes to all things."

On my phone so can't see the map. It looks like Morthak took care of the parasite that dropped on him. He will ready an action to attack one of the remaining ones whether it drops on him or another ally.

The parasite's body slowly becomes lifeless as Morthak's dagger leaves it's corpse.

Current dmg:

Cobalt, Harnet, Red Feather, and Malazzesh are up.

Would you want to skip the last parasite or just continue on with the fight?

Harnet grumbles as he sees the last pile of pus wrapped in life crawl on the ground. He sends a ball of acid at the thing, in frustration that his companions were unable to finish them all off before he has to use his magic energies once more. But in his disgruntlement, he doesn't aim with any real concentration or accuracy, missing the creature as a wisp of white gaas rises from the stonework floor.

Cast Acid Splash ranged touch attack 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 damage 1d3 ⇒ 2

I'll just cut the last bit of fighting since there is nothing it can do.

Blissful silence happens once the last parasite lies dead on the floor. A few are lightly scathed but still in decent condition.

What is everybody's course of action?

Morthak wipes his daggers off with a rag before putting them away.

"Everyone all right?" He asks, looking around.

Morthak begins to search the room, starting with the Hollow Dais.

Going to take 20 on the search of the dais, regular rolls for the rest of the room.

I am down 6 HP, BTW. Probably could use an infernal healing. I'm not the only one I think.
