Malavarius frowns at the felled witch then turns and trundles past Hektir back into the hall, "Now about that whispery devil..." He keeps his back to the far wall and slowly realizes as Quinn struggles mutely against the creepy child-thing that he's been bitten. "Bah! Quinn, you weren't supposed to let it go and bite you, my boy. Where's Tsin got to? Tsin? Tsin! Come chop this little devil to pieces, won't you?" The aged wizard then draws the magics from the scroll in his hand to help alleviate Quinn's loss of voice. As he does so, he whispers loudly to Zeno, "I say, Zeno, do you think I should have left him like that? Ha!"

Quinn calls upon Cayden to grant the entire party protection from the icy cold...

Resist Energy Communal, 10 minutes for everyone and save the other resists, or double up the flight

...and for Tsin to be graced with the gift of flight...

Fly on Tsin, and if we don't use communal resist, then Fly on Hektir as well

...and for the entire party to be blessed...

Bless on the party

...and then Quinn follows Tsin ready to grant her weapon the power of Sun Metal.

Preparations complete, Hektir pushes open the trap door, a jingling as the thing opens revealing your presence.

Peeking his head through, he meets the white creature's eyes for a moment, long enough to see them widen and its muzzle open to reveal rows of jagged teeth as it growls, "Intruders!"

Despite it not being too much larger than Hektir himself, smaller than some foes he's fought, a shiver runs through him as he sees a true dragon in front of him.

Initiative:

Hektir: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Malavarius: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Pemsworth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Quinn: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Tsin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Antagonist: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Hektir, Pems and Quinn up in round 1/2, though I'm going to rule the latter two can't push past Tsin on the ladder.

Round 1, Init 19

Hektir moves into the area, circling the beast to keep it enclosed. Hektir moves 5 right and 2 down from where he is now.

"Hey you, dragon. You a witchlover, ain't you?"

Hektir takes total defense, waiting for his companions to join him.

Sun Metal on Tsin's blade, extra 1d4 Fire dmg for the next 5 rounds

If Pems can see the dragon, he's going to try to evil eye him! If he can't, he'll delay until he can get on the roof and evil eye him then! Using evil eye (Will DC 15 or take -2 AC for 6 rounds; Success shortens this to 1 round!)

Whoops. Went to resolve the first round and saw that Tsin actually had the top initiative, so can also go in Round 1/2. Sorry about that. Will resolve once her action's set.

Round 1, Delay to Init 19-

Status:

AC = 23, Protected from Evil
HP = 48/48
Weapon Equipped = +1 Falchion
Condition(s) = Flight, Protection from Evil, Resist Cold, Magic Weapon on Bow, Sun Metal on her blade?, Blessed as well
Spells Left = TBA

Tsin watches Hektir move further into the room above, so lets him move out of the way before she wills herself up and through with her new gift of flight, her new armor no longer a burden to her movement. "Quinn, this is spectacular!!"

She intones a low thrum of words as she ascends. Judgment- Wrath, +2 on damage rolls

If possible, she flies up and closes with the dragon, just north of it on the map.

If Fly Check Necessary...:

Fly: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

She takes her first swing at a creature no longer myth in her mind.

+1 Falchion, Sun Metal: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 10 + 1 = 17 for 2d4 + 9 ⇒ (4, 2) + 9 = 15 damage, and 1d4 ⇒ 1 fire damage

"Hektir, let's see both sides of this creature, yes?"

don't forget the Bless

Fly on both Hektir and Tsin, no communal protection from Quinn and we'll keep the original protections in place to keep things clear, sound good?

After enchanting Tsin's blade, Quinn stays clear of the ladder to allow Pems clear access to the witchy-dragon above them.
