Satisfied that the room is unoccupied, Zstelian goes down a level.
On the lower level, he goes through the guest rooms one by one (#16).
I'm kind of confused by the map. Were we on the third floor previously? The map has it labeled as the second floor but there appears to be three floors.

Zstelian Karela
Okay, I'll try to remember to describe it as such. Is that a European thing? I've never heard of the second floor of a multi-storied building referred to as the 'first floor'.
After Kyson's running off into the basement I've stopped trying to get the group to follow along. Seka's the only one I need at my back. =P

LOL, Kyson. I assume everyone's still in their rusty gear?
Zstelian managed to repair Silvio's sword here assuming that Mending is enough to fix the sword. As for the rest Silvio stands barechested and proud (having given his shirt to Liamae) and his chain shirt lies in the muddy basement. I'll get it once we're done with this.
Silvio leads Liamae into the room and sees to it that the sorceress is safe. Then he draws his (hopefully) magically repaired sword. "Stay here for now. Silvio will return shortly, and the manor shall be safe."
He strides confidently into the hall ready to face any enemies who might still dwell in the manor.
Basically walking in the front and walking first into the rooms, prepared to stab and collect glory.

Zstelian Karela
Each casting of Mending takes 10 minutes. Mending only repairs 1d4 and your sword is currently broken. That means it's taken ~8 damage. Zstelian wouldn't sit around for 30-40 minutes, sorry. My post was more about showing that I could fix it.

Sekathral snarls audibly when his eye alights on the row of empty liquor bottles in Vanthus' room.
"For f***'s sake. The pickle-nippled old gutbreath couldn't even leave us a f***ing drink, could he, may hellwasps nest in his warty bell-end. Ponce. A***hole. Cesspit"
... And so on, providing a sort of background music to the party's progress through the mansion. Sekathral will be tagging along with Zstelian and anyone else who accompanies him.

D'oh :(
"Silvio - what happened to your chest hair?"
Silvio looks down at his waxed chest in surprise. Noticing nothing out of the ordinary he looks up at Sekathral wondering what the elf is reffering to. "Nothing. Silvio prefers to keep himself clean. It is not unusual for ladies in Silvio's company to complement Silvio on his lean build and smooth chest."

Zstelian Karela
Zstelian chuckles at the irony of an elf noting a human's lack of body hair but otherwise remains silent.
He twirls a dagger between his fingers, enjoying his new magically augmented grip.

Going downstairs, the two guest rooms appear untouched Isn't one of you at least staying there? I can't recall, as does the shrine to Desna room 18.
In the windowless laboratory room 17, alchemical and vivisection tools and all manner of glassware are scattered about on three or four tables. The fireplace is constructed with a brass grating fitted with slots to accomodate glass test tubes for heating. On a shelf on the north wall, glass jars hold a number of samples, including the shrunken head of some sort of simian; a bulbous green worm; a strange one-eyed bat-like thing mounted on a board, its body giving off an eerie soft glow; and a piece of stretched leathery skin bearing a tattoo of an eye with an arrow crossed over it.
The large open room next is devoid of furniture, save a weapons rack containing several quality weapons including three longswords, an axe, two daggers, four rapiers, a strange-looking crossbow, a ranseur and a spiked chain. The floor is thickly carpeted to absorb the shock of a fall or takedown. The bodies of four froglike humanoids lie sprawled on the floor. Room 19, and I'll let you react to any of these before moving on again.

You hear several "blourps" of surprise and four frogmen reach for their weapons to attack.

Moving to the kitchen, which is large enough to prepare a banquet, stoves, basins and preparation counters fill the area, though it otherwise seems to have seen little use of late.
Going down the stairs, you enter the spacious dining hall, filled with comfortable upholstered chairs, bookshelves and a few tables. A window overlooks the manor's centra courtyard and the carpet is thick and soft. A large portrait of Vanthus hangs on one wall.
Six frogmen are in the room. One, actually a female, gives you a slime-drooling smile and a puff of the cigar she's smoking and barks out a command in her language, and the five others attack.

Unable to get to the frogwoman without risking too many attacks, Silvio instead chops into one of the other frogs, what likely would have been an immediate killing blow if the sword weren't badly damaged. It swings back wildly, but then collapses, unconscious, from its wound.

Zstelian's first javelin misses, but his second grazes the frogwoman, as she barely manages to fend off Kayle's talons.
As Silvio tries to draw her attack, she suddenly just sits down, seeming surprised herself that she followed Kyson's command.
Sekathral follows up with another wicked cut, though Khazmia swings just above her head as she suddenly drops to the ground. 13 hp damage; Note that you didn't actually get prone bonuses as her move technically came after hers
Dargon chops the remaining frogman in the throat -- leaving it gasping futilely for breath before it falls unconscious.
