Oh, level 3! Time to get "Vomit swarm", the spell that sparked the "Treshiell" concept.
Back, and in full effect. So i might anwser an early question that i haven't had the time to get to.
Agnar, I see you're applying for Superstar, and I assume you are too, Vanulf? Patrik, how 'bout you? I've got an idea though I don't know if it's Superstarry enough -- I tend to be a little Spell in a Can-esque when it comes to item design.
Nope, not me. I've actually entertained the thought once or twice but i'm not a game designer. On top of that i've noticed that Pathfinder isn't really the game for me. Don't worry, i'm not planning on quitting this game (or any other for that matter), i have just finally come to terms that i'm quite inept to create characters for DnD 3.5.
Secondly my english isn't good enough, and even though there are spell checkers i haven't got the patience or dicipline to search through a text the amount of times necessary to perfect the text.
And thirdly, what if i would actually advance. Then i would have to come up with an organization.
It is appealing, but to many downsides :)

I don't know about that. Treshiell is fairly effective and a fascinating character. However, I get the feeling that she'll end up aggravating Agnar as much as she amuses him.

Orin is channelling the "Ugly American" i.e. If you say something in english loudly enough and slowly enough everyone should be able to understand you.

            Hey folks,
My partner's father suffered a stroke this morning and was hospitalized. Apparently it was a minor one. He's been on the phone with various family members planning his escape from the hospital, against doctor recommendation. He'll likely do it, too.
Anyway, I've been busy being supportive as she's understandably upset about the situation. I just wanted to give you a head's up and let you know I'm still in the game. My posting might be a little sporadic depending on what kind of help he'll be needing from us in the near future, so feel free to run Agnar in NPC mode to keep the flow going if I'm not keeping up with things in a timely fashion.

I'm fully prepared to allow the GM breathing space so he can get through this contest. However, I'm thinking that as a reward to his players for their patience and understanding, we should get first crack at his adventure, assuming he makes it that far...oh, and a cloak of energy reversal needs to end up in a treasure pile somewhere in the near future. ;-)
@Patrick: He's already checked himself out of the hospital. The stroke was relatively minor. Also, that man is just plain tough.

Shadowborn, I'm more trying to figure out how to get my haunting glass in somewhere (and last year's shadow falconer's gloves, which I continue to love) in one of my games. Sadly, I don't think either of them deal with haunts, though I may change that at some point.
Please don't slow posting on my account, though. I'm thoroughly enjoying this game and you're incredibly close to leveling up.

Haunting glass, that's right. I didn't think the cloak sounded right. You and Jiggy have the same avatar. I think the haunting glass is the better of the two, anyway. I wish we'd had one in my Sunday game when we were going through Harrowstone. (Though come to think of it, with two damphirs in the party, that cloak would have been useful too.)

Just ignore the attack roll at the end of Orin's charge. I was trying to get a quick post in before putting my daughter to bed and was going off what I remembered of the charge rules off the top of my head.
Apparently you can't make a charge and draw a weapon unless your charge is less than your movement. Since Orin had to move 60' to attack Tartuk he wouldn't have been able to pull his greatsword along the way. Let's just Retcon it to a double move to put him next to the shaman.

hey guys, sorry I didn't get to this today - it's midterm season and I've been cramming to finish a big paper before Thursday so I don't have to work on it on my trip.
I guess this is also a good time to give you a heads up about my trip: I'll be gone from Thursday evening to Monday evening on a trip, where I might not have very regular internet access.
I'll post tomorrow if I don't get to it tonight, sorry to hold things up!

I usually like to handle division of loot according to how it best services the party as a whole, wealth levels be damned. Too artificial a system to be bothered with. If no one has a need for the bracers, let's sell them off and add the coin to the loot to be divided.

            OK,all
I created this page to keep a running tab on any treasure we've managed to find. I've gone back a couple hundred posts, since we last left the fort, and have compiled a list of treasure we've gotten from the mites and from Tartuk. Those seem to be the only encounters we've had since then. If anyone knows of anything I've missed PM me and I'll add it to the running total. Also we apparently forgot to identify/appraise the items off the mite chieftain.
Spears, small x27
193 cp
120 sp
32 gp
Daggers, small x15
Mite chieftain:
"very nice" Longspear, small (magic? or masterwork?)
"very nice" Chain shirt, small (magic? or masterwork?)
"very nice" Buckler, small (magic? or masterwork?)
Potion ???
Sickle, cold iron, small, Masterwork
Wand of Magic Missles (CL:3) 20 Charges
Bracers of Armor +1
Thanks,
V
